Migrant caravan prompts
Trump administration to send
more attorneys, judges to border

Texas Tribune [Austin, TX], by Julián Aguilar

The Trump administration on Monday announced it was sending more federal immigration attorneys, judges, prosecutors and asylum officers to the border to prepare for a possible influx of Central Americans arriving as part of an annual caravan – with the aim of swiftly prosecuting the migrants and, in many cases, returning them to their home countries. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen said in a statement that members of the caravan who enter the country illegally will be referred for prosecution and others seeking asylum will be adjudicated quickly and deported if their claims are without

Comments:
President Trump, along with Homeland Security, realize that border guards are not enough to stop the influx of illegal aliens or "migrants" under 0bama´s fake tutelage (executive orders). The sooner the backlog can be dwindled (if possible), the sooner we can start admitting immigrants that want to assimilate to OUR culture.

land mines and crew-served weaponry to be automatically employed against INVADERS would be more useful.
The relegation of what is properly a national defense issue to the realm of those who comprise the lowest levels of our nation, judges and legalists, is foolish in the extreme.
All ILLEGAL ALIENS out. Today would be good.
ALL those involved in concealing or enabling their presence, to include those judges and lawyers, in the worst prison we can find, for the rest of their lives. After seizure of all personal assets. That to include employers and organizations, churches included, that are complicit.

The immigration court backlog of illegal aliens awaiting hearings is now over 650,000 and growing. The number of immigration judges all over the country is just a couple of hundred who staff the esoteric immigration courts and who hear only a few hearings each workday, most of who are very liberal former immigration lawyers who are aligned with the liberal Democrat position on mass illegal immigration, which is to allow as many illegal aliens as possible to be legalized, stay in the USA, and ultimately be granted US voting rights. Over the years the liberal Democrats assisted by some cheap labor Republicans have so complicated and liberalized the immigration laws to where the benefit of any doubt must be adjudicated to favor the illegal alien respondent making it very easy to continue and postpone deportation hearings and to appeal adverse court rulings to the point that illegal aliens get to stay in the USA for years before a final court ruling comes into effect, that is if the illegal alien respondent even shows up for scheduled hearings, which over 80% do not. Moving some of those immigration judges to the border areas will not be effective to stop the flow of illegal aliens coming into the USA without immigration laws and immigration court procedures being tightened up to the point that illegal aliens will no longer be granted US work permits and be allowed to stay in the USA but will face certain deportation.

Hire 1,000 new judges, set a quota of 10 hearings a day, five days a week, for each of them. That would be 520,000 cased cleared in the first year.

Deport them FIRST, then hear their case.

The Department of Justice Inspector General has sent what is described as an “extremely long and thorough draft” of the much anticipated report on the FBI and DOJ’s investigation and handling of the Hillary Clinton email probe, this reporter has learned. The detailed report on the FBI’s decision making process into the Clinton investigation could lead to possible criminal referrals for some of the officials involved in the case. Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report, which is expected to be released within the next three to four weeks to the public, has been turned over to current and former officials for review,

Serial killers may be known for their bloody work, but like the rest of us, they also hold day jobs to bring in the cash. Criminologist Professor Michael Arntfield has examined details of serial killers over the past five decades and has discovered a pattern: that these killers are more likely to be drawn to some jobs more than others. In his new book, “Murder in Plain English,” Arntfield outlines the top 12 professions that most attract serial killers — and the list is frightening. The jobs tend to be practical and “facilitate a desire to kill.” “[It’s a] combination of mobility, power (whether structural or actual), and the fact many jobs also

Wednesday’s report from Trump attorney Rudy Giulianni that Robert Mueller’s special counsel office has acknowledged that his office can’t indict a sitting president raises an important constitutional question. What is Mr. Mueller doing with a grand jury? Attorney Victoria Toensing wrote about this issue several days ago at Fox News.com. If Mueller cannot indict President Trump, what possible use can he make of any presidential testimony? The only option is that he will provide it to Congress for consideration of articles of impeachment. But referring President Trump’s testimony to Congress would abuse the grand

West Hartford, CT - Connecticut’s child welfare agency has launched an initiative to actively recruit members of the state’s LGBT community to become foster and adoptive parents, bucking recent efforts in some states to curtail gay adoptions. Democratic Gov. Dannel P. Malloy said Thursday that Connecticut wants to be known as a state that welcomes and embraces the LGBT community, especially considering there are 4,300 children in state care and about half of them likely won’t return to their biological families. “We just have to get this word out,” Malloy said. “We have to get more of our children placed with our

San Francisco - The Senate has voted to reinstate net neutrality protections, with three Republicans joining an effort to override a controversial Federal Communications Commission (FCC) decision. A broader consumer backlash greeted the FCC’s decision earlier this year to repeal the Obama-era rules, which required internet service providers to treat all traffic equally. While supportive commissioners said doing away with cumbersome regulations would encourage innovation, critics warned the decision would undermine an open internet. In the months since, Democratic elected officials have pushed to invoke a law allowing Congress to reverse regulators, seizing on an issue that energises their constituents.

At the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, last January, President Trump insisted that his trademark "America First" policy “does not mean America alone.” But when Mr. Trump pulled the United States out of the Iran nuclear deal last week, reneging on an agreement negotiated and supported by close US allies, he displayed a bluntly unilateralist outlook that suggests he cares little whether or not the US is isolated. Whatever impact Trump´s decision has on Iran and its nuclear program, it has sent a message to governments around the globe about Washington´s willingness to live up to its word,

Under John Brennan, the CIA operated as an opposition research outfit for the Hillary Clinton campaign. It appears from leaked news stories in the British press that Brennan’s oafish spying on Trump began around April 2016, right after Trump’s biggest primary victories. As it became urgently clear to Brennan that Trump was going to face off against Hillary, Brennan turned to “intelligence partners” in Europe for dirt on Trump.
