Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) gave us another amusing demonstration of his ability to humiliate Joe Biden’s unqualified judicial nominees during Wednesday's confirmation hearing. United States District Judge Nancy Maldonado of the Northern District of Illinois, who has been nominated by Joe Biden for a spot on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, had previously signed a brief supporting a ban on "assault weapons" in Illinois state courts in the 2010s, yet, when he asked her to define "assault weapons,” she couldn’t. “You said, ‘assault weapons may be banned because they’re extraordinarily dangerous and are not appropriate for legitimate self-defense purposes,’” Kennedy said.

West Virginia conservative Derrick Evans said on Breitbart News Saturday that Rep. Carol Miller (R-WV) is not a “RINO,” she’s an “undocumented Democrat.”
Evans, who hopes to oust Miller in West Virginia’s First Congressional District, spoke to Breitbart News Saturday host Matthew Boyle after Miller, along with 100 other House Republicans, voted for the $1.2 trillion “minibus” spending bill only hours after it was released.
Even though a majority of House Republicans opposed the minibus spending bill, Miller, who represents a ruby-red district in the Mountain State, voted for the bill.
Evans, a former West Virginia state delegate, said that Miller should not be even considered a Republican in Name Only (RINO).
According to reports, a man allegedly installed a hidden camera inside the restrooms of a California Starbucks. The camera was found underneath the sink by an employee facing the toilet at Starbucks on January 31.
Police described Louie Juarez Jr., 35, as a ‘violent predator’ who allegedly filmed over 90 victims in restrooms before he was arrested on Friday.

Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon signed a bill on Friday that bans doctors from performing “gender transition” and sex change procedures on minors.
Under Senate File 99, any healthcare professional who provides a minor with puberty blockers, hormone therapy, or sex change surgeries will be subject to having their licenses suspended or revoked.
While he signed the bill, the governor did not seem enthusiastic about doing so.
“I signed SF99 because I support the protections this bill includes for children, however it is my belief that the government is straying into the personal affairs of families,” Governor Gordon said in a statement about the legislation.
