The 9th Circuit just issued a final ruling in the Stephanie Clifford (aka Stormy Daniels) frivolous lawsuit case against me brought by her disgraced lawyer, Michael Avenatti, upholding the lower court ruling that she owes me nearly $300,000 in attorney fees, costs, and sanctions (not including appeal costs). As I have stated many times throughout the years, I never had an affair with Stormy Daniels, nor would I ever have wanted to. The ruling was a total and complete victory and vindication for, and of me.The lawsuit was a purely political stunt that never should have been started,

The Georgia Elections Board granted subpoena power to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger on Monday to secure evidence into possible illegal ballot harvesting in the 2020 election. In January, Raffensperger announced he would probe a complaint submitted in November by True the Vote, which details digital data of 242 people making visits to drop boxes to dump mail-in ballots. The complaint says about 40 percent of the trips occurred between midnight and 5:00 a.m., an unusual time to drop off ballots. The probe is also looking into whether participants in the scheme were paid $10 for each ballot they dropped in the unsecure dropbox.

WASHINGTON— An elected official from New Mexico went to trial Monday with a judge — not a jury — set to decide if he is guilty of charges that he illegally entered the U.S. Capitol grounds on the day a pro-Trump mob disrupted the certification of Joe Biden’s presidential election victory.U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden is scheduled to hear attorneys’ closing arguments Tuesday for the case against Otero County Commissioner Couy Griffin, whose trial in Washington, D.C., is the second among the hundreds of people charged with federal crimes related to the Jan. 6, 2021, siege. The judge heard testimony Monday from three government witnesses.

Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell said Monday that the central bank may need to get more 'aggressive' with interest rate hikes as inflation is 'much too high.' The Fed raised its benchmark interest rate by a quarter of a percent last week to between 0.25 and 0.5 percent. Officials planned on a series of 0.25 percent increases throughout the remainder of the year that would draw rates up to 2 percent by the end of 2022 and to 2.75 percent next year. 'The labor market is very strong, and inflation is much too high,' Powell said in remarks for the National Association of Business Economics.

President Joe Biden said Monday that Russian President Vladimir Putin's 'back is against the wall,' as he said Russia launched a 'hypersonic missile' at Ukraine in part due to the strength of Ukrainian defenses.'They're wreaking havoc on on the, on the Russian military, whether it's their tanks or their helicopters or their aircraft,' Biden said.He spoke after the Kremlin claimed it used its state-of-the-art military hardware to take out a Ukrainian weapons storage facility. On Jan. 6, 2021, a protestor, 40-year-old Brady Knowlton, says that an officer at the Capitol told “You can go in, as long as you don’t break anything.” At 2:35 p.m., Knowlton did, entering through the Upper West Terrace doors. He looked around inside the building, walked through the Rotunda, lobby, and Senate chamber gallery, obeyed the officer’s injunction not to break anything, and left the building at 2:53 p.m. For that, Knowlton now faces twenty years in prison in Old Joe Biden’s vengeful banana republic. On top of the possibility of being behind bars until 2042, Knowlton, a law student, has suffered numerous other consequences already.

Many criticized Joe Biden for promising during his presidential campaign that, if given the chance, he’d nominate a black woman to the Supreme Court, effectively making his eventual nominee an affirmative action pick. This pick would forever have to live with the perception that she was chosen primarily for reasons of identity, not her qualifications. And Biden came through on his promise, but Democrats don’t seem to care about fixing that perception.Senator Cory Booker, for example, can’t even discuss the nominee’s qualifications without mentioning her race and gender.
