Navarro’s message from federal prison

Original Article

As you read this, I have entered a federal prison. I am the first senior White House adviser ever to go to jail for a “crime” never before considered to be a crime, yet there are really two bigger stories for the American people to ponder. The first story is about the death of the constitutional separation of powers and the demise of executive privilege that, since the days of George Washington, has helped facilitate effective presidential decision-making. The second is about the alarming success of lawfare and the partisan weaponization of our now dual system of justice.

Very simply. the entire Democrat Party is a crime syndicate. They own judges and un-elected drones in all branches of gvt. who do their bidding. They HATE AMERICA, they HATE the CONSTITUTION, they only care about having power over We, The People, and use it to destroy they country with anticapitalist climate change carbon taxes, open border immigration policies, unrestricted lawfare....while all their minions do all they can to hide their corruption. Does ANYONE doubt at this point that Joe Biden and his slimy, sleezy, grifter family do nothing but sell Joe Biden's influence to foreign interests?

I hate to see this man in jail on those BS charges, but there are people who have been in prison for 3 years and have never had the charges brought against them in a court of law. My prayer is that when Trump gets elected he pardons them all and they get out and sue Nancy Pelosi into poverty.

At the nexus of most of America’s current crises, the diversity/equity/inclusion dogma can be found. The southern border has been destroyed because the Democratic Party wanted the poor of the southern hemisphere to be counted in the census, to vote if possible in poorly audited mail-in elections, and to build upon constituencies that demand government help. Opposition to such cynicism and the de facto destruction of enforcement of U.S. immigration law is written off as “racism,” “nativism,” and “xenophobia.”

My father remembers a trip with my grandfather to the U.S. Military Academy in the early 1960s to watch a baseball game. They loved the game, but what struck my grandfather, who served in the Pacific during World War II, was something else. “Watch how they sprint on and off the field,” he said. “Every inning. The best player and the worst. Whatever the score.” I don’t know whether the boys at West Point still sprint on and off the athletic fields. I bet they do. Their generals and the politicians, however, are running in the wrong direction. West Point is dropping “Duty, Honor, Country” from its mission statement

In the aftermath of the George Floyd killing in the summer of 2020, a sea of middle-class white protesters in my former hometown of Denver ritualistically writhed and moaned face-down on the grass for nine minutes in a park. It’s difficult to believe in hindsight that such creepy and transparent virtue-signaling ever took place. But middle-class white liberals were in a tailspin at the time. The often contradictory codes of “woke” social etiquette had knotted their brains; they were simultaneously confused and fighting mad, and above all, they were desperate to appear to be standing on the “right side of history.” So strong was this urge as they packed

Pollster Frank Luntz recently warned that New York Attorney General Letitia James' efforts to seize former President Donald Trump's properties could devastate Democrats in the upcoming election. The ex-president recently failed to secure the $464 million appeal bond he needed in the recent New York civil fraud judgment against him. In a Monday court filing, Trump's legal team said getting the amount of money needed was a "practical impossibility under the circumstances presented." James has threatened to seize Trump's assets and suggested that the former president should secure the entire value by selling off his real estate holdings – which his attorney Clifford S. Robert called "unconstitutional."

Unlike most people in the media, Frank Luntz spends a lot of time talking to regular folks. He and Nate Silver can see the objective reality of where we are now, yet they have difficulty explaining that to people on the Left. To most of them, they’ve been fighting a war against Trump and MAGA since 2016. It’s unthinkable that anyone in America, let alone a majority, would not feel the same way. Here is how the polls are lining up right now on Real Clear Politics:

Supreme Court cases

This month, the Supreme Court reviewed a trifecta of free speech cases that has government and civil libertarians alike on edge. While each of the cases raises an insular issue, they collectively run across the waterfront of free speech controversies facing this country. For some of us, what was most chilling from oral arguments were the sentiments voiced by justices on the left of the court, particularly Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson. The court may now be reflecting the shift among liberal scholars and politicians away from freedom of speech and in favor of greater government speech regulation.

group of several hundred illegal immigrants forcibly pushed past Texas National Guard troops on Thursday in El Paso, Texas, breaking through razor wire and assaulting guardsmen as they forcibly rushed a border gate. Video of the clash, which was filmed by reporters from the New York Post, quickly went viral. It shows the crowd of migrants, all of them adult men, at first putting their hands up as they crowd around a small group of Texas guardsmen trying to block an opening in the fence the migrants had created. After what appears to be a brief physical altercation, the crowd rushes past the guardsmen.

Russia and Transnistria have lost their instruments of blackmail, Moldovan Energy Minister Victor Parlicov told DW, and his country has grown stronger and more resilient for it. DW: What role does energy security play in the context of Russian threats towards Chisinau and in upcoming presidential polls being held later this year? Victor Parlicov: The Republic of Moldova was already in a very difficult energy situation in 2021, even before Russia's invasion of Ukraine, but has since grown stronger and more resilient. The most significant factor was a decision from Brussels made just three weeks after the beginning of Russia's war on Ukraine:

"Wildfires in the summer of 2023 devastated air quality throughout not only Canada, but also the United States as well due to transboundary haze and air pollution that drifted across borders."

The upper chamber's Republicans and Democrats did not reach a deal in which they would forego a lengthy period of debate and swiftly take a vote on the spending bills in time to avoid the shutdown. Due to disagreements between the parties on whether to consider several amendments, the bills weren't passed prior to the 12:01 a.m. deadline on Saturday.

The predictability of the issue is actually quite simple. {GO DEEP} Almost all senators kneel at the altar of money, nothing else. Once those narrative attack weapons are exhausted, they will take the deal and quit the party in their final political effort to retain affluence.

In the decade I served on a school board, I learned a great deal about group dynamics. The most important lesson, I suppose, is that there are people -- most often highly neurotic people -- who deliberately create chaos. They undermine every effort to rationally deal with issues that require solutions. They violate norms like crediting the work of committees that were designated to analyze what needs to be done and offer solutions for the board to act on, dispiriting those desirous of accomplishing what must be done. They go behind the backs of board members to undercut the systematic workings of the board,
