Christmas time is finally upon us. The perfect time of the year to sit back and switch on a wholesome film while you tuck into a box of chocolates.

Another day, another leak.
Special Counsel Jack Smith has “sprawling” evidence against President Trump, CBS News reporter Robert Costa said citing sources.
“Based on our reporting at CBS News, the special counsel has phone records,” Robert Costa said. “He has memos and diary entries from key witnesses, like former Vice President Mike Pence, key eyewitness testimony from people who are inside the Oval Office with Trump.”
Robert Costa continued, “But they had something in the special counsel’s office the January 6th Committee never had which is subpoena power to really go deep with witnesses and not just get public testimony and some depositions....”

Controversy surrounds far-left billionaire financier George Soros once more, but this time, the conversation isn’t centered around his political influence or financial dealings.
Recent photos shared on Daily Mail showed 93-year-old Soros taking a swim in Bridgetown, Barbados, with a muscular entourage have ignited a flurry of online criticism and speculative commentary about the nature of his companions.
One X user pointed out the eye-catching physique of the men accompanying Soros, quipping, “They say that money can’t buy love, but it can buy whatever is going on here,

Upon leaving the White House on Saturday before spending his Christmas at Camp David, Biden was asked by a reporter about his "outlook" of the economy going into 2024.
"All good. Take a look," Biden responded.
"Start reporting it the right way," he added with a smirk. Biden has repeatedly been critical of the press, which he accuses of focusing more on negative news than positive things that come from his administration.
But his approval among Americans continues reaching historic lows and his handling of the economy is a heavy factor in his unpopularity.

The city of Huntington Beach, California, one of the last conservative strongholds in the deep-blue state, has voted to cancel all of the separate month-long celebrations for various identity groups in favor of a celebration of the common history of the town.
The Orange County Register reported last week:
Huntington Beach leadership is ending the city’s current heritage and identity commemorations, such as Women’s History Month, and in their place will create celebrations focused more on the community’s history.

President Biden ordered strikes on three locations in Iraq after three U.S. service members were wounded, one critically, in an attack early Christmas morning credited to a militia group backed by Iran.
In a statement Monday, National Security Council spokesperson Adrienne Watson said Biden directed the strikes against three facilities used by Kataib Hezbollah and affiliated groups, which claimed credit for the initial attack against U.S. personnel. The groups, the U.S. said, are all connected to Iran.
The U.S. attack was carried out by a one-way attack drone, according to the statement, which said the three locations were “focused specifically on unmanned aerial drone activities.”

Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has been slammed for her Christmas post that called Israel a violent occupying force and likened Jesus to the Palestinians.
Posting on Instagram on Christmas Eve, AOC shared a photo of a child lying on a pile of rubble surrounded by wooden nativity scene icons.
Accompanying the photo, the New Yorker wrote: 'In the story of Christmas, Christ was born in modern-day Palestine under the threat of a government engaged in a massacre of innocents.' She went on to compare Jesus being hunted by King Herod to the 'right-wing forces' currently 'violently occupying Bethlehem.'

In a story broken by the Deseret News, Robert Kennedy Jr., son of slain 1968 Presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Sr., and nephew of slain President John F. Kennedy, is being turned down for any protection in his Presidential run. Biden’s Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told the Kennedy campaign in a letter that U.S. Secret Service protection for Kennedy is “not warranted.” Last month, Kennedy obtained a restraining order against a stalker who broke into his house in late October. The U.S. military is facing a recruitment crisis, and one Army vet says it’s the Democrats — not young Americans — who are to blame. As BizPac Review reported, the Pentagon warned Congress last week that America’s fighting force heading into 2024 is the smallest it has been since before World War II
Speaking before the House Armed Services Committee on Wednesday, Ashish Vazirani, the Pentagon’s acting undersecretary for personnel and readiness, revealed that “the All-Volunteer Force faces the greatest challenge since its inception.”

The Harvard University board is under pressure to resign over its handling of the anti-Semitism furor.
In the wake of burgeoning calls for Gay to resign, faculty members are now also turning the spotlight on the other 11 members of the Harvard Corporation - the Ivy League's powerful governing body which continues to support her.
One professor has even suggested an overhaul of the governance structure to give lawmakers the opportunity to appoint board members who represent the public interest, according to the Wall Street Journal. Meanwhile, the former Harvard Medical School dean Jeffrey Flier said he told board members Tracy Palandjian and Paul Finnegan to do more to address
