A group of young people on Monday sued Florida Gov. Rick Scott (R) to force him to take action on climate change. The group of eight young Florida residents — represented by Oregon-based Our Children´s Trust — sued Scott to demand that the state begin working on a court-ordered, science-based "Climate Recovery Plan," the Miami Herald reported. The group, which is reportedly made up of individuals ranging from 10 to 20 years old, is alleging Scott is not taking steps to combat climate change. The suit says Scott and his administration have not passed any legislation meant to measure or

Democrats set a great example with killing babies and pushing political issues with emotional school shootings. They have no shame when it comes to exploiting young kids and will do anything necessary, no matter how vile, to accomplish their end game of turning our country into a one world dictatorial government.

They complain that Scott "hasn´t passed any legislation".

If these uneducated fools had a clue they might know that the governor CANNOT, DOES NOT ever "pass legislation".

That is the job of the Legislature. You can tell by the name, they legislate.

The governor is in the Executive Branch, and he executes the laws passed by the Legislature.

No. It´s a cruel conspiracy that shamelessly, and repeatedly, uses the death of an actual person. Two “reports” recently surfaced on Facebook claiming that a doctor “who exposed Clinton Foundation corruption” had died under mysterious circumstances. The blog post, published Friday on Republic Information and Miami Post, is a republishing of the 2017 conspiracy theory debunked by multiple outlets. It maintains that Dr. Dean Lorich had revealed corruption by the Clintons in Haiti and ultimately “paid with his life to expose this evil.”((Snip)Lorich was involved in U.S. aid to Haiti after the devastating earthquake in 2010 and co-wrote a scathing criticism

A state Supreme Court majority ruled Friday in the case of a Mecklenburg County defendant sentenced for a 2006 murder committed at age 16. Life without parole was then automatic, but the U.S. Supreme Court later declared such mandatory sentences for juveniles cruel and unusual punishment.
