It is no accident that Joe Biden has not given a State of the Union address or had a press conference since his inauguration. He is simply not mentally capable of doing either. I predict that Kamala Harris will become president of the United States before the end of the year, pursuant to the 25th Amendment. The amendment was ratified by the states in 1967. A review of its provisions is in order.Amendment XXV -Section 1. In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.

Unless you find a way to get to the man behind the curtain, Obama, nothing changes. Do it before the halfway point or you get Kamala in 2024 and 2028.

This has been the plan all along as stated here and elsewhere for over a year. But oh, the MSM will act like it is a big surprise.

If Harris becomes President after Joe is forced to step aside, she would get to appoint her VP, which would require approval of both houses of Congress according to the 25th amendment. I think she would appoint Valerie Jarrett. No threat to her and a continuation of the Obama government. Here's an interesting question, though. If Harris becomes President, who would break a tie in the Senate (assuming no RINOs break ranks) on a VP approval vote?

Great point, #6. That could throw the government into turmoil until 2024.

More of the 'Mocha Tyranny' coming to you via a woman born here to non-citizen parents and raised elsewhere. The levers of power are being pulled by people who are not of the American Experience. Welcome to the thugocracy.

Republicans should prop Joe up every day of his term. DOCTOR Jill will write Joe's note saying he's okay. And then it takes a 2/3rd vote to remove him. Let the professional Democrats scream daily how Joe is senile, incompetent, unable to perform...and hang that around their necks for nominating this shell of a man in the first place, and admittedly endangering the Republic as a result. Frankly, what happens elsewhere, like Taiwan, doesn't concern me. We got troubles tight here in River City that need sorting. Putting Harris in office won't fix anything.

Recall, Pelosi set up a process last year to make it much easier to use the 25th amendment. Don't need the VP and Cabinet members to start the process any longer, just a committee recommendation.
Not sure Kamala will be as compliant, so presuming they're waiting as long as they can, which is why the democrats are pushing as much as they can, as quickly as they can, despite a very small majority in the House and a 50-50 Senate.

The potential for the political scenario in the article playing out would be nonexistent if the USA did not have such a stupid electorate, and if the Democrats have their way that stupidity is going to be a lot worse and designed to keep them is permanent political power.

xiden and his horse kamala need to be kicked out of office because they are there, because they stole an election. That should not stand. Kicking them out tomorrow is not soon enough. They should have never been able to get there, doggonit.
