The rhetorical attacks on incoming National Security Council Executive Secretary Fred Fleitz (the author’s former colleague) have been shrill and ineffective. Conservatives have rallied to Fleitz’ defense, bolstered in part by Fleitz’s long history of work as a Central Intelligence Agency analyst, State Department official, and House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence staffer, along with his solid reputation working on Iran and nonproliferation-related issues. According to Trump administration insiders, the White House blames Obama allies and Iran deal advocates for ginning up the non-controversy, and there’s no indication of a willingness to surrender the scalp of a long-time national security

Comments:
It´s refreshing to see that the attacks on Fleitz have been ineffective. I will be unabashedly honest in saying that I was confused over the headline and had to look up the definition of ´whitewash´ in order to completely understand it. I wish he would have used a different word because the impact will be missed. Those agencies need to get rid of all the vile vermin. The lies from Peter Beinart regarding Fleitz taken from SPLC are particularly loathsome.

A Republican running for the U.S. House of Representatives in Oklahoma said he would "use" his Second Amendment if anyone treated his daughter the way President Trump treats women. Danny Stockstill, a Republican running for the vacant seat in Oklahoma’s 1st Congressional District, admitted that, while he approves of Trump’s job in office, he doesn’t want him to be a role model for his children. “So why are we so afraid to say, ‘There’s no way I want my son to act like [Trump]?´" Stockstill said during a Tuesday night forum, according to the Tulsa World. “If my daughter ever

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R_FL) went on with Lou Dobbs on Wednesday and called out Speaker Paul Ryan for defending the deep state and refusing to defend Republican congressional investigators. Earlier today Paul Ryan defended the Obama FBI for spying on the Trump campaign during the 2016 election. This was unbelievable. "Rep. The Justice Department signaled Wednesday in a letter to Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein will not recuse himself from Special Counsel Robert Mueller´s Russia investigation unless department officials find it necessary. Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd wrote that Rosenstein "would recuse from all or part of any matter if recusal were deemed appropriate by Department officials who are informed about the matter. The curious case of Imran Awan, which sounds like an international spy thriller, is entering its third act. Awan was a congressional IT aide to Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., and he was finally fired just after he was arrested trying to fly to Pakistan last summer. Awan and his wife, Hina Alvi, were charged last summer with bank fraud. They now appear poised to strike a plea deal with the Department of Justice. (Snip) Sources tell me that the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force has been looking into this matter since well before Awan and his crew of Pakistani

That wasn’t happening, so I decided to step in and see what I could do to help a little bit.” Here are other portions of her interview where Gates specifically says some criteria

The lawmaker´s assessment of Strzok´s role in both investigations was based on the most recent records and testimony, including a closed-door interview with FBI espionage chief Bill Priestap. Priestap was interviewed Tuesday as part of an ongoing joint investigation by the House Judiciary and Oversight committees. We told you it would happen, and it finally has. Conservatives long predicted that feminism and transgenderism were ultimately incompatible, but for a long time it seemed like the LGBT movement might just hold them together. Well, on Saturday that movement burst open, as lesbians led the parade in attacking transgenderism. "Transactivism Erases Lesbians!" read a banner that temporarily led the Pride in London march in the heart of Britain´s capital. This banner naturally caused quite a stir, with London Mayor Sadiq Khan denouncing it in a statement. "Pride is about celebrating difference and London´s amazing LGBT+ community," Khan´s spokesperson told PinkNews.

Though they won’t admit it, Democrats are suffering continued fallout from the arrogance of the Obama White House. Liberals are furious that President Trump will have the opportunity to appoint another justice to the Supreme Court, thus cementing a conservative majority for the foreseeable future. Moreover, liberals are upset that the Trump administration may have convinced Justice Anthony Kennedy to recently announce his retirement, viewing that effort as dirty pool. That Kennedy, age 81, is nobody’s fool – and is unlikely to have been manipulated – appears irrelevant. The real offense, which actually merits outrage from the left, is that
