On Friday’s broadcast of CNN International’s “State of the Race,” Rep. Seth Moulton (D-MA) stated that Israel and Ukraine funding are important and border security needs to be tightened, but House Speaker Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA) is “catering to the extremists” by putting them together because it doesn’t include “a pathway to citizenship for kids like DACA kids, who came here with their parents through no fault of their own, and are essentially living as aliens in their own country.”
Moulton said, “Well, look, this is incredibly important, not just for our allies’ national security, but for our own. And we’ve been making this argument for months that, if Putin isn’t

Donald Trump has hit back at Special Counsel Jack Smith and President Biden over their 'failed Witch Hunt', after the Supreme Court declined to fast-track a case to consider if he is immune from prosecution.
The former president branded the case brought by Smith as a 'desperate attempt to short circuit our Great Constitution'.
'The Supreme Court has unanimously rejected Deranged Jack Smith’s desperate attempt to short circuit our Great Constitution,' he said on Truth Social. 'Crooked Joe Biden and his henchmen waited three years to bring this sham case, and now they have tried and failed to rush this Witch Hunt through the courts.
'Of course I am entitled

President Joe Biden’s parole pipeline at the United States-Mexico border has released a foreign population into American communities larger than Las Vegas, Nevada’s, population in less than a year.
On Friday, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released illegal immigration figures for November. The data shows that since the start of the year, more than 670,000 foreign nationals have been released into the U.S. interior through the administration’s parole pipeline.
The parole pipeline is made up of so-called “humanitarian parole” that Biden’s DHS offers to Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans as well as the “CBP One” migrant mobile app whereby foreign nationals in Mexico can schedule appointments at the border

According to former President Ronald Reagan’s Attorney General Ed Meese, special counsel Jack Smith is a “naked emperor” whose requests should be rejected by the Supreme Court because he was unconstitutionally appointed to begin with.
Meese joined forces with law professors Steven G. Calabresi and Gary S. Lawson to file a friend-of-the-court brief on Wednesday arguing that, as a private citizen, Smith’s appointment by Attorney General Merrick Garland violates the Appointments Clause of the Constitution.
According to Congress’s government website, Article II, Section 2, Clause 2 of the Constitution states that

A federal jury in the Northern District of Georgia has convicted a Georgia attorney and former City of Atlanta police officer of fraudulently obtaining over $7 million in loans under the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).
Shelitha Robertson, 62, of Atlanta, an experienced lawyer, was found guilty of multiple counts of fraud, including conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud itself, and money laundering, according to the news release from the DOJ.
Court documents and evidence presented at trial revealed that Robertson conspired to submit fraudulent PPP loan applications for four businesses she owned. These applications grossly inflated the number of employees and average monthly payroll, resulting in significantly larger loans

First, the secular liberal media mocked House Speaker Mike Johnson for working with his son to avoid sinful sexual Internet sites. Now ABC News is piling on the Jesus-freak thing with an old video of Johnson and his daughter at a purity ball. Here's the headline online: (Snip) ABC reporter Will Steakin reported that they suddenly "unearthed" an old German TV news outlet profiled the future speaker of the House and his then-teenage daughter.
"This looks like a wedding," a news reporter says in German in a 2015 n-tv news segment that was unearthed by ABC News. "But they are not bride and groom -- but rather

The Secret Service has opened a probe into comments made by John Schneider, a former star of the television show ‘Dukes of Hazzard,’ after he suggested on platform X that Joe Biden is “guilty of treason” and “should be publicly hung.” Schneider also targeted Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, in his statement.
On Wednesday, White House resident Joe Biden wrote on X attacking former President Trump.
“Trump poses many threats to our country: The right to choose, civil rights, voting rights, and America’s standing in the world. But the greatest threat he poses is to our democracy. If we lose that, we lose everything,” Biden wrote.

The recent ruling by the Colorado Supreme Court to remove former President Donald Trump from the 2024 ballot has even Trump's staunchest critics calling foul. It has been called the disenfranchisement of millions of Trump supporters. Trump's legal team has stated that they will immediately file an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. Republicans are outraged by the decision, so much so that now, according to Breitbart, GOP lawmakers in three states are introducing bills that would remove President Joe Biden from the ballot - states that will be key on election night 2024.

*BREAKING NEWS*
The US Supreme Court on Friday denied Jack Smith’s request for a ruling on Trump’s immunity argument.
Jack Smith last Monday asked the US Supreme Court to weigh in on Trump’s immunity claims.
President Trump on Wednesday urged the US Supreme Court to reject Jack Smith’s request to expedite the ruling on his immunity argument. Trump’s lawyers argued that Trump is immune from federal prosecution for alleged ‘crimes’ committed while he served as US President.

Thursday on FNC’s “The Story,” network contributor Jonathan Turley questioned the merits of the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to bar former President Donald Trump from the 2024 primary election ballot.
According to Turley, the 14th Amendment didn’t apply because January 6 was a riot, not an insurrection.
“It’s nonsense,” he said. “I mean, first of all, there’s really interesting analogies to go to Bush v. Gore, you know, a little over 20 years ago, they had another 4-3 decision by another state Supreme Court. And what the court did is they were uncomfortable with the ambiguous standards being used by Florida. This is even more so. When I read the 14th Amendment,

Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, is one of the creditors listed on former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani’s bankruptcy court filing.
Guiliani filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in New York on Thursday after a jury in Washington, D.C., determined that Guiliani owed two Georgia election workers nearly $150 million in damages for defamatory remarks about the 2020 presidential election. His list of creditors includes Hunter Biden, the IRS, Dominion Voting Systems, Smartmatic, the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, Guiliani Partners LLC and Noelle Dunphy, a former employee who accused Giuliani of sexual assault.
