Fox News’ Dana Perino and Stuart Varney will moderate the second 2024 GOP presidential debate alongside UNIVISION’s Ilia Calderón, according to a Wednesday press release.
The three personalities will moderate the debate on Sept. 27 at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California, which will be broadcasted from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Time, according to a Fox Business press release. Along with the outlet, the Republican National Committee partnered with video app Rumble to livestream the event. “We are very proud to have Stuart Varney and Dana Perino co-moderating the second debate with UNIVISION to provide Americans with a comprehensive view of the qualifying candidates

This will get many less views than the first debate. I can't muster any interest whatsoever.

Other than DeSantis, Vivek (can't spell last name without lookng it up), and possibly Bergram the others are Rino loosers in my opinion.
As far as the Moderators, they made a far better choice than Megan Kelly, Chrissie Wallace, and Brett Bair. They were all anti-Trump plants. I don't get that feeling this time. I might actually watch even though Pence and Crispie are possibly the most annoying charlatans to be allowed on the stage,
It appears to me that the qualification standards for the debate stage is WAY too low.

I would like to see them dip more into the conservative pool at Fox News. I would also like them to ask hard hitting questions that need answers, like Vivek Ramaswamy winning a Soros award and his connections to the WEF. During the first debate he spoke of faith in God. He's a Hindu and was obviously playing to the Christian base and it seems he says all the things the far right want to hear, and I don't trust him.

Ho hum…
Do a rally President Trump. These little chihuahuas nipping at your heels should be ignored. Don’t assist their campaigns by giving them viewers. Talk to the American people. You can draw a crowd anywhere at anytime. Let these lightweights play to the cameras. Take your winning agenda to we the people!

I'm going to give it a pass; seems the focus will be on the moderators, not on the panel nor the audience--selected and sanctified though they be.

I expect, if Trump does another public program during the debate, instead of joining, that the left will start scheduling legal proceedings, requiring his physical presence to try to interfere.
And it's all going to continue to blow up in their faces.

Although I like Stuart Varney, I cannot stand Dana PeRINO. I still remember she got into it with Eric Bolling back in 2015 because he was pro PDJT and wanted to be on The Apprentice but couldn't be due to him being on Fox. We know that she's a Bush RINO like her buddy Karl Rove and that her attack on Bolling was stupid on her part. That fact alone makes me not want to watch anything she's associated with.

Perino represents the Bush family and the Republican Establishment.
Varney's business show was informative and entertaining until he began rants against Trump
The format of the debate with each candidate given a minute or a few seconds to respond to a question or another candidate provides nothing but prepared one-liners. It is not informing. Having an audience is disruptive and serves no useful purpose
It's time for a new approach to informing the public regarding the candidates' positions. It won't come from the RNC or FOX. Trump doing an in-depth interview with Tucker shows the change will have to come from the candidates

Varney qualifies because he goes on anti Trump ramps & looks absolutely stupid!! I didn't watch the 1st one ...so of course I will not watch this one either!

Since Tucker is (allegedly) still on the Fox payroll, why not use him? I'll bet he'd ask some interesting questions. Of course, it will never happen, but I can dream.

Looks like Neil Cavato just missed the cut. FBN can keep this arse-hole in reserve in case they need a substitute replacement at the last minute.
If FBN wanted a quality debut, they would have chosen Maria B. & Charles Payne to moderate. I would even tune-in to watch that.

No thanks. A real debate does not have "moderators" i.e. coaches for the gotcha squad. A real debate has a timekeeper who otherwise shuts up.
