The New York Times published a stunning report about President Biden's age and how it's becoming an "uncomfortable issue" for the White House and the Democratic Party. The headline of the report on Saturday declared that 79-year-old Biden is "testing the boundaries of age and the presidency," first highlighting how his upcoming trip to the Middle East was initially tacked onto his recent trip to Europe with one anonymous official calling it "crazy" if the president had done a 10-day trip overseas, those aides tell the Times there were "political and diplomatic" reasons behind separating the trip into two.

The family of an eight-year-old boy have confirmed their son has been 'paralyzed from the waist down' and will likely never walk again after being shot during the July 4th Highland Park parade attack.
Cooper Roberts' spinal cord was severed during the attack in which seven people were killed, and more than 40 others were injured. His twin brother and mother were also wounded in the incident.
'It's going to be a new normal for him moving forward,' family spokesman Anthony Loizzi said in a statement to CBS News. 'It sounds (like) he'll have significant issues moving forward, especially with walking.'

An MSNBC guest reverend vocal about her disagreement with the recent Supreme Court overturning of Roe v. Wade said Friday on "Morning Joe" that abortion is not a "biblical topic."
During a conversation with faith leaders supportive of abortion rights, co-host Mika Brzezinski asked Reverend Dr. Selene Jones about the SCOTUS decision and whether the Bible is being used "incorrectly" to curb abortion access.
Jones, who also serves as the president of the Union Theological Seminary, told Brzezinski that abortion is "not a biblical topic" and claimed there are only "one or two" biblical references to abortion that undoubtedly prioritize the "life and agency" of the mother over a fetus.

When Secretary of State Antony Blinken meets with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on the Indonesian island of Bali on Saturday, the FBI will likely be in the process of launching a new probe into Chinese espionage against the U.S. — if it hadn't already done so earlier in the day. That's based on an estimate by FBI Director Christopher Wray, who on Wednesday said his agency opens counterintelligence investigations into China roughly every 12 hours.

The ridiculous practice of eatery conflicts continues, with even the White House encouraging it.
There is a faction of this country that feels unrecognized and strangely, at the same time, they possess empowerment that is not matched by their possessing any legitimate power. I touched on this in a recent piece, where workers at a decidedly woke coffee shop in Philly felt galvanized by the permissiveness and tried forcing more activism on the ownership until the place had to close. Because of similar obliviousness, we are witnessing a growing tide of restaurant rabblerousing.

Over the time that Joe Biden has been in office, we’ve seen him continue to deteriorate, until now, he can barely get through remarks on abortion without descending into incoherence and a “Ron Burgundy” moment.
They’ve even had to give him note cards with step-by-step instructions on how to handle a brief meeting. The cards read like instructions for a five-year-old.
His chief handler, most of the time, seems to be his wife, Jill.
She’s pulled him away from reporters in the past, no doubt to prevent him from gaffing. We saw, on July 4th, how Jill tried to prompt Joe Biden to say ‘God Bless America” at the end of his remarks,

In a surprise move, Netflix quietly released a “speech” on Friday delivered by comedian Dave Chappelle at his high school alma mater, Duke Ellington School of the Arts in Washington, D.C. The speech is forty minutes in length and time well spent for Chappelle’s audience. The speech/special is titled “What’s in a Name?”
The reason for Chappelle’s speech that turned into a Netflix special was the re-naming of the school’s theatre. Chappelle was to be honored by the school. His name was supposed to be on the theatre but all that changed after a much-publicized meltdown by students at the high school over the choice of honoring Chappelle.

The mayor didn’t bother to tell us what part of the Constitution guarantees abortion on demand. But, no matter.

Democrats are starting to sound just a little demonic in their fanaticism for abortion, and it's obvious in their cavalier attitude towards the safety of the Supreme Court justices.
Here's the White House setting the tone: (Snip for tweet) That's right, they ran circles around the issue of this illegal harassment of a Supreme Court justice, refusing to draw a line anywhere (we already know they aren't bothered by protestors harassing a sitting senator by following her into the bathroom) on what kinds of protests are inappropriate kinds of protests. We also know that they have failed to condemn the firebombings,

Donald Trump suggested convicted drug dealers should get the death penalty during a somber-toned speech in Las Vegas on Friday night.
He also said his former lawyer Rudy Giuliani is in the hospital with a 'heart problem' just days after being subpoenaed in Georgia prosecutors' election fraud investigation in Fulton County.
The former New York City mayor is 'getting well,' Trump said, adding: 'Can you believe it? What they put Rudy through.'
However, Giuliani's lawyer later told NBC that he was already out of the hospital after receiving heart stents earlier this week.

Rhode Island may be the smallest of the fifty states, but apparently, it has plenty of room for race-baiting, attention-seeking, hedonistic morons like our knucklehead of the week. In the Ocean State’s legislature, a first-term senator named Tiara Mack managed to summarize much of what plagues America and our culture with one ill-advised social media posting and her subsequent counterattack against outraged critics. If someone unfamiliar with the continuing decay of our society were to ask us to provide one example of what ails us, the behavior of this week’s top knucklehead would be an ideal choice.

Ladies and gentlemen, may I introduce to you the President of the United States. The leader of the free world. The most powerful man on the planet.
With Vice President Kamala Harris and Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra standing behind him, President Joe Biden stumbled and bumbled his way through remarks before signing an executive order on abortion on Friday.
The occasional Biden gaffe has given way to at least one gaffe during every public appearance. His last performance was marked by several.
Biden accidentally read aloud the teleprompter instructions during a speech Friday.

Vice President Kamala Harris was caught with another course of word salad, this time during an interview with CBS News.
Following the historic Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, CBS News correspondent Robert Costa asked Harris on Friday whether Democrats both in the White House and in Congress "failed" to codify the federal protection of abortions in the nearly 50 years since the precedent was established.
"I think that, to be very honest with you, I do believe that we should have rightly believed, but we certainly believe that certain issues are just settled. Certain issues are just settled," Harris responded.

In yet another gaffe, President Joe Biden recounted Friday how a ten-year-old rape victim was forced to travel to Indiana to “terminate the presidency.”
Speaking to the nation Friday about a new executive order, Biden said that abortions are necessary especially in cases of rape. (Snip) “. . . Just last week, it was reported that a ten-year-old girl was a rape victim in Ohio, ten years old, and she was forced to have to travel out of state to Indiana to seek to terminate the presidency and maybe save her life,”

Admiral (not a Navy admiral) "Rachel" Levine is a so-called transgender woman, a pediatrician, and now a U.S. asst. secretary for health. Levine has joined President Biden and many others in the LGBT campaign to promote "gender-affirming care" for youths. "There is no argument among medical professionals — pediatricians, pediatric endocrinologists, adolescent medicine physicians, adolescent psychiatrists, psychologists, etc. — about the value and the importance of gender-affirming care[.]"
Levine's "no argument" assertions are hogwash for many obvious reasons. Here are three.

Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed an executive order Thursday allowing the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) and the Texas National Guard to arrest and return illegal migrants to the border.
“While President Biden refuses to do his job and enforce the immigration laws enacted by Congress, the State of Texas is once again stepping up and taking unprecedented action to protect Americans and secure our southern border. The cartels have become emboldened and enriched by President Biden’s open border policies, smuggling in record numbers of people, weapons, and deadly drugs like fentanyl,” Abbott said in a statement.

One of the two illegal aliens accused of plotting a mass shooting on the Fourth of July in Richmond, Virginia, has been given a mere $15,000 bail. As Breitbart News reported, Guatemalan nationals 52-year-old illegal alien Julio Alvardo Dubon and 38-year-old illegal alien Rolman Balacarcel Ac were arrested by the Richmond Police Department for allegedly plotting a mass shooting at the city’s annual July 4th celebration. The mass shooting plot was thwarted thanks to an American “hero citizen,” according to police, who called in a tip. Court records and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency confirmed that Dubon and Ac are illegal aliens.

House Oversight and Reform Ranking Member James Comer (R-KY) told Breitbart News in an exclusive statement that when Republicans take control of the House, they plan on investigating reports that President Joe Biden sold nearly one million barrels from the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) to a Chinese state-owned gas company that has financial ties to a private equity firm cofounded by Hunter Biden. The Washington Free Beacon’s Collin Anderson released a bombshell report that Biden’s Department of Energy sold one million barrels to Unipec, the trading arm of Sinopec. Sinopec is wholly owned and operated by the Chinese Communist Party.

Who says America can’t find its way to a national consensus? Republicans have considered Joe Biden intellectually bankrupt for decades. According to the latest complaints making their way to Politico, Democrat governors have just figured that out — and now worry that the clock’s about to run out on Biden and their midterm hopes:
They’ve prodded officials for more details of how the administration was going to communicate its wins and improve its messaging around the economy. They have also wanted to see a clear demonstration of new actions from the White House. Don’t just tell us what you’ve done, is how a person familiar
