Fox News legal analyst Jonathan Turley weighed in on the newest report showing Hunter Biden sent his father, President Joe Biden, monthly payments from the bank account he reportedly used to receive money from Chinese business associates.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer released redacted bank records Monday showing direct payments to Biden from Hunter’s Owasco P.C. bank account. The payments appear to stem from September of 2018.Turley said Monday an impeachment vote into Biden was “overdue” and there “was ample evidence to justify an impeachment inquiry.”

Judge Aileen Cannon denied Special Counsel Jack Smith’s request to keep some documents hidden in the classified documents case against Trump.
Last month Jack Smith’s lawyers asked Judge Cannon to keep documents under seal because it is considered “highly sensitive classified information.”
Judge Cannon denied Jack Smith’s request to keep the records hidden.
“In light of the Special Counsel’s Response to Defendants Motion to Unseal 230, and mindful of the strong presumption in favor of public access to judicial documents, the Clerk is directed to unseal docket entries 223, 224, and 230,” Judge Cannon’s 4 order reads.

Kash Patel, former President Donald Trump’s Pentagon chief of staff, in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News on Monday slammed President Biden for reversing the Trump administration’s designation of the Houthis as a terrorist organization, in the wake of the group’s attack against a U.S. war ship in the Red Sea.“The Trump administration prioritized designating terrorist groups as terrorist groups, both at the State Department at Treasury and across all other government agencies. And we designated the Houthis as a terrorist group, even though a lot of people in the media were like, ‘Oh you can’t do that, we won’t be able to provide humanitarian aid.'”

Next year promises to be a wild year, given the presidential election and the stakes for both America’s ruling class and its people.
Donald Trump represents an existential threat to the ruling class's money, power, and influence. To many voters, though, he is the only option to right the sinking American ship.
The ruling class includes the federal government’s burgeoning administrative state, no longer serving the American people, but instead those in power. Government has morphed from Abraham Lincoln’s dream, “Government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth,” to a government with a Marxist disregard

A pair of transgender women won first and second place in a female race at the Illinois State Cyclocross Championships over the weekend, sparking fury among advocates for women's athletics.
The championships were held on December 3 and were comprised of some one dozen different competitions divided into men, women, and junior athlete categories.
But it was two biological men who placed atop the podium for the Women's Singlespeed category.

A patriotic new logo has been unveiled that will be used to celebrate the United States' 250th birthday on July 4, 2026.
The semiquincentennial - which celebrates the anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence - is set to be part of an attempt to unite America around the landmark.
The logo uses the number 250 with red, white and blue outlines in a ribbon type font, alongside the word 'America' in a classic black typeface. Sagi Haviv, one of the designers of the new logo, said coming up with the right symbol for the semiquincentennial has been tough,

For a man who once claimed to be “the poorest man in Congress,” Joe Biden sure likes to loan out money.
For instance, the Bank of Biden supposedly gave $40,000 to his brother James.
James was able to repay the money barely a month later, after he coincidentally received a check from a Chinese energy company.
Next, the White House claims, Joe Biden helped his son make car payments.
That’s why Joe received a monthly payment of $1,380 in 2018 from his son Hunter’s law firm.
Hunter was just paying him back — possibly using money the son “earned” from that same Chinese energy firm, and a Ukrainian gas company, Burisma.

Washington—President Joe Biden is making a big push to raise money for his reelection effort before the end of the year, appearing at seven events through next Monday — with more to come.
Biden was traveling to Massachusetts on Tuesday to schmooze with donors at a trio of Boston fundraisers to benefit his campaign and the broader Democratic Party, including an event in the city’s theater district featuring a concert by singer-songwriter and guitarist James Taylor.
Later this week, the Democrat will touch down on the West Coast on Friday for his first Los Angeles fundraisers since the end of the strikes by actors and screenwriters,

In a controversial turn of policy advocacy, Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) is now advocating for a bold and contentious plan as proposed by another Senator Tammy Duckworth (D-IL): allowing illegal immigrants to serve in the U.S. military as a pathway to citizenship.
In his recent address, highlighted the demand for legal immigration, suggesting that illegal immigrants who can pass physical and background tests should be allowed to serve in the military. In return for their honorable service, they would be granted U.S. citizenship.
Durbin’s rationale hinges on the military’s current recruitment struggles. He argues that there are illegal immigrants eager to serve

In another interesting twist, a former U.S. Capitol Police officer made an announcement that could even further damage the already-weakened narrative put forth by the left regarding the J6 riot. Since House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) decided to release all of the footage taken on Jan. 6, 2021, at the Capitol building, the riot has become a topic of conversation once again.Former U.S. Capitol Police Lieutenant Tarik Johnson, who was present at the Capitol on that day, has been challenging the government narrative on the incident and has indicated that the authorities on the ground were ill-prepared for what happened.

More young Americans are doomsday prepping ahead of the next presidential election over fears of a societal collapse or failed natural disaster response, a survey has found.
Gen-Z, adults born after 1997, is the most likely to be preparing for a disaster with a whooping 40 percent claiming to have spent money on doomsday supplies in the past year, according to a Finder survey.
The survey of 2,179 US adults was conducted from January 9 to February 17 and has a two percent margin of error. Finder - who has been collecting prepping data since 2017 - asked people if they had spent money preparing for emergencies over the last twelve months.

The GOP’s top leaders and pro-migration advocates are uniting behind popular border reforms while Democrats try to extort concessions with threats of Russian invasions.
“The Administration is continually ignoring the catastrophe at our own border,” House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) said Monday in quick response to the White House’s December 4 claim that the GOP’s demand for popular border reforms will “kneecap Ukraine on the battlefield … [and increase] the likelihood of Russian victories.”
Johnson tweeted:
The Biden Administration has failed to substantively address any of my conference’s legitimate concerns
