Mandatory Vaccination: The Greater Evil
of Society

COVID-19 presents a high risk of severe illness and death to a few and a negligible risk to the majority of the population. The median age of death with COVID-19 is similar to that of natural mortality in most countries. (snip) The epidemiological reality of COVID-19 lends itself to a focused vaccine approach: (snip) Mandatory vaccination has no place in a free society. Public health policy should never be coercive and should always be participatory. Decisions must be made by those who have skin-in-the-game and not by bureaucrats or a conflicted elite who will never have to live with the consequences of their actions.

Not exactly, number 1. I don't believe for a second those shots are helping anyone. I do see stories daily of the vaccinated getting sick, tho, so tell me who is this "everyone" you speak of.

When (not if) the vaccinated get sick, they make the virus mutate into the Delta Variant and shed it. The Delta Variant is much more contagious than the original, but much less harmful. So, if you haven’t been vaccinated, you can throw it off, easily, and be more resistant to the original. Unfortunately, for the vaccinated, the vaccine comprises their immune system, and the vaccine can’t see the Delta Variant because it doesn’t have the spike protein the vaccine targets. As far as I’m concerned, I’m naturally immune to CoVid, thanks to getting it before it was a”thing “. But, the vaccinated are unknowingly sacrificing themselves by creating the Delta Variant so more people will become immune, while increasing their chances of succumbing to a viral infection, such as the flu. You could say it’s natural selection at work. The sheeple pass and the independents inherit the world.

#1 - If antibody-dependent enhancement is occuring (and Dr. Malone thinks it is), you actually would be safer among non-vaccinated people. Vaccinated people will be more contagious.

Vaccinated people are the Delta Variant. If they are so safe why do they still have to wear mask like the un-vaccinated. I'll use the women's movements statement on abortion stance, "My Body My Choice". I'm not taking a toxic jab to make someone else feel good because they know I've been vaxxed.

I’m with #4. Had Covid in early January. Was sick almost 3 weeks, but never once worried about dying. Since then, I feel great and actually safer with my antibodies than getting the vaccine and worrying about what it would do to my body. My doctor tried to talk me into getting the shots, and I said. She had actually given her young teenage children the shots, and I disagree with that. I’ll see what she has at my next checkup, and if she’s still pushing the vaccine, I’ll find another doctor.

All the anti-vaxxers should explain this: In the 1940s forward, this country set about to eliminate smallpox. They did it by getting EVERYONE vaccinated. I don't know if it was coerced, or the mindset of the country was much less narcissistic than now, but smallpox was irradicated and now lives only in a test tube in the super-secret NIH lab hidden in some jungle. This was done for the good of the citizens of this country. I am completely baffled by the general reaction to Covid vaccinations.

Maybe it's just that they hadn't experience 60 years of daily lies, threats and coercion by a big government working in conjunction with a news media that would put Joseph Goebbels to shame. Seriously - peddle your vaccine sycophancy elsewhere. You aren't the first unknown to show up here and try this approach. Anything that is pushed this hard by our government should never be trusted. If you have to bribe me with free crap or a loser lottery, threaten my job, my pension or my very social life over a 99.9% survivable virus, I know you have an ulterior motive. I am amazed by you vaccine Karens that will blindly trust a Federal Government that is proven to lie to you daily about everything else, and a pharmaceutical industry that cares only about raking in cash and not one damn about curing anything.

To my knowledge, not one single Republican has introduce legislation banning the federal govt from mandating vaccinations of any kind. You'd think at least one would have the foresight to do so but then again, when has the GOP ever 'let a crises go to waste'?

@#10 - Not sure 'everyone' got vaccinated for smallpox but regardless, the flu is ever present and mutates each year. I have never gotten a flu shot and never intend on getting one. Also, I have not gotten the flu since I was 12 and that was a long time ago. What the population does not want is the govt mandating medicine(s). Everything with them is a slippery slope. Once we go down this road, we'll be jabbed for everything whether we need to be or not. This is Big Pharma and Big Govt in bed with each other and lot's of campaign contributions keeping people in Congress who should be thrown out on their keesters.

Re #8, I am in the same position. My doctor really hammered me about getting the shots and was almost angry that I would not. I have had adverse reactions to other vaccinations, to penicillin, to iodinated contrast dye (another shot), and to cipro. Some left me with disabilities. Her pressing was inappropriate and unethical, IMO. As for #1, some education might be in order. These shots do not prevent transmission. They do not even guarantee that the person having them will not contract the disease if exposed. They are supposed to do only one thing: Hopefully reduce the severity of the disease if the person who has had the shot contracts it. That is it.

Smallpox caused horrific disfigurement. (Actor Tommy Lee Jones is an example.) It was easy to diagnose and quarantine and it was not difficult to convince many to be vaccinated and vaccinate their children. Polio was a harder sell, but in our part of San Diego, the hit that took 8-10 30somethings, marrieds with children, and left them disabled - several in forever motorized chairs with total paralysis - was pretty compelling. I remember not wanting to worry my aged Mother so didn’t tell her that we and the children had been vaccinated. I had grown up with a neighborhood girlfriend who had to wear an extremely heavy, clumsy full-leg brace as a result of contracting polio as a younger child. She was lucky. No iron lung. What is being sold now as vaccination isn’t. It is gene therapy, not vaccine. The inventor of its core, mRNA, Dr. Robert Malone, believes it is being misused. That it is wrong to be shooting people with it during a pandemic.

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to block a ruling from a federal judge in Texas requiring the Biden administration to reinstate a Trump-era immigration program that forces asylum seekers arriving at the southwestern border to await approval in Mexico. The court’s brief unsigned order said that the administration had appeared to act arbitrarily and capriciously in rescinding the program, citing a decision last year refusing to let the Trump administration rescind the Obama-era program protecting the young immigrants known as dreamers.
