The failure of former Attorney General Loretta Lynch and the Department of Justice to prosecute former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for alleged breaches of 18 U.S. Code §?793. Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information (the Code) is an issue that will come to the fore in the 2020 elections. Clinton’s escape from prosecution during the height of the 2016 election campaign has gained a new head of steam following release of the transcript of evidence given to the Committee on the Judiciary, US House of Representatives, in July 2018, by former senior FBI Lawyer Lisa Page. . A meticulous
What she did with U1, Benghazi and the dossier she should be yellow pilled. Just like No Name.

We can hope but I doubt she will ever face charges There are two tiers in the judicial system. We all know that. They let her off the hook because they believed she would win. If they leveled charges and she became president she would crush them and if she became president without charges being leveled the investigation would go no further.

Thanks OP, you summarize my feelings and thoughts very well. If she ever is prosecuted and especially found guilty, maybe Ms. Lucianne will let us party in the Salon to celebrate!

Public confidence in the American Judicial System has been seriously compromised by the revelations to date of special treatment for Clinton, her staff and her allies by the corrupt DOJ and FBI.
Justice MUST be done to these criminals if there is any desire to restore faith in American justice.
I, and MANY Americans, am tired of waiting for indictments!! Bring them forth and let the trials begin!!

Do not underestimate the brooding resentment our president is holding in. Once he is re-elected, he´s gonna go after her like even we won´t believe. Sure, there is also a chance he may do it during the run-up to November 2020.
Does anyone think that this man is going to let her get away anything -after what she has done to him EVERY DAY since he beat her like the dirty rug that she is?

This needs to be dealt with before 2020. If it isn’t, it will just be written off as election year mudslinging. Also, dealing with it now will take the wind out of the sails of the “Impeach Trump” crowd. Get on it a.s.a.p.!

Can she be prosecuted???
Everyone around her was given immunity.
A whole lot of evidence was destroyed, with and without DOJ´s blessings.
An agreement was reached with team Clinton and the DOJ so that Clinton Foundation emails couldnt be looked at.
The prior administration choose not to prosecute. Does that hinder this Administration?
Are there statute of limitations at play?
Then there is the perception problem.
Prosecuting Her Heinous will be messy, if still possible.

She´s gross, repellant and horrid.
And out of gas. It´s possible the new jerks driving the dem kkklown kar might toss her to the fates just to be rid of her once and for all.
Most of the clodhoppers in her stolen FBI files have long been dispatched to the nether regions; she has nothing as her funk continues to spread.
Unwilling forced democrat suttee. It´s possible.

I don´t doubt the facts that the author has laid out. I think Hillary deserves to be prosecuted. But the author has not helped me see how Hillary will be a campaign issue in 2020 UNLESS she runs for office.
Someone please explain to me how the facts of the situation make their way into the 2020 election campaign. Thanks!

Doesn´t matter is she can, or will, be prosecuted any longer.
What can be done is illustrate how Democrats wanted to, and did, cover-up, things out of fear of retribution since they all assumed she would be POTUS.
And, they covered things up to ensure they would be rewarded and promoted as a result.
Just get this simple idea into the minds of the average voter, and they will link it with Democrats´ desire to transform the United States into something else.
Universal Basic Income will essentially isolate a whole section of the population into a lower-class tier with little hope of every rising up out of that poverty.

Easy, #12. Every Republican can point to the complete corruption and slime that is crime queen Illary and then paint the entire demonrat party with that same brush. They do it to us every day and turn-about is fair play.

Let the indictments fly for the creeps at the DOJ and FBI. Maybe they will fall on their swords. Maybe they will sing songs about PIAPS and BO.
PDT is very patient!

Only Her Heinous could have gotten away with the wanton destruction of subpoenaed e-mails, computers, smart phones, and who knows what else. If any of us had flouted the law in that way, we´d be serving life in Leavenworth. This venal, pear-shaped woman, who belongs in prison, ought to go down very hard. Ought to. If she doesn´t, the law doesn´t apply equally to her.
