Actress Jennifer Grey of Dirty Dancing fame discussed her teenage abortion in a recent interview, claiming that the procedure helped her get out of a dangerous party lifestyle before she made it as an actor.
Grey has released an autobiography, Out of the Corner, in which she reviews her life thus far, but on the heels of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to return the issue of abortion back to the states, Grey insisted that, like her Dirty Dancing film, abortion is a way to help women advance their careers.

First lady Jill Biden complained in front of donors in Nantucket on Saturday, while delivering a speech at a fundraiser.
Speaking about her husband, President Joe Biden, the first lady appeared saddened by what was happening to the world during his presidency.
“He had so many hopes and plans for things he wanted to do, but every time you turned around, he had to address the problems of the moment,” she said.
Biden spoke to about two dozen guests at the fundraiser for the Democrat National Committee, setting aside her prepared remarks for a frank discussion.
“He’s just had some many things thrown his way,” she said.

A family in Florida drove into a major problem after buying a used electric vehicle: the replacement battery for their dead car wound up costing more than the used car was purchased for. Dr. Deborah Birx, White House Coronavirus Response Coordinator for President Trump, launched her book about her one-person attack on our form of government and our economy under the guise of saving us from the Wuhan virus. Though it has been out for a couple of months, it is only now attracting the attention it deserves. The book is called Silent Invasion and, to quote Michael Senger, “reads like a how-to guide in subverting a democratic superpower from within, as could only be told through the personal account of someone who was on the front lines doing just that.”

The good Samaritan who shot and killed the gunman who opened fire in the Greenwood Park Mall in Indiana on Sunday afternoon reportedly broke the property's policy against weapons. The suspected shooter entered the mall on Sunday carrying a rifle and multiple magazines and opened fire in the food court, killing at least three and injuring three before he was shot to death. Greenwood Police Chief Jim Ison said the suspected shooter was killed by a "good Samaritan with a handgun."
While the armed bystander reportedly had a legal gun permit, the mall's property policy does not permit weapons on the premises.

First lady Jill Biden told donors her husband’s political agenda has been sidetracked by unexpected crises at home and overseas.
Biden, 71, made the remarks during a private Democratic National Committee fundraiser in Nantucket, Mass., as President Joe Biden wrapped up his four-day trip to the Middle East, according to CNN.
Her comments came after pollsters recently found most Democrats don’t want the president to seek a second term. His approval rating was a dismal 33%, and only 13% of Americans thought the country was headed in the right direction, according to a New York Times/Siena College poll released Monday.

Rush Limbaugh's widow Kathryn has quietly put their palatial, Versailles-style Palm Beach mansion on the market for $175million - after snapping up the property for just $4million in the 1990s - even as experts warn it may so dated it could be just torn down by its new owners.
The conservative radio legend, who died in February 2021, snapped up the 24,000-square-foot main house on Palm Beach's North Ocean Boulevard for $3.9 million in 1998, and has since bought up four neighboring properties to build a 2.7-acre estate, with an asking price of between $150 million and $175 million.
