Sally Yates warns of Trump ´tearing down
the legitimacy´ of the Justice Department

Yahoo Finance, by Dylan Stableford

WASHINGTON — Former acting Attorney General Sally Yates said she had something to get off her chest about President Trump at the 2018 Ideas Conference hosted by the Center for American Progress on Tuesday: Don’t ignore his attacks on the rule of law. “What I worry about is the normalization of so much that is not normal,” said Yates, who was fired by Trump in January 2017 after refusing to comply with his controversial executive order banning travel from seven Muslim-majority countries. “There is a time-honored tradition at the Department of Justice, at least since Watergate, that is nonpartisan,” Yates said.

The amount of hypocritical hogwash in the article is absolutely breathtaking. Since it was hosted by CAP that shouldn´t be at all surprising. The fact that Yates pointed out that the DOJ is allegedly nonpartison considering what is swirling all around us is really astounding. Of course I didn´t see any mention in this article that her aide is the one who called the FBI and told them to back off of the Clinton Foundation investigation. Link below.

Too late Sally. You and your ilk severely broke the DOJ and you will have to pay the price for it. Unfortunately, I am sure that some of the "repairs" will hurt the agency for a while until it can be established that DOJ KNOWS where the lines are and procedures are in place to make sure that they don´t get blurred again.

FTA: ´´There is a time-honored tradition at the Department of Justice,...´´

That´s the trouble with politicians. They cling to traditions that make life easy for themselves and not causing any undue unpleasantness for their cronies.

Those traditions are being upset by President Trump, and the stale old politicians have begun upsetting tradition themselves. The concept of loyal opposition has gone out in favor of vicious opposition and obstruction.

The media has joined in too, since they have hitched their wagon to the democrat donkey. They don´t even attempt to present a perception of objectivity and fairness. In stead, they have become shrill propagandists for even the worst elements of the left.

The result? President Trump has caused them (the left) to lose rational thought and reveal who they really are and what they really intend to do to America. They can no longer hide behind righteous speeches and editorials. We are completely on to them!

So Ms Klobuchar, please provide me one example where Trump has inhibited the first amendment?

Because he pushes back, harshly at times, widdo fewings got hurt?

You see real abuse of power would look like… let’s see, hypothetically depriving someone of equal justice or rights based on the expression of their beliefs. Let’s say for instance Trump used the power of the oval office through the IRS to deny 501C approvals to entities that met all legal criteria but had the audacity to disagree with his political views. Did he do that? I must admit that scenario has a familiar ring to it wonder why…

Watching FBI agent Peter Strzok battle with Congress, my initial reaction was pure anger. His repeated, arrogant insistence that he had done nothing wrong despite tons of evidence to the contrary convinced me he deserved immediate firing — if not the firing squad. Gradually, though, anger gave way to amazement as Strzok grew increasingly combative and condescending. Given his predicament, the sneering and smirking were stupid, and yet he persisted. Who is this jerk, I wondered, and how in the hell did he get to be a big shot at the FBI? And why are taxpayers still paying for the privilege of

A 13-year-old girl in Alabama was beheaded because she saw her Sinaloa Cartel-associated granny stabbed to death by drug traffickers, authorities have said. Mariah Lopez, 13, and her grandmother Oralia Mendoza, 49, were killed on June 4 in Moon Cemetery outside of Huntsville, Alabama, prosecutors revealed in court on Thursday. The new details in the case came in a hearing for 26-year-old Yoni Aguilar, who along with 34-year-old Israel Palomino is charged with two counts each of capital murder in the slayings. At the hearing, investigators testified that the grandmother Mendoza had ties to the Sinaloa Cartel,

Moscow - When President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia sits down with President Trump in Helsinki, Finland, on Monday for a meeting he has long wanted, he will already have accomplished virtually everything he could reasonably hope for. All he really needs to make his meeting with Mr. Trump a success is for it to take place without any major friction — providing a symbolic end to Western efforts to isolate Russia over its actions against Ukraine in 2014, its meddling in the United States election in 2016 and other examples of what the United States Treasury Department has described as Russia’s “malign activity” around the

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton ripped the Trump administration on Friday during a teachers union conference in Pittsburgh. Speaking to thousands at the American Federation of Teachers Convention, Clinton expressed her disdain over multiple Trump policies. The ongoing issue of migrant family separations at the border goes beyond politics, she said, adding that it was disgraceful, inhumane and indecent. President Trump signed an executive order in June to allow migrant children to stay with parents who were caught crossing the border illegally. Clinton went on to say that the administration wants to transform the

Long-simmering ethnic tensions in a party increasingly defined by identity politics could erupt if Nancy Pelosi’s mental decline forces her to bow out of her leadership of the Democrats’ House Caucus. With African-Americans the largest loyal base constituency, the fact that there has never been a black minority leader, much less speaker, the choice of her successor could split the party. Potentially at stake is the Speakership that could result if the longed-for Blue Wave produces a Democrat House majority. Kyle Olsen of The American Mirror red flags Pelosi’s latest lapse into incoherence at a podium. Speaking to reporters Thursday, Pelosi suffered
