Democrats’ Russia-probe obsession

New York Post, by Rich Lowry

Sen. Amy Klobuchar, the Democrat from Minnesota, uttered a forlorn sentiment at a Center for American Progress conference. She said Democrats can’t spend all their time bemoaning President Trump’s existence and that her voters care more about soybean exports than Russian bots. She’s right, but good luck getting anyone to listen. If Democrats have a disappointing November, their consuming Russian obsession will have something to do with it. FTA: ´´One theory about Trump has been that he’s a master at creating distractions, i.e., every other eruption on Twitter is designed to draw attention away from some unwelcome story.´´

May be, but I have another theory: Distractions keep the democrats and their doormat media looking in another direction as President Trump accomplishes something else. The media coverage isn´t about the significant things he is doing, but is instead focused on the outrage of the day.

AG Sessions gets a lot of bad rap, but not many have been privy to what he has been doing in the background. One thing that frustrates the media, as well as other detractors, is that there is not a daily batch of leaks to keep them informed about what is going on. Instead, the leaks that do occur draw attention away from the business of MAGA. Again, look at the outrage of the day to see what I mean. If there are very few leaks about business, people tend to think nothing is happening.

The Russia gate fiasco is like that car alarm down the street somewhere in the distance that goes off at 30 am and no one come out to look or shut it off. It blares constantly with no cops, no burglars, no cats, no owner and soon, you have to just ignore it and live with it. It´s like a thorn in your shoe you can not find that clicks with every step. It doesn´t hurt, but it is irritating anyway.

They don´t care about the voters. They are in the middle of a coup that started when this President won the nomination. It would have happened to anyone else who threatened her designed victory, but even with their offensive operation, he somehow won. Now he must be destroyed or as she said, ´we will hang together.´ They will double and triple down on this path, with the FULL support of an evil media that enabled and covered for BHO´s felonies. It won´t change. It will get more intense thru the midterms and up to President Trump´s next election effort. This is a true Do or Die moment in history for the neocommunist left.

"her voters care more about soybean exports than Russian bots"

Such things may be true but it´s not like the dems have anything else worthwhile to say. Dems have tried their typical lies and they have been exposed. They fought the tax cuts, they said the middle class would get nothing. But then it became clear the middle class would and did. Dems fell flat on their face.

What are dems going to say about ISIS being decimated; something BO, the boy wonder couldn´t get done?

The economy is doing better, no joy there. Most people agree with Trump´s immigration stand and Trump offered good solutions that the dems ran away from.

The dems aren´t obsessing with Russia because it´s the most important thing to them. It´s the only thing they had a chance with and as it collapses they look more foolish than ever and have nothing else to talk about.

Trump has kept them buzzed about Russia while he ran the Country successfully.

The ´Rats (that is, the Left) don´t give a rats behind about Russia.
They sure did not squawk when Zero told Medved "Tell Vlad (Putin) that I´ll have more flexibility after the election."

No, the Left is concerned only with gaining and maintaining a total grip on Political Power. Trump is in their way, so they are obsessed with destroying him. The ´Russia´ fake ´investigation´ complete with an illegally-appointed Special Prosecutor seemed to be the tool with the most promise. Now, the crooked background of that fake ´investigation´ is coming to light, and the ´Rats sphincter muscles are tightening.

It´s the same thing with the Global Warming/Climate Change/Climate Distruption/Climate Whatever hoax.
The Left does not give a rat´s behind about the climate either. Look how many of them loudly condemn the use of ´Private Jets´, but use them all the time themselves.
No, every now and then even a U.N. IPCC official will let it slip "The purpose of the Climate Change agenda is not the climate, but the transfer of wealth from the ´First World´ to the ´Third World´. (With the U.N. overseers skimming off a generous portion for themselves, of course.)

How´s this for sneaky? Sen. John McCain, not too long after seeking conservative and Republican votes in his failed 2008 bid for the presidency, went right after those same conservative voters without telling them, by egging on the IRS to ruin them. It´s the sort of political back-stabbing that defies belief, taking an active role in destroying the Tea Party, which was an authentic grassroots movement of local groups calling for smaller government. Sure enough, Judicial Watch has found McCain´s central role right there in the documents:

As FBI director Christopher Wray started giving his response to the blistering report on the Hillary Clinton investigation, I hoped he would accept the findings as proof the agency lost its way and must be shaken to its foundation. By the time he finished talking, I felt naive for daring to hope. Wray’s performance was worse than disappointing. It was infuriating proof that it will take more than one election to change the corrupt culture of Washington. Wray replaced the ousted James Comey, whose conduct in the Clinton probe was shredded by Inspector General Michael Horowitz. Investigators demonstrated with new details that the

Rudy Giuliani’s role in the Trump defense against the Mueller onslaught is part lawyer, and a bigger part public perception shaping.About a month ago I wondered what Rudy was thinking when he suggested Trump should have a sit-down interview with Mueller, Rudy’s terrible, horrible, no good idea about Trump sitting for a Mueller interview to speed things up: In my January 24, 2018 post I explained why, Trump should not voluntarily submit to an interview with Mueller …. This is such a no-brainer, I’m really worried Rudy Giuliani, who is Trump’s new key legal advisor, will screw it up. At least as reported, it appears that Rudy

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who is now attorney to President Trump, has been an outspoken critic of Robert Mueller since joining the president´s counsel. That criticism got new wings when reports suggested last week the FBI had an informant working in the Trump campaign. In light of the new information, Trump and Giuliani have spoken out against what they term "spygate." Although the supposed breach of privacy occurred before Mueller was appointed special counsel, the scandal "taints" the whole Russia investigation, according to Giuliani.

Throughout much of last year, millions of American women resented that a man who’d bragged about sexually assaulting women had been elected president. Then came an electrifying moment — detailed allegations that another powerful man had sexually assaulted or harassed dozens of women as one of Hollywood’s leading producers. “It just explodes. Taxes: Whatever you think about the issue of taxing internet sales, the simple fact is that the Supreme Court has just guaranteed that people across the country will now be paying more in state taxes. It´s hard for us to see how this is good news. In its 5-4 decision on South Dakota v. That meant a catalog company based in Maine didn´t have to navigate 45 state sales-tax laws to figure out how much each customer owed, and then remit that money to the
