The professor, the cop and the student:
A tale of sex and deception

RIDAY HARBOR — A tall man with an imposing head of wavy blond hair, a wide smile and a French accent, Gerald Grellet-Tinner was a sort of rock star among paleontologists. A one-time scuba trainer for the French Foreign Legion, Grellet-Tinner was a published post-Ph.D.-level researcher credited with discovering how a species of dinosaur incubated eggs in volcanic vents, and a gem expert who had worked with the Department of Homeland Security on terrorist money-laundering issues in the wake of 9/11. He conducted research for the University of Chicago and taught at UCLA before moving to Orcas Island in 2014.

Comments:
I hesitated for a long time before posting this article it´s so strange. Either this guy is totally innocent and was railroaded by a corrupt cop and an illegal alien finding a way to stay here legally or he had an affair with a 19yr old student who wasn´t a minor. For one thing, he´s not a pedophile as some people have called him. The cop has left town and moved to Florida. Oh, the San Juans are an archipelago in Washington State a couple of hours North of Seattle. You can only get there by ferry.

The prosecutor´s office can´t hand;le the case because they might be witnesses?
Then why isd Rotten Rod Rosenstein still in office, since he signed off on at least one of the FISA warrant requests? That makes him a witness...Will the IG say Rotten Rod should be disciplined?

WHITE SWAN Wa. -- A man in White Swan has recovered a stolen American Flag that belonged to his son who was killed in Afghanistan. After months of searching for the flag, Shawn Marceau says he was visiting his son Marine Lance Cpl. Joe Jackson’s grave on Tuesday when he noticed a flag folded on his son’s grave. “I walked up and I unfolded it you know because it was folded a little bit weird so I wanted to refold it tighter and when I opened it up I saw Josh’s name on there," said Marceau. The manager of a popular Vancouver, B.C., restaurant has been fired for refusing service to a supporter of President Trump. The customer arrived at the Teahouse in Stanley Park wearing a "Make America Great Again" hat, and was asked by manager Darin Hodge to remove the lat. Soon after that, the manager, on the job for 18 months, was let go by the Sequoia Co. which manages the restaurant, for violating its "philosophy of tolerance." "Sequoia does not support intolerance of any kind, and it is because of these principles that we cannot discriminate against someone based on their support for the current

Pramila Jayapal, D-Seattle, was arrested Thursday with hundreds of other women at a Capitol Hill protest of the Trump administration’s border and immigration policies. Jayapal said she’d been asked to speak at a demonstration by women at the Hart Senate Office Building. The civil disobedience was a reaction to the Trump administration’s crackdown at the U.S.-Mexico border, including separation of thousands of children from their parents in recent months. Many of the demonstrators decided to refuse orders to

Jose Robles was supposed to be on a plane back to Michoacan, Mexico, at 6 a.m. Thursday, but he packed his bags and went to Gethsemane Lutheran Church in downtown Seattle instead. He said he felt fear and anxiety driving to the church for sanctuary to avoid deportation. Churches are considered “sensitive locations” by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), which means they are generally not allowed to conduct enforcement operations there. Robles was referred to Gethsemane Lutheran Church by The Church Council of Greater Seattle, which is connected to more than 300 religious congregations. Police were alerted to the infant’s situation on May 30 by another person in the encampment, at the 900 block of Poplar Place South just north of the intersection of Rainier Avenue South and I-90, according to a blog post from the SPD. The child was examined and taken to Seattle Children’s hospital before being turned over to CPS.

Seattle, citing safety concerns, is set to move two historic boat guns from one of its war memorials to Chehalis. It’s a decision that has angered at least one veteran who spent more than a decade with the city providing services to his comrades. The city on Tuesday will relocate two cannon-like weapons that were aboard the USS Concord during the Spanish-American War of 1898 from the War Garden in Woodland Park to the Veterans Memorial Museum in Chehalis, according to Chip Duncan, the museum’s executive director. It’s the culmination of an effort that started about two years ago, when

As President Donald Trump prepares to meet Kim Jong Un of North Korea to negotiate denuclearization, a challenge that has bedeviled the world for years, he is doing so without the help of a White House science adviser or senior counselor trained in nuclear physics. Trump is the first president since 1941 not to name a science adviser, a position created during World War II to guide the Oval Office on technical matters ranging from nuclear warfare to global pandemics. As a businessman and president, Trump has proudly been guided by his instincts. Nevertheless, people who have participated in past nuclear

The lawsuit faults the oil companies for intentionally producing and marketing massive quantities of fossil fuels

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Three-year-old twins Zyler and Kadyn Sharpe scurried around the boys and girls clothing racks of a narrow consignment store filled with toys. Zyler, wearing rainbow leggings, scrutinized a pair of hot-pink-and-purple sneakers. Kadyn, in a T-Rex shirt, fixated on a musical cube that flashed colorful lights. At a glance, the only discernible difference between these fraternal twins is their hair — Zyler’s is brown and Kadyn’s is blond. Is Zyler a boy or a girl? How about Kadyn? That’s a question their parents, Nate and Julia Sharpe, say only the twins can decide. The Cambridge, Mass., couple
