MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell wondered on her Thursday show that if the Supreme Court cares so little about precedent in Roe v. Wade, will it also overturn Brown v Board of Education. Because her guest was former Attorney General Eric Holder, nobody pointed out that Brown is the case conservatives cite to justify overturning longstanding precedents.Mitchell began by asking Holder about the leak of the draft opinion, “How unprecedented, first of all, is the leak? And the way they came down in terms of breaking president, precedent, ignoring stare decisis and deciding to completely overrule Roe v. Wade after 49 years.”

Former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman's inquiry into the 2020 presidential election has reportedly been halted amid several lawsuits over his investigation. While his investigation into the election is paused, Gableman's $11,000 monthly salary will be halved to $5,500, and he will receive a $2,500 monthly stipend to pay for rent, General Assembly Speaker Robin Vos announced Wednesday, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
"Until we win those lawsuits, you know, we are pausing the investigation because it's not like we're going to keep looking into things we've already discovered," Vos, a Republican, said.

So long Jen Psaki! As White House press secretary, you were indeed very informative: every day you provided an example of how today’s Democratic Party turns normie soccer moms from Greenwich into reality-denying attack machines sputtering insults and cheering on lawbreakers because they can’t face up to the unpopularity of the far-left agenda. As blathering Joe Biden retreated into the background and suggested to the world that America was in the hands of a man who should be shuffling around Sunset Acres in a bathrobe, Psaki became the face of an administration that is determined to head into the midterms like Thelma and Louise.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki suggested Thursday that President Biden might visit the Korean Demilitarized Zone when he visits Seoul next week, after another series of ballistic missile launches from North Korea. 'We're still finalizing details of the schedule for the trip and what it looks like obviously that is a step that is taken by many who visit the region,' Psaki said when asked if Biden would visit the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). She added that U.S. intelligence officials believe that North Korea could be ready to begin a seventh nuclear test as early as this month.

Dr. Anthony Fauci was among the public health officials called before Congress to testify on the Fiscal Year 2003 budget request for the National Institutes of Health (NIH).When Fauci started getting heat for his disastrous track record, he fired back at his critics. Watch: (Video) Rep. Cline, after pointing out that Dr. Francis Collins, the former NIH director, had called the GBD signatories “fringe” scientists, pointed out that this criticism was proven to be “baseless.”“So, I’ll ask you on what basis did you and Dr. Collins identify these doctors, the authors of the Great Barrington Declaration as fringe scientists out of the mainstream of epidemiological science?” Cline asked.

Kathy Barnette has seen a dramatic surge in recent polls in the U.S. Senate primary in Pennsylvania that was previously seen as a two-man race, but the Republican underdog is now facing new scrutiny about her background. In the latest Fox News poll released this week, Barnette jumped ten points since March, just one point behind Dave McCormick and three points behind the Trump-backed Dr. Mehmet Oz. Now on the cusp of potentially pulling a major upset in the multimillion-dollar primary, two reports published by the Washington Examiner and the Washington Free Beacon, allege the Barnette campaign has not been forthcoming with their inquiries, particularly pertaining to her military career.

Top White House climate adviser Gina McCarthy copied a CBS News reporter on an email chain Wednesday announcing the administration would cancel a series of oil and gas lease sales.“The Cook inlet sale was canceled. It is not proceeding,” McCarthy wrote to other White House officials in an email, CBS reported.Another official reportedly responded immediately saying that a decision hadn’t been made yet. Interior Department (DOI) officials then reiterated that sentiment to CBS, also saying the agency hadn’t decided if it would move forward on the lease sales Wednesday evening.
