According to a poll that was put together by Rasmussen Reports and the Heartland Institute, more than half of Democrats in the U.S. — 57 percent — agree with a statement that says the Constitution “is a document rooted in racism.”
And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why our nation is in such sad shape. Kids are taught this line of thought from leftist teachers in public school from the time they first step foot in a classroom, all the way through their college days.
The end result is a large group of individuals who believe the Constitution is outdated and unfit to be

Arizona prosecutors are seeking a prison sentence for a former Democrat mayor who has pleaded guilty to ballot harvesting in the 2020 primary election.
Former San Luis, Arizona, Mayor Guillermina Fuentes, a major local Democrat operative, pleaded guilty last month to felony ballot harvesting after having been indicted in December 2020. Another Democrat operative, Alma Juarez, was also indicted at the time and pleaded guilty in March of this year.
Ballot harvesting is where political operatives collect ballots from voters and turn them in on their behalf. Arizona officials made ballot harvesting illegal in 2016.

House Democrats have passed two measures that would codify abortion into federal law to counter the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v Jackson, which returned the power to regulate abortions to the states.
The first bill, titled the Women’s Health Protection Act, was written to shield health care providers and mothers seeking to terminate the life of pre-born children from any state restrictions. The legislation passed in a 219-to-210 vote with zero support from Republicans.
The second bill is titled Ensuring Access to Abortion Act and would protect mothers who cross state lines from receiving any penalties for breaking state laws. The measure passed 223 to 205.

With Biden on a trip to Saudi Arabia, the White House issued a statement on a day when several leading Senate Democrats denounced Manchin's move, which appeared to signal the end of many key progressive priorities on climate and other issues.
'Action on climate change and clean energy remains more urgent than ever.

President Joe Biden said Friday night that he brought up the murder of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi in his meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
'In respect to the murder of Khashoggi, I raised it at the top of the meeting, making it clear what I thought of it at the time, and what I think of it now,' Biden told reporters from a Jeddah hotel after his meetings with the Saudis. 'I was straightforward and direct ... I made my view crystal clear.'
'What happened to Khashoggi was outrageous,' Biden later offered.

It seems that after nearly a decade of operation, the popular Shooters Grill—for years just about the only attraction in downtown Rifle, Colorado—is set to shut down for good.
It was one of the only restaurants in the US where you could have your burger and fries served to you by a smiling waitress who also happened to be packing heat, a marketing gimmick that fit in nicely with the old Colorado ranching town’s unusual name and Old West mystique. Shooters Grill also launched its owner to political celebrity and Republican superstardom. The only politician more popular than Donald Trump in western Colorado is Representative Lauren Boebert;
