It remains unclear whether he might be charged. But the grand jury activity underscores that a federal tax investigation into President Joe Biden's son that began in 2018 remains active as prosecutors continue to examine foreign payments and other aspects of his finances.(Snip)Hunter Biden confirmed the existence of an investigation into his taxes in December 2020, one month after the presidential election. He said in a statement at the time that

We all know this will end one of two ways: The DOJ will admit they have enough evidence to indict, but won’t because no jury would convict (remember Comey and Hillary?) or they’ll drop all but one charge reduced to a misdemeanor and give him a year probation to keep it out of the courtroom.

Hunter Biden and his compatriot in crime Hillary Clinton have nothing to fear from any investigation. In case you were not aware of it, Democrat party officials of high rank and their parasites are immune from federal law. This Biden stuff will be old news in six months. American "news" outlets are shills for the rich and famous with major crimes unpunished. This is not new. A famous heiress in time past comitted a homicide. Gob of money and influence turned the deathinto a 'no harm, no foul' situation.

I wonder if flying Hunter around on AF2, on our dime, so he could make deals in corrupt countries, will make Joe realize that he himself is the cause of his son getting indicted, with possible prison time. Way to go Dad.

Like Hillary's fine for campaign finance law breaking, Hunter will also sustain a fine for failure to whatever they may charge him with and that'll be the end of the story. Pay a small fine with no prison time and move on. His laptop and foreign shenanigans will never see the light of day.

Hey, he dindonuffin' so 'supwitdat? Daddy got this under control. This isn't the drug addict/alcoholic/childsex abusing pedophile on of the most corrupt fake pedophile alcoholic president in history. Nothing here, move along. This will never see a courtroom and he will never spend one minute in jail. As Hillary says, at this point what difference does it make.

When the republicans Take over both houses in November, and they justifiably begin an investigation of the Biden Crime Family, Garland will refuse all congressional requests for information on the Biden Crime Family, saying that because there is an ongoing criminal investigation, he cannot share any information. Doing so would violate the confidentiality of Grand Jury proceedings.
See how that works?

Money laundering, fraud, crack addiction, federal firearms charges, etc, etc, etc.

Be interested in knowing how the average length of an investigation into a Dem compares to the average length of an investigation into a Republican. Just kidding, I know the answer.

The crooked crackhead either paid his taxes or he did not. And his corrupt incontinent pervert clown of a father either declared his 10% fee or he did not. This is something that any accounting student could resolve within 10 minutes, not 4 years, and they're only doing a drawn-out and very costly investigation so they can give themselves work and make the eventual exoneration seem legitimate.
