An anti-Trump movement is calling
for the boycott of these 24 retailers

Business Insider, by Kate Taylor, Mary Hanbury

The boycott-Trump movement has resurged. Shannon Coulter, a brand and digital strategist, started the #GrabYourWallet hashtag in October 2016 to encourage people seeking a way to take concrete action against Donald Trump to boycott companies — large and small — that do business with his family. As a result, brands such as Nordstrom, Jet.com, and Gilt dropped Ivanka Trump´s fashion line last year. While Coulter has remained steadfast in her quest to encourage the other 62 retailers, nonprofits, and even a movie produced by Harvey Weinstein to ditch Trump products, the issue has peaked once more among consumers and

Pretty broad brush for a boycott. Looks like liberals will be buying their fashions from Goodwill from now on.

Total turnoff. Just like mobs chasing members of the Trump Administration from restaurants. Unknown to progressives, most Americans favor a united, civil society. We are appalled when a Bernie Sanders supporter goes to a baseball field and shoots five Republicans, nearly killing one. We are angry when Sarah Sanders is refused service in a restaurant. I predict that there will be no blue wave in November, and that Republicans will retain both Houses of Congress. Progressives are tyrannical thugs, and most Americans want no part of their divisive, bad for the country, "activism".

What idiots like this Coulter woman don´t realize is that 63 million people voted for DJT. While these people may not generally shop in stores like Dillards or Bloomingdales actions like this by Trump haters may prompt them to do so. I´ll certainly give them more than a mere glance net time I need something they carry.

Ha! Macy´s is on their list! Ask Macy´s how their shareholders feel the last time they took on Trump! What did their stock price do? How many stores closed?!

The list of stores contain many that deplorables like. Shop, shop, shop til you drop at these retailers AND LET THEM KNOW why you support them!

And lastly, keep it up Coulter! You couldn´t help fire us up any better for November.

The Democrat motto for the upcoming mid-term election appears to be “Resist Making America Great Again” that does not illustrate a winning political platform. So you have to figure that on election night when the votes are counted, that the Democrats will have given themselves another chance to get drunk with Hillary again.

With the exception of Amazon, Walmart and Bed, Bath and Beyond these all seem to be high line fashion outlets carrying Ivanka line of clothing etc. So, I guess the boycott is against Ivanka not the Don.

Obviously, I am not a fan of Bezos. However, Amazon still provides a great service. Living out in the boonies getting things you need or want at a reasonable price delivered to your door within 48 hours is tough to beat. Otherwise the drive to shop is a couple of hours. The prices are higher and the service is not great.

Can´t imagine anyone who shops at Walmart would boycott over a line of clothing.

I like Marshall’s. They had a nice little thing going with Ivanka’s clothes that were perfect in styling and price points for their young adult customers. And the quality was obviously excellent. She does a good job.

Marshall’s displayed the Ivanka line on a small “designer” rack with its own signage. Then they folded to Coulter and put the Ivanka line items in among all the other stuff they have on their main (group) racks. Buried.

Silly, silly. And self-destructive.

WASHINGTON — Rod J. Rosenstein, the deputy attorney general, has asked federal prosecutors to help review the government documents of Judge Brett M. NEW YORK — Starbucks is going strawless. The coffee company announced Monday that it will phase out plastic straws from all of its stores by 2020. The changes will help Starbucks eliminate more than 1 billion plastic straws per year, the company said. Plastic straws contribute to ocean pollution and pose a danger to marine life. Some governments have begun banning them. To eliminate straws, Starbucks is transitioning from the flat, plastic lids that require them, to ones that feature a raised lip you can drink from. When Presidents Trump and Vladimir Putin ended their joint press conference in Helsinki, the punditocracy predictably swarmed all over it like ants around a pile of crumbs. Was Trump winking at Putin? Did he really say he believes Putin more than he believes Robert Mueller about whether Russia interfered in the 2016 election? Former Gus Hall enthusiast John Brennan, off his meds again, tweeted that the presser was “treasonous.” Professional chatterer Anderson Cooper said it was “perhaps one of the most disgraceful performances by an American president at a summit.” Every phrase, every gesture of the event will be picked

President Donald Trump’s comments during a joint press conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday were “treasonous,” former CIA Director John Brennan asserted. “Donald Trump’s press conference performance in Helsinki rises to & exceeds the threshold of ‘high crimes & misdemeanors,’” Brennan, a vocal Trump critic, wrote on Twitter. “It was nothing short of treasonous. Not only were Trump’s comments imbecilic, he is wholly in the pocket of Putin. Republican Patriots: Where are you???” Trump and Putin fielded questions from reporters at a joint summit in Helsinki following a one-on-one meeting earlier in the day. Trump praised Putin during

All this killing is so senseless and now they are targeting the elderly," said Gwen Bridgeforth, his daughter-in-law.

Socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is the new darling of the Democratic party. In a recent interview, however, the upstart politico running in a hyper-liberal district in New York did not show command of the issues. Ocasio-Cortez was being interviewed by Margaret Hoover on the PBS show ‘Firing Line.’ Hoover asked very basic, softball questions of the young congressional candidate. In explaining her positions on the economy, Hoover asked Ocasio-Cortez “Do you think that capitalism has failed to deliver for working class Americans?” Hoover cited a currently booming US economy and low unemployment.

Was Russia´s effort to interfere in the 2016 election the most important issue on the table at President Trump´s Helsinki summit with Vladimir Putin? No. But it´s not an unimportant issue, either, and Trump knew the American press is obsessed with it. So he knew it would play a big role in the Trump-Putin post-summit news conference. There are all sorts of aspects to the Trump-Russia affair, but in light of special counsel Robert Mueller´s decision to indict 12 Russian intelligence agents on the Friday before the Monday summit, the president also knew reporters would want to hear him specifically affirm
