Former cable host Tucker Carlson announced on Saturday morning the launch of his new website, one that is certain to complete his phoenix-like rise out of the ashes that remain of Fox News.
For the price of $72 per year, TuckerCarlson.com is a new streaming platform that promises subscribers “hours of exclusive members-only content hosted by Tucker Carlson.”
Carlson took to X to deliver the news.
“We’ve been out of work for seven or eight months now,” he began. “Hard to know. Time flies when you’re unemployed.”

I signed up because it doesn't work if you don't support it. Most people waste more on a weekend of shopping than that. Good luck, Tucker. I'm with you.

Although resistant, if presented well might be preferable ti the aggravation of sitting through endless commercials on Fox or NewsMax. I don’t know for certain if the others have commercials, since I haven’t watched them for so many years.

I love Tucker, but I'm not paying for one more bloody subscription, particularly in this economic climate! I'm so sick and tired of some barker saying 'It's only $6 a month' or 'It's only $11 a month'.... before long, with all of these 'It's onlies', you're starting to talk about some serious coin! Everything is a bloody subscription now and I'm TIRED of it!

The problem is web advertising payments (CPM) are at subpoverty levels and have been for some time. The only means of survival are through initial "angel" investment(s) and desirable subscription levels.
The CEO is Neil Patel, college pal of Carlson and co-creator (and still controls) of the Daily Caller. He understands the business.
The President and chief of programming is Justin Wells, Carlson’s former Executive Producer at Fox.
Carlson is said to be still working with X (Twitter) and will advertise on that platform.
Per the Wall Street Journal the seed money for this venture came from 1789 Capital (an anti-woke investment firm formed by Omeed Malik, a former Democrat and anti-woke convert.)

Absolutely. This will be the leading conservative voice. He'll be under attack 24/7. After Trump, he needs our support the most.

Retired with fixed income here. I’ll probably subscribe, though. That Alex Jones interview was something else. 90% truth. Chew up the meat and spit out the bones. I digress. Regarding this most esteemed site. I’ve been a huge fan since its inception. Tried the no ad service. Made the payment. It just never worked. Sent numerous emails. Everyone was kind and courteous but was never worked out. Paid subscriptions is probably the future for the internet. If the ugly truth is being reported in these very dire times; it will be worth a few bucks a month.

#5's sentiments are echoed by some neighbours here. Decision: Tucker [or Raheem] and Epoch times.

I will join up as soon as I can save up the $72 fee. I have enjoyed all the YouTube videos I've been able to watch. Call me silly, but I love Tucker's giggle!

Count me in. Love Tucker's wisdom and humor. His common sense is not common today and sorely needed.

Problem with all these pay sites is that the people who pay up are already on our side. No one who's on the left is going to pay to have their minds changed, it's not in their DNA. So it's just an echo chamber. A very good echo chamber, a very good source of right leaning commentary, but will it sway anyone from the left? And if I quote anything by Tucker or FOX, or Rush, etc, that pokes holes in the left's narrative, it goes directly in the circular file of their mis-wired lefty brain. Can't see paying for it.

Paid subscription has been terrible for Epoch Times. Great content and I subscribed but it never worked. Same as the add-less option here at Lucianne. Never worked. Truth Social is free but they constantly ask to log in and do not discuss Ukraine or Palestine…
