Colin Kaepernick can score big in NFL
collusion case, Judge Nap explains

FOX News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano on Wednesday said NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick can return to the gridiron if he can prove NFL teams colluded to keep him from playing. “The collective bargaining agreement between the NFL and its players prohibits discrimination on the basis of political viewpoint,” he told FOX Business’ Dagen McDowell on “Mornings with Maria.” Kaepernick sparked the debate during the 2016 season when he refused to stand for the national anthem to protest social injustice. He has not played since he opted out of his contract following that season. “If Kaepernick can show an agreement among owners to

Out.rageous! Thanks Judge Nap for giving credibility to and giving advice to that hateful racist. He of all people should know better that making such a statement because he CANNOT prove it. It´s gotten to the point that when Napolitano comes on the TV I put it on mute. He also has been way off course too many times lately regarding the fraudulent Russia investigation.

Sign him for minimum wage and sit him on the bench or put him on the mentally disabled list.

Perhaps we should call him Judge Incompetano.

What collusion? Not picking him up because he is not as good a QB as he thinks he is? That he wants to be the center of attention with his stupid protest against those who died defending the American flag? Maybe the teams want to be in the news for how well they played and not for some shenanigans that get booed at by the spectators?

Napolitano states the obvious.

“If Kaepernick can show an agreement among owners to keep him off the field because of his controversial politics -- he scores big,” the judge added.

Big IF. Napolitano just cites the law against discrimination. He has no knowledge of “collusion” by the NFL owners. Much ado about nothing much.

As pointed out, he opted out of a contract. Secondly, "political position" is not a protected class under any equal employment statutes. If an owner doesn´t like his politics, tough. No job.

But Kaepernick has another problem: He has made it clear, if the reports are accurate, that he will not fully observe the NFL´s anthem guidelines. THAT is a defensible reason for not hiring him at any price.

If the owners indeed "colluded" they are plainly stupid and deserve to pay the millions that will be awarded in damages...plus someone will undoubtedly have him sucking up a roster spot.

Keith Olbermann is expanding his role at ESPN — but it was nearly even bigger. The largest aspect of Olbermann’s expanded role with ESPN is that he will co-host around 20 “SportsCenter” 11 p.m. shows. Olbermann’s rise to national prominence came when he and his partner, Dan Patrick, hosted the program they dubbed “The Big Show.” Sources said ESPN considered offering Olbermann the full-time 6 p.m. “SportsCenter” show, but ultimately decided against it for a variety of reasons, including logistics, as the show will continue in Bristol and Olbermann lives in New York. Is it unthinkable that the Federal Bureau of Investigation would spy on a presidential campaign for political purposes? I can personally attest that it has happened before—during Barry Goldwater’s 1964 campaign. Every poll agreed that President Lyndon B. Johnson would easily win the election against the conservative Sen. Goldwater of Arizona. But LBJ wanted a landslide so he could implement his Great Society vision without resistance and go down in history as one of America’s greatest presidents. (Snip) Thus was born Johnson’s “Anti-Campaign” to smear Goldwater’s candidacy. The operation was run from the second floor of the West Wing by
