In all the hoopla, let´s not forget the Navy SEAL that died delivering oxygen to the trapped team members. May his life be honored and some remorse come from the boys and their coach in gratitude for his heroic efforts.

God answers all prayers (sometimes the answer is no). In this case he sent angels to rescue those boys. I wish for their speedy recovery and then a huge celebration for them and their angels. Followed by a feast to remember. The world was watching and we have jointly released a sigh of relief. The human spirit is alive and well.

A Thai Navy Seal died. The parents´ had countless days and nights of sheer worry. God´s intervention? Really?

Thank you to the rescuers from so many countries and worked and offered help to save the boys and the coach.

Consider giving thanks where thanks is due.

My baby girl with a severe congenital heart condition was flown half way around the world by PanAm with doctors and nurses from Stanford Medical Center on board, the many people both on the ground in different countries and in the air all came from either different religious affiliations or none. Every person gave 100%. The people doing nothing or the very least were those that prayed. Thank you to every person who helped me have by little girl for almost four years. The letters giving thanks to this god for her surviving her first open heart surgery gave no mention of the doctors. ALL the others gave thanks to the doctors and the heart team.

It is time for people to understand where real help comes from. If everyone involved merely dropped to their knees my baby would have died within three months.

Re #10, I cannot begin to understand the heartache and pain you continue to suffer. The loss of a baby after such an ordeal. Yes, many did contribute to her being with you for a precious four years.

I believe that those helpers - angels on earth - represent God’s will and intervention. The works they achieve are so often beyond what we believe is human capability. So when there is extreme illness, I pray for the doctors and caregivers to be given wisdom. For God to watch over them and guide them.

#10, so sorry to hear about the death of your child. However, that does not negate the many blessings God saw fit to confer upon these rescued people.

No one claims to understand how and why God chooses some to rescue and not others. But we do know that he does exactly that. Knowing God brings us one step closer to accepting the times to when God does not answer our prayers as we would have them answered.

Long-simmering ethnic tensions in a party increasingly defined by identity politics could erupt if Nancy Pelosi’s mental decline forces her to bow out of her leadership of the Democrats’ House Caucus. With African-Americans the largest loyal base constituency, the fact that there has never been a black minority leader, much less speaker, the choice of her successor could split the party. Potentially at stake is the Speakership that could result if the longed-for Blue Wave produces a Democrat House majority. Which is why it´s so shocking. How could this exist? How could someone be so alone and forsaken and without food? That there is actually someone in our hemisphere who walks the earth in that emaciated condition, brought on by weeks and weeks of no food, a living skeleton, so utterly impoverished of flesh and clothes it´s impossible to tell if the person is a

So Donald Trump went to a NATO summit, insulted our allies, then made the absurd demand not just that they increase defense spending — which they should — but that they raise it to 4 percent of G.D.P., much higher than the bloated military spending in his own budget. He then claimed, falsely, to have won major concessions, and graciously declared that it is “presently unnecessary” to consider quitting the alliance. Was there anything our allies could have done that would have mollified him? The answer, surely, is no. For Trump, disrupting NATO doesn’t seem to be a means to an

It is virtually an iron law that mature bureaucracies turn their focus from the ostensible mission to self-preservation and aggrandizement of the bureaucrats. One side benefit of President Trump´s attendance at the NATO Summit has been the opportunity to view the huge and lavish new headquarters building the organization proudly opened a couple of months ago. Swamp regular Admiral James Stavridis has taken his best shot at addressing a phony issue: whether "democracy" is dying, killed off by President Trump, presumably, by offering reassuring words to the left and the Washington establishment about its durability in a cover essay in Time. The indictment Friday of 12 Russian military officers for the election hacks against the DNC and Hillary Clinton’s campaign lends a surprising new detail to the 2016 election interference timeline: The Kremlin’s hackers apparently still maintained a foothold in the DNC’s network four months after the Democrats announced that they’d locked the intruders out. Until today, the story of the DNC hack ended promptly on June 14, 2016, when the Democrats went public with the intrusion in the pages of the Washington Post, and Crowdstrike, the security firm hired to respond to the breach, published a detailed technical account. Meanwhile, illegal aliens arriving in America have no such requirement. Instead, trespassing tribes relocate, and when they do, rather than assimilate, they transfer habits and activities indigenous to the countries from whence they migrated. Thus, Americans suffer from illnesses that are easily traceable to third-world bathroom habits (TWBH) and lack of hygiene in the developing world.
