After nearly two months, the state of Pennsylvania is found to have certified votes that are in error.
The Pennsylvania House has just uncovered that the certified results in Pennsylvania for President are in error by more than 200,000 votes. This is more than twice the difference between President Trump and Joe Biden.
What a mess. Republican State Representative Russ Diamond uncovered and reported today that the results for President are way off in Pennsylvania. More ballots were cast than people voted by more than 200,000 votes.

After weeks of partisan back-and-forth over whether a justice should be appointed so close to the presidential election, Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed to the Supreme Court on Monday, eight days before Election Day—making her the third successful nomination during President Trump’s tenure and the sixth conservative justice on the nine-person court.
Barrett was approved to be an associate justice on the Supreme Court in a 52-48 vote that ended Monday evening, with all but one the Republican senators, who have a majority, voting in her favor.

Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed to the U.S. Supreme Court by the Senate Monday evening, filling the vacancy left by liberal Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
The vote was nearly entirely along party lines: Senator Susan Collins of Maine was the only Republican to dissent, voting with all 47 members of the Democratic Caucus against the conservative Trump nominee over concerns of the proximity to the election.
The final vote was 52-48.
"Because this vote is occurring prior to the election, I will vote against the nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett," Collins said in a statement over the weekend.

Danielle D’Souza Gill, the daughter of best-selling author and filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza, believes President Donald Trump’s nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett has tapped into one of Democrats’ deepest fears: The Supreme Court may one day overturn Roe v. Wade.
The controversial 1973 ruling struck down a Texas law banning abortions and thereby overrode all state laws outlawing abortions nationwide.
D’Souza Gill, who is a member of the Women for Trump advisory board, argues in her newly released book “The Choice: The Abortion Divide in America,”

Well, it’s becoming clearer. This is the third day of hearings on the Supreme Court nomination for Judge Amy Coney Barrett. And support for her confirmation in the polls are soaring. In liberal America, they think confirming her is an unpopular position. It’s not. It’s risen 17 points, with nearly half the country supporting her placement on the Supreme Court, 48/31. Twenty-one percent are still undecided, but it has remained the case that more Americans want her confirmed than not (via Morning Consult) [emphasis mine]:
The level of support for Barrett’s nomination, an increase of 11 points since President Donald Trump announced her nomination on Sept. 26,

Beijing authorities ordered local media not to provide any coverage of the $200 million tentpole, after international outcry over reports that Disney shot portions of the film in Xinjiang Provence, where Beijing is accused of human rights abuses.
Disney's Mulan is off to a low-key start at China's theatrical box office, a market where it was once expected to be a sure-fire blockbuster.
Mulan had pulled in just $4.4 million (30 million RMB) as of 5 p.m., Beijing time, Friday, according to data from local box office tracker Artisan Gateway.

The House Ethics Committee is demanding Rep. Rashida Tlaib pay back $10,800 to her campaign for taking a salary in violation of federal election laws, but finds no “ill intent.”
The committee released a report on their investigation into the Michigan Democrat Friday, saying they concluded the salary Ms. Tlaib from her campaign after the 2018 election were improper because she was legally no longer a candidate.
However, they noted that Ms. Tlaib took a lower salary during the campaign, which led them to believe the violation was not an attempt to “unjustly enrich herself.”

A former master sergeant in the Army Band who claims service officials forced him into retirement because of expressions of his Christian faith and conservative opinions says he plans to appeal after an adverse ruling in his case.
The U.S. Court of Federal Claims published a ruling Tuesday in favor of a government motion to dismiss the case brought by Nathan Sommers, saying that, because he'd chosen retirement over separation from the military, the move was not involuntary.

Economist Thomas Sowell says the left’s hair-brained Marxist ideology is so fragile that it “falls apart like a house of cards” under the slightest scrutiny.
Sowell is a best-selling author and a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution, a public-policy think tank.
Dr. Sowell says like many of today’s misguided leftists, he was a Marxist when he was young. However, Sowell says he outgrew those immature beliefs once he started working and paying taxes, raising a family, and became an emotionally evolved, responsible adult.

Early Friday morning, hundreds of Antifa attacked police and the North Precinct in Portland. They tried to set up another autonomous zone around the precinct with fencing and dumpsters, tried to lock police in the precinct and light it on fire, and pelted the police outside with objects like glass bottles. (snip)
But Antifa was at it again Friday night, targeting the Central Precinct this time.
Except this time, police didn’t let it go as far as the night before. This time, when the radicals tried to set up barricades outside the precinct, the police weren’t having it.

The Washington Post attempted to debunk President Trump for saying “the most dangerous cities are run by democrats.” After an extensive effort, and a voluminous article reviewing all manner of methodology for citation, this is what they came up with:
(snip for chart)
A republican mayor was elected to Jacksonville in the last election; therefore the Washington Post has declared that President Trump’s claim: “the most dangerous cities are run by democrats”, is false. There is a top-crime city now run by a republican.
