Federal lawsuit accuses Obama Presidential Center

Chicago is planning to hand over 19 acres of public parkland, occupying a prime lakefront site, to a private entity, for a nominal sum, in order to build a monument to Barack Hussein Obama. Now, a Chicago nonprofit, Protect Our Parks, filed a lawsuit Monday in federal court alleging, according to the Chicago Tribune, that: …established law precludes the Park District from arbitrarily transferring possession, use and control of this dedicated ‘open, clear and free’ public parkland in Jackson Park to a private nongovernmental … entity’s self-determined use,” the complaint says. The complaint cites an “institutional bait and switch” because

Believe Presidential Libraries fall under the Library of Congress, as there was a big deal about the Nixon Library turning from private to Federal, and how they´d "show" things in the library contrary to how Nixon´s private folks were showing things.

Doubt Obama wants anyone else explaining his president years, or most of his years.

After all, most likely don´t know that much about him, after all.

Once again the Obamas, Dems and the Left in general, forget that public office is public SERVICE, not an elevation to Royalty. In Chicago, there are miles of blighted areas that could use a pick-up. There are hundreds of building that could be renovated or even razed and rebuilt. But no - they want the public jewel for their very own, and will use deception to get it. Rather than demonstrate the power of revitalization - they desire the perfection of virgin new. And they will steal public lands and dollars (don´t think that Chicago won´t be forking over TONS of taxpayer dollars for this, #6)and justify it with smug "It´s for the people" lies.

Why would Obama want anyone or anything explaining his failed years as President as well as his coup d´etat in the 2016 election?
It´s not a library but an electronic, changeable explanation of Obama and his Presidency. Like a Ken Burns documentary movie, it supports the Democrat narrative.

From time to time, the media tell the truth about issues that have a racial edge, usually by accident. Such was the case in February of this year, when a local TV news crew visited a largely black St. Louis neighborhood to follow up on a hit-and-run incident. A speeding car had struck two ten-year-old boys and kept on going. Local people were outraged. The FBI is many things to many people, but seen from the inside where I spent my career as an FBI agent, most of all it is a bureaucracy. The evident abuses of the vast investigatory powers of the Bureau to surveil the campaign of Donald Trump has left a paper and electronic trail as it jumped through the many procedural hoops required for Spygate to unfold. Based on a clue from the Strzok-Page texts and my understanding of the rules the FBI has to play by, it is possible to piece together a picture of how and why surveillance

By any reasonable account, the historic meeting between President Trump and Kim Jong-un, resulting in an agreement pledging to work toward a stable and enduring peace (over six decades after the Korean armistice was signed at Panmunjom) was an incredible achievement. In fact, had Obama or Clinton achieved as much, we would expect a ticker-tape parade down Fifth Avenue. North Korea has agreed to completely denuclearize and has begun the process, according to reports of satellite imagery, and has agreed to return the remains of U.S. military who perished in North Korea. Much to the relief of news directors everywhere, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) released this week its long-awaited report about the Biggest Lie that the baddest people believe: The myth of black on white crime. The real problem is white on black violence, says the SPLC in its new fairy tale called “Hate: The Biggest Lie.” And this white on black crime has been going on for a long time, doing a lot of damage, including from killers like Dylan Roof. The left has created a macabre myth that runs counter to the whole experience of mankind. The left has persuaded the gullible masses of America, including, sadly, most conservatives, that "discrimination" by individuals and businesses is wrong and that it violates the Constitution. Precisely the opposite is true. All serious cognition and all honest moral judgments involve discrimination. When individuals and businesses are not free to discriminate, then the power to determine what is true and false and good and bad becomes the sole property of the state – or that even more odious creature, that lobotomized

We are in the midst of a spin battle over the Inspector General’s report issued yesterday. Because Inspectors General cannot release their reports without giving those named within it a chance to contest it, and must be able to defend every single word of it, they must stick to facts and completely documentable conclusions. Inductive reasoning, looking at large patterns of facts and drawing conclusions does not survive such a process. The result is a report that is written in a kind of code.
