You learn a lot of things in Sunday School, if you go and if you ever listen much. For instance, you will certainly be taught the story of Joseph and what happened to him. Something happened to him that might be instructive to those of us living today. You may have heard of his coat of many colors from the old Broadway show. Joseph’s life took a sharp turn when his brothers sold him into slavery because of that coat. Step past the family implications of all that for a second — slavery had to exist in order for Joseph to be sold into it.

This is an excellent, very well written, thought-provoking article that is well worth reading for the way it reflects on the importance of history, what this country is currently experiencing, and what this country will encounter if there is a Biden administration. Indeed, “ignorance has been weaponized in our time.”

I was six years old when I first realized there were people who did things long before I was born. I was hooked on history. I still have all my history college textbooks, as well as some from high school. My Dad once asked me why I kept them all since there were always libraries. I told him that one day the libraries might close and books like these would be out of print. I had learned the lesson from Animal Farm, 1984, Fahrenheit 451, and Brave New World. Once required reading.
The lack of real history in our schools pains me greatly. I give people mini lessons when they reference a historical event incorrectly. I wish the History channel would show real history programs. As much as I love Pawn Stars and American Pickers, we need more meat than quick stories about artifacts. Conservatives have been denouncing for decades the Dept. of Education and the federalization of our school systems, only to be placated by Republicans with the empty promises of DC Swamp dwellers.
The Uniparty is surprised by the number of citizens who love America and are rallying around President Trump. Consumed by four years of anger they repeated their 2016 mistake and underestimated PDT. His vote totals overwhelmed their pre-programed algorithm forcing them to sloppily manufacture ballots to cover the short. The Free Media is uncovering the fraud and must be silenced. However, the only tool in their desperately low arsenal is cancel/ignore your enemy. They have the audacity to "fact check" the President of the United States, deplatforming The Conservative Treehouse is small potatoes. Can any one of us really say this is unexpected?
Big Tech may control the popular platforms, but as Sundance informs us he is working on re-establishing with another platform provider. Yeah, a pain the neck but it does not shut him down. The internet has infinite capacity. (Thanks, Al Gore!) I'm not on social media but it looks like Parler, Gab and some other services offer alternatives to Silicon Valley products. All of the founding tech firms will be left in the dust by the young freedom fighters. They will be "Fox Newsed" as the majority of their customer base chooses truth and liberty.
I trust Sidney Powell, Lin Wood, Rudy Giuliani, and most especially President Trump. Above all I trust God. I see His Hand at work in our country. We are in a time of Great Awakening and the chaff is being separated from the wheat. Stay strong. Stay in prayer.
72+ million Americans will not be denied living in One Nation Under God, with the freedoms He bestowed upon us.

This is very true. I work in a university and the historical ignorance of students is appalling. One young man I know - a conservative - had no idea who Woodrow Wilson was. He thought he was a contemporary of John F. Kennedy and had never heard of the League of Nations nor did he know about Wilson's stroke and how Mrs. Wilson was the de facto president for a time (which I think Jill Biden is going to try).

My concern is that in the book 1984 the tracking system was far less sophisticated than it is now. If 0 gets his way how do we get out?

AOC is just an immature twit, imo, who went from a bar to the halls of congress, and took her bar talk with her. The bigger threats to our open society are these big tech big heads who have decided what info others can, and can't, be exposed to. Thankfully, they have outed themselves. I'm always amazed with people who have expertise in one area, think they are experts in other area as well. That's just about never true. There's also the many weenie educators who hide behind the school walls with the aim of indoctrinating millions of students to their own warped personal beliefs. We need to expose these people.

Slavery was not bad, it was a WAY OF LIFE right up until Abraham Lincoln got the ball rolling across the world to free slaves. For centuries, when you won a battle or found a weaker people, you brought the surivors home as slaves. It's how the world was built. Freeing them does not mean that they get to become masters.

Agree with the excellence of this article. Almost like #2 seemed to be pulling thoughts out of my own head. I can only add a paraphrase of Ephesians 6:12, especially since quite a few people believe that President Trump was ''Sent.'' This is not a wrestling match against a human opponent. We are wrestling with rulers, authorities, the powers who govern this world of darkness, and spiritual forces that control evil in the heavenly world. (Does it ever!)

WE now understand crooked Hillary's shock at being dethroned... she had it rigged and. was shocked by President Trump's number of votes and his success.... she and soros thought they could out fox the President this time...with the china virus to help them...mail in votes would be their plan this time.... but... my fellow Americans they took on the wrong people.... WE deplorables came out in numbers to overwhelm their tricks... so counting phony votes in the middle of the night was their only hope and looks like they got caught...

FTA: "After a century or two of relative tolerance of competing ideas in our free republic, a republic which in turn spread freedom to countless other lands and peoples, we’re seeing disturbing signs..."
The United States is going through the throes of being turned into an "international state" as globalism continues to be spread. Open borders, piles of subsidies and support, wide latitude in behavior, the constant drumbeat of happy-go-lucky diversity...the propaganda drumbeat is loud and certain. Our destiny is to become what everyone else is by spreading out the poverty through the pocketbooks of earners who pay taxes. We're marching toward a "Social worth" society, where after 75 years you're on your own, medically speaking, and the government will make it so to save on Medicare and Soc Sec payments.
Welcome to a managed, peaceful and happy world...with progress and plenty equally shared, just like Gene Roddenbery saw it. More like Rod Serling.

#11, having looked into Roddenberry's life, I don't think that he was a socialist.Like a lot of WWII vets who saw hard combat (89 missions as a pilot in the SW Pacific) ,a few crashes (including with Pan Am), and later as a police officer, he wanted a better world. The original Star Trek and the first season of Next Gen were narratives of discovery, human capabilities, risks, accepting the differences of others in and how people could work together. Both Roddenberry and Robert Heinlein (one of Roddenberry's influences) would be horrified at what is happening to this country now.

The entire elevation of ignorance and faculty-lounge pipe dreams to places of authority is nothing more than the acting out of The Lumberjack Song. Oh, it all sounds good in the beginning, has the ring of being true and real. But just let it all play a bit and the singer's increasing boldness and confidence inevitably lead to his proclaiming his true intentions and perversions, at which point everyone wanders away. Everyone wandered away in this election, the Trump Landslide, leaving behind nothing but cardboard cutouts with their imitation votes at the polling places to present a false audience to the singer.

#12 - Roddenberry had a "United Federation of Planets", of which earth was a member. The original Star Trek never mentions the United States, inferring an all-world (would that be globalist) future. Whatever happened to the USA? What is the future of man portrayed? It is prosperous-for-all globalism, Utopia. I never said Roddenberry was a socialist...he was a Utopian if his "greatest work" is an indication, which includes a good dose of socialist content. And people take those messages seriously.

The only way to win the deplatforming game is not to play.
Wait? Not to play but follow this article on Twitter and Facebook? Yeah, okay. Is that weaponizing ignorance as well? Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over?

As of this morning, #2, it will be more like 80 million according to Sidney Powell. The msm's cancel/ignore schtick cuts both ways. We ignore better than they do.
Meanwhile, best for all of us to keep our heads on straight, yet confront this evil head-on. I have quoted the passages from Ephesians 6 enough times now. Let's roll, spiritually and morally, that is.

I just had another post disappear. As an attempt to re-write it, it is vital that we keep our heads on straight and forge ahead with our spiritual and moral values. I have quoted the passages from Ephesians 6 enough times now. We must go on with the notion of "one nation under God". Prayer and values will prevail. The President knows we have his back. Let's roll.
