What Kavanaugh Was Secretly Caught Doing Hours
After Trump´s Nomination Will Silence the Critics

President Donald Trump nominated Judge Brett Kavanaugh for the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday night. His nomination has set off a generational fight over the future of the high court. Interest groups and grassroots organizers plan to make his confirmation the marquee fight of the Trump presidency. Democrats are already promising all out resistance. The nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh will threaten the lives of millions of Americans for decades to come and will morph our Supreme Court into a political arm of the right-wing Republican Party. — Terry McAuliffe (@TerryMcAuliffe) July 10, 2018 We’ll be DAMNED if we’re going to let five

Well, at least it was one place he could take refuge from the enemedia. We only know about it because a passerby snapped a pic and put it on a social site. Not unlike the man on the sidewalk when they loaded the sack of Clinton potatoes into the Scoobymobile. It is this informal citizen reporting that is the antidote to fake news.

Christians, and especially Catholics, can never be portrayed positively, such as a prominent man suddenly thrust into the national spotlight who honors a charitable commitment made before his world turned upside down. This is a man of faith, a man for others. When the socialist democrats plop out food for the poor it is a photo op for the Unipartitarians and becomes the major fake news meme of the day. When a Catholic man serves his fellow man out of love it must be ignored. Scenes of Christian acts make it hard to demonize Christian doctrines.

The critics were in full throat screams BEFORE Trump said who it would be. It doesn´t matter who it is, just that they are a Trump nominee and a Conservative, meaning making decisions based on law and not judicial activism.

The Left is screaming about specific things like Roe to fire up their base with fear. They probably don´t think it will make any real difference for the nomination. They are rabble rousing for the midterm election.

The Left is correct in determining that the appointment of another "Originalist" will be a hammer blow to their agenda. Much of what they have foisted on the Country in the last 50 years has been through an activist SCOTUS, not legislation. There have already been some serious rollbacks to that agenda. That will continue and expand with Kavanaugh on the court.

It doesn´t even matter what Kavanaugh´s personal views are. If the law doesn´t say it, the court has no power. To some extent, it´s ridiculous to grill him about his "views" on things because Kavanaugh could deeply want a particular outcome and still hold that nothing can be done because the law makes no statement on it. His solution would be to plead with the Legislature to take action.

The only yardstick to Kavanaugh´s fitness to be a judge, and an generally appropriate one, is "Does he apply existing law to each decision?". There is ample evidence that he does.

That is also why the Left is going insane.

The fact that he is committed to serving the underprivileged will not silence the critics; it will enrage them further. As far as they are concerned serving the underprivileged is the government’s job, especially if it is done poorly so as the keep the underprivileged underpriveged. And dependent. On the government.

I suspect the praiseworthy deed will NOT silence his critics, for they are hell-bent on his destruction. He was hanging out with Catholics after his nomination? The enemedia will distort that into being evidence that his ties to religion will control his judgments, and then hammer away at the Catholic Church´s radical anti-Progressive teachings (not pro-gay, forcing teachers to follow commandments to keep their jobs, male clergy, etc).

FTA: A fellow volunteer confirmed that the judge signed up for the event some time ago and chose to keep the date, developments in his professional life notwithstanding.

And it’s striking how “sexual abuse” is a phrase only used by news reports describing what happened at the school, while none of the school’s former wrestlers who were coached by Jordan are quoted recalling it that way at the time. Rather than horrific accounts of being physically violated, most of the ex-wrestlers actually describe remembering their experience with the creepy Dr. Richard Strauss as something more like fraternity hazing.
