President Donald Trump continues to disparage Senator John McCain even after a White House aide made a crude joke about the cancer-stricken Arizona lawmaker ‘dying anyway,’ it has been reported. Trump remains upset with McCain over his opposition to Gina Haspel’s nomination as CIA director as well as his decisive vote last year which sunk the Republican-led effort to repeal Obamacare. The president has ‘privately groused’ to friends about McCain, whom he considers ‘an unhelpful pest,’ according to Politico. The news site also reported that a number of Republican senators are angry at the White House over its handling of the Kelly Sadler

Oh I get it. McCain can call people who disagree with him ´wacko birds´ and worse, but no one anywhere, ever, can disparage McCain. Screw PC rules. USA still has free speech and there is no mention of a threat, so sit and spin.

Politico is a community of proven liars pretending to report the news. As for Republican senators who are too gutless to speak on the record, we already know who you are. Most of them were blasted off the stage and out of the running by candidate Trump, so we get it. Spoiled brats who can´t take their medicine of the public rightly perceiving them as losers.

So to avoid any possibility of breaking the rules of our much envied often imitated never duplicated tawny raucous high class salon, I think McPest is worse than a swarm of fruit flies buzzing around a basket of over ripe fruit.

This we do know: he has never let an opportunity to criticize, demean or ridicule Conservatives pass without going at it with gusto.

It´s my recollection that he reserves his invectives only for his own Party, that is, for the Conservatives.

For the past several months he has taken delight in spilling his poisonous resentments when he ought to be making peace with those whom he considers his enemies... and they´re his own fellow citizens.

Anyone who has lost someone to horrid cancer knows about the suffering. However, most terminal patients use their energy to unselfishly comfort their loved ones.

I can imagine that his family members are struggling with his cantankerousness as well as with his infirmities.

Bitterness will constipate the heart and mind and soul. Forgiveness and grace and mercy will relieve it.

Remember all this would not be an issue if Queeg, while hiding behind his diagnosis, had not starting spouting obviously bitter and disparaging comments about well known people that he came across during his political years in DC.

Queeg should know by now that what goes around in nasty politics usually comes around, and instead should be spending his time with his family, and in the end when the bell rings, if Queeg was a hero in Vietnam, the 58,000 and some Americans who lost their lives there will welcome Queeg to the promised land.

Sorry folks people are sick of fake republicans & fake media .The media loves McCain because he hates Trump...they belong together.

Everyone has the right to an opinion and a vote but McCain does not vote his beliefs or his opinions, he votes to oppose Donald Trump and the conservatives who depended upon him to represent them. Why has he never spoken against the Kenyan who beat him like he was a galley slave and openly hated all good military people? Why did he insult Sarah Palin who would have made a better POTUS than McCain? Therein lies the hypocrisy.

Are we to drop all rational judgment just because someone is ill?

Though I was opposed to everything Obama stood for, I am not THAT certain that we would be where we are right now with the renewal of Amercian pride had McCain won. Fact is, we would have probably had 8 years of rhino, just left of center from McCain that would have then given way to a Democrat administration in 2016.

I would rather be HERE, in 2018, with Trump at the helm than be sitting under a Democrat after 8 years of milquetoast McCain.

No thanks. McHate has burned entirely through whatever reserves of respect he earned as a POW over 4 decades ago. Being rude to him is nothing to sweat, or apologize for.

There was a depressing familiarity both to Hamas’s suicide protest operation along Gaza’s border with Israel this week and to Israel’s response to it. Hamas’s jihadist regime in Gaza doesn’t have a lot of cards to play in its continuous war against the Jewish state. But, as we have been seeing since Hamas launched its campaign against the border six weeks ago, it does have one card, and no matter how often it plays that card, Israel can’t seem to figure out how to beat it. Hamas’s card is Western hostility to Israel. The Western media, along with the EU and most
