Rob O’Neill, a former Navy SEAL who was part of the raid that killed Osama Bin Laden, has issued a warning for the US and the Afghan people, 11 years after the operation to take out the 9/11 mastermind and 12 months on from the withdrawal of troops from Kabul.
Speaking to DailyMail.com, the two-time Silver Star winner says the Taliban has only been emboldened by taking over the government, filling the vacuum left by Western forces, and has taken rights - especially for women - back to where they were on September 10, 2001.

The FBI’s raid on Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate was directly approved and overseen by Justice Department officials with deep ties to Russiagate, as reported earlier. But there is surfacing evidence that those ties are more direct and extensive than previously believed.
A RealClearInvestigations review of the agents involved in the FBI’s Trump raid has found that the anti-Trump operation was run primarily by the Washington Field Office and not the Miami Field Office. The Washington Field Office is deeply enmeshed in the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane operation from 2016-2017, which featured laundered Clinton oppo research and FISA surveillance warrant abuse

New York City officials are set to enroll at least 1,000 young border crossers — most of whom arrived on migrant buses sent from Texas by Gov. Greg Abbott (R) — in public schools across the five boroughs as the city grapples with how to reduce classroom overcrowding.
Buses filled with border crossers to New York City — the nation’s largest sanctuary city that shields and protects illegal aliens from arrest and deportation by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency.
Now, New York City officials say they will enroll at least 1,000 young border crossers in public schools from Manhattan to Queens before the school year starts on September 8,

Sunday brought the last day for “Reliable Sources” and Brian Stelter on CNN.
The last show demonstrated exactly why the show got canceled and why Stelter got the boot. It’s clear how upset he was over getting canned, and the tears were sweet as he tried to justify himself. (Tweets/Videos) Curtis Houck of NewsBusters took the bullet for all of us and waded into the dreck.
“We’re barely five minutes into the final Reliable Sources and the arrogance and hatred for conservatives that “the truth is not neutral” with Stelter and Carl Bernstein is flowing. They’ve already shown why it’s being canceled.”

For years former outgoing CNN host Brian Stelter relentlessly attacked former President Donald Trump, going so far at one point to frame him as a “destructive cult leader.”
But on Friday, a day after news of Stelter’s termination from CNN broke, Trump got the last laugh.
In a post published to his social media network, Truth Social, the former president ruthlessly mocked Stelter’s firing.
“Brian Stelter of Fake News CNN got fired because he lied, and lied, and lied – ABOUT ME. May he REST IN PEACE!” he wrote.

Mike Pence fueled the flames of a future run for president by appearing alongside Chuck Grassley at the Iowa State Fair this week and making a visit to the senator's home to 'talk issues.'
The former vice president and Senator Grassley were pictured on Friday sheltering from heavy rain during the state's annual August fair in Des Moines, Iowa.
On Saturday, Pence, 63, continued his swing through the state by joining the Bremer County GOP's second annual 'grill and chill' event to promote Republican candidates for the midterm elections.

Alex Wagner concluded her first week as MSNBC’s newest primetime host on Friday by alleging that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and others seeking to use public schools to promote “Christian nationalism” at the expense of real history and civics.
During a conversation with Salon’s Kathryn Joyce took aim at the left’s latest boogeyman: Hillsdale College, “And how is Hillsdale -- talk more about the connection between Hillsdale and Ron DeSantis specifically. We know that [Hillsdale President] Larry Arnn is a big fan of Ron DeSantis. But Hillsdale’s actually in some of the Florida laws regarding education.

Former President Donald Trump blasted Sen. Mitch McConnell as a “broken down hack” just days after the Republican leader questioned whether the GOP would be able to flip the chamber in November’s midterm elections.
“Why do Republicans Senators allow a broken down hack politician, Mitch McConnell, to openly disparage hard working Republican candidates for the United States Senate,” Trump said on his Truth Social media site late Saturday.
“This is such an affront to honor and to leadership. He should spend more time (and money!) helping them get elected,

Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. John Fetterman (D), running against Mehmet Oz for the state’s open United States Senate seat, is worse than failed Democrat presidential candidate Michael Dukakis when it comes to freeing violent criminals from prison, Kimberly Guilfoyle says.
In an exclusive interview with SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Saturday, Guilfoyle blasted Fetterman as a “dangerous” choice to fill Pennsylvania’s open Senate seat as a crime wave sweeps the state and nation.
LISTEN: (Audio) “It’s appalling to me the number of murderers, people who have committed violent crimes that [John Fetterman] has actually let out … that’s what people don’t get — he’s a very dangerous choice,” Guilfoyle said.

DES MOINES — Former Vice President Mike Pence is tapping the brakes on his willingness to testify before the House Jan. 6 committee, saying he has to ponder “profound constitutional issues” and the partisan nature of the probe before agreeing to any request.
Mr. Pence recently surprised political analysts when he said he would consider testifying to the Democratic-led committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, chaos at the Capitol. But in an exclusive interview with The Washington Times, Mr. Pence took a more cautious line, saying there is a myriad of issues he must sort out before he agrees to talk to the panel.

Melania Trump was briefly spotted last week leaving celebrity hairdresser Frederic Fekkai’s salon in Manhattan, sporting an immaculate blow-dry.
This was just days after FBI agents had stormed the Trumps’ magnificent Mar- a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida (dubbed the ‘Winter White House during his presidency), looking for classified documents, allegedly rummaging through Melania’s underwear drawer in the process.
But, if the former First Lady, 52, felt any anger or emotion about the raid on her home, as always, she wasn’t showing it.
