Preserving national sovereignty and independence while simultaneously ensuring countries can freely navigate the world’s oceans and airspace continue to be essential for the safety and prosperity of the United States. But threats are rising from all corners of the world. Now more than ever, America needs a robust foreign policy shaped by a grand strategy.
