After four long days of hearings by the Senate Judiciary Committee, we are left with more questions than answers about what kind of justice Ketanji Brown Jackson would be if confirmed to the Supreme Court — and the answers the Senate received were troubling to the point of being disqualifying. Judge Jackson repeatedly claimed to not have a judicial philosophy. Instead, she suggested that she uses a “methodology” that she has developed throughout her time on the bench: utilizing “the arguments of the parties, the facts in the case, and the law that applies in every case” as “inputs” that aid her decision-making.

We know what kind she would be. The kind she already is, a commie.

Long after Americans have forgotten her name she will be known as "that kiddie porn Judge."

This is called prevercating to obstruct.
You don't outright lie, you just never get around to telling the truth.

The saddest aspect of this entire sordid affair is this. This nomination, the philosophy behind it and the dishonesty and brazenness with which it is being promoted is no different than several other acts of this regime in different areas.

I disagree. I think she made her judicial philosophy perfectly clear - - - -
If they left or dark - - they win - - if they right or white - - they lose.
Not so hard to understand.

She used the word “woman” more than any other noun in her speech (followed closely by “black”, which would outnumber “woman” in the count, but was used as both an adjective and noun).
When asked she said she didn’t know what a “woman” is.
She also said the violent racist cult, Black Hebrew Israelites, was just a peaceful group of vegetarians.

Usually the dems nominate Marxists who at least are nimble and quick on their feet with their deception. This affirmative action hire is just plain dumb. She'll just be another Marxist rubber stamp like the other two Obama-bots.

If you can't define what a woman is then you don't belong on any court anywhere.

The methodology I have seen in courts can be called: erase God and erase morality.

For Jackson and the left, the Constitution is just a suggestion for her to maybe consider while she decides how she feels a case should go.

Thurgood Marshall, in an interview as he approached retirement, said approximately this.
'First, I decide on my decision. Then I look for justification to support my decision.'
This woman seems to use that sort of approach.
And as for her statement that she doesn't remember much about the Dred Scott case and decision, Harvard Law professors must be covering their faces in embarrassment. We are expected to believe that this genius of a woman sat at Harvard Law, basking in her negritude (are we to believe her children bask in half-negritude?) and the professor was lecturing on the seminal case dealing with race, and she doesn't remember much about it?
Shame on the republicans and democrats for failing to pursue that.

In other words she takes logic and truth and turns it into crap, then she decides based on her Marxist ideas. Any Questions?...I thought not.

A lifetime appointment to the SC is a never ending ride on the government gravy train. This one, like RBG, will have to be carried out.

Diversity and inclusion™ for its own sake never produces anything of value. In my company I see people with heavy, unintelligible accents, some taking ESL courses. Perhaps I should let it pass, but I don't agree with excluding home-grown talent for the sake of diversity.
