Let’s Talk About the Black Abortion Rate
Wall Street Journal, by Jason L. Riley

Original Article

As Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court nomination tees up another national debate about reproductive rights, is it too much to ask that abortion’s impact on the black population be part of the discussion? When the Supreme Court decided Roe v. Wade in 1973, polling showed that blacks were less likely than whites to support abortion. Sixties-era civil rights activists like Fannie Lou Hamer and Whitney Young had denounced the procedure as a form of genocide. Jesse Jackson called abortion “murder” and once told a black newspaper in Chicago that “we used to look for death from the man in the blue

Good article that should open some minds- It won´t, but it should.

The thing about this whole issue that snags in my mind is the term, "Reproductive rights" that the whole abortion issues is wrapped up in. When did abortion become "reproductive rights"? Can anyone show me the clause in the Constitution that covers "Reproductive Rights" or denies them? Who simply claimed such a thing as if it is a massive social right of mankind?

Do you see how activists change the language and suddenly you are drawn into their little charade?

One point that the left misses - dead black babies can´t vote, at least not legally.

Black women can abort several thousand babies a day but a cop shooting one criminal brings national outrage.

Actually MORE, #3.

As members of a culture that is being genocided by the guile of their former white masters, it was only natural that the black family fell apart and their fatherless children turned to thuggery when the Culture of Death celebrated by the Left (and you, I guess) sliced, diced, and vacuumed them out of their mother´s wombs.

FTA...´In 2014, 36% of all abortions were performed on black women, who are just 13% of the female population...´
This is a bit misleading. The total Black percentage is 13%, not 13% of the female population. And then if you figure that of that figure, Black females are apprx. half that number, let´s put it at 7% and then figure that of that number apprx 4% are of child bearing age, you have 4% of our population having 40% of all the abortions. That´s even worse than Mr. Riley thinks. And it is the continuing genocide the democrats have waged against our African-American brothers and sisters since before the Civil War.

There are few if any more respected lower-court judges. More important than his erudition is Kavanaugh’s intense commitment to constitutional structure. Environmental extremism increasingly dominates California. The state is making a concerted attack on energy companies in the courts; a bill is pending in the legislature to fine waiters $1,000—or jail them—if they offer people plastic straws; and UCLA issued a report describing pets as a climate threat. The state has taken upon itself the mission of limiting the flatulence of cows and other farm animals. As the self-described capital of the anti-Trump resistance, California presents itself as the herald of a green, more socially and racially just society. That view has been utterly devastated by a new report from Chapman
