Winning the Republican nomination is not the goal - winning the general election is. If we think this will be a slam dunk, we will tragically see another Democrat chump win the real prize. Trump is not going to temper his in-your-face persona which soccer moms and independents hate. Our hope is that the Dems nominate someone even worse than Biden or that Biden NEVER shows his face or talks at all during the race. Or that the economy becomes hopelessly bogged down even worse than it is right now and people become truly desperate for a change.

Since THEY want Trump to face Biden maybe the polls are being adjusted a little. It would mess them up if everyone gets their wish and he does not run or is unable to.

The only poll that means anything will be in November next year. If Trump is the nominee, I will vote for him. If DeSantis is the nominee, I will vote for him.

What's his margin over the great voter fraud partnership of Dominion Software and Democrat Ballot Harvesting?

It's a Q-U poll, which means that his lead is much higher.

That's not a lot of points, especially since outside of DeSants, who hasn't even announced, the ones running or talking about a possible run are lack luster.

Since when are polls accurate? 2024 is a long way away. Trump needs to keep his mouth shut and quit attacking fellow Republicans. This independent may just stay home if he keeps being as mouthy as he is. Quit complaining about other fellow Republicans running and focus on what you will do and focus your attention on attacking Democrats and their stupid policies. Trump has problems with suburban women voters. The constant childish attacks on Republicans does not help matters. Thoughtful, mature, explanations of why Democrat policies are bad for the country would be an approach I think worth taking.

#11, please do not stay home. All I can say is, yes, I am in agreement about the attacks on Republicans but Donald Trump loves this country and I am certain he is concerned for this lovely country. I listened to one of his United Nations speeches and it hit home with me. Not only is he concerned about this country but he is concerned for all countries. As I said yesterday, if Ron DeSantis is seeking advice from Jeb Bush, George W Bush, Karl Rove, Paul Ryan etc., I will have to seriously think about that vote. I want to vote for someone that is their own person and after God's heart. Not some entity that will pour all kinds of money into a campaign, not Jeb, not George, not Karl, not Paul or anyone else that is only interested in the "good ole boy" network.

People forget that candidate Trump was running 13 points behind the GOP front runner in July 2015, in sixth position. Counting chickens didn’t work well in 2020.
