Sean Hannity Named as Trump Lawyer
Michael Cohen´s Mystery Third Client

Hollywood Reporter, by Jeremy Barr

A judge revealed the Fox News host to be Cohen´s mysterious third client, in addition to the president and Republican fundraiser Elliot Broidy. During a hearing on Monday, a judge revealed that Fox News primetime host Sean Hannity is the mysterious third client of lawyer Michael Cohen. The identity of the third person that Cohen has given legal advice to in the last year was not previously known, and Cohen had argued that the revelation would be embarrassing. Cohen´s known two clients over the past year are President Donald Trump and GOP financier Elliot Broidy. Hannity, in a statement to

Comments:
Upon hearing this there was a stampede from CNN, MessNBC, Media Matters, et al. What is happening in this case is still upsetting me. All of this discussion that those documents will be viewed by a ´neutral´ team is just hogwash. Because of the fraudulent Russia investigation and all we are finding out about the FBI, et al, all trust in those agencies is shattered. It´s even worse that this is all being done through the DA´s office and associates where Preet Bharara once was and he HATES Trump.

So who violated Attorney-Client privilege and leaked this item? This s/b a big personal lawusuit against the Southern District US Attorney for not keeping this information secret - I am sure the attorney did not disclose and Hannity did not either.

Perhaps I am naive or ignorant of the law, but why on earth would a judge force a lawyer to reveal who his clients are and then announce it to the world? This just does not make a bit of sense to me. We really do live in a banana republic!

Life is six degrees of desperation!

No one is safe! We have lost all privacy to the government!

We are now worst than 3rd world!

Hannity should immediately sue, and all evidence gathered through this illegal breach of attorney-client privilege should be excluded from all future prosecution.

This confirms my observation that this raid of Cohen´s locations is intended to collect, sift through, and expose as many embarrassing documents as possible, whether they were legally obtained or not, whether they are relevant to the original pretense of the investigation or not, and spattering as much collateral damage on as many conservatives as possible. And with all the Democrat apparatchiks as there are in DC, NY, the federal agencies, and the courts, they have the ability to get away with it.

This really is a civil war...with only one side doing the fighting.

District Court Judge Kimba Wood released this info about Hannity. No idea why she felt this necessary. Following her lead, here´s some interesting info regarding District Court Judge Kimba Wood:

"Wood is currently married to Wall Street financier and former Harvard Law School classmate Frank E. Richardson III, whom she wed in 1999.[18][19] She had earlier been named as the "other woman" in a divorce battle in 1995 between Richardson and his socialite wife Nancy."

#4, the why the judge is a liberal who is more interested in trying to embarrass and hurt Trump and anyone associated with him than he is in the law or justice. That is what liberal judges do.

Apparently no conservative or person with views opposite of the left is entitled to the right to privacy or fairness in the justice system. What do the names of other clients of this lawyer have to do with the Trump investigation. It is important that the democrats do not get control of the house in the next election. If they do, the time will not be spent in handling things for the American people, but spent night and day getting revenge and trying to get Pres. Trump impeached. The Clinton Foundation will go uninvestigated and the Clinton´s will skate as they have since Arkansas. That is the definition of justice by the left.

Judge Kimba Wood was nominated to be AG by Bill Clinton but had to drop out because she had an illegal nanny.

I think this is awful. Hannity can take care of himself, but many lawyers have only one client, so why is it such a big deal? These prosecutors are out of hand and it seems that Lady Justice is peeking out from under her blindfold an awful lot, and letting political hacks put their thumbs on the scales of justice.

The judge ordered Cohen to give the name in court - so it was not a leak. The court of public opinion is different than legal courts - I doubt this will help Hannity.

Chances are before this proceeding is over the judge will ensure that most all of the “evidence” that was seized by the FBI from Cohen is made public. This particular judge was nominated by Bill Clinton to be his Attorney General but had to bow out when it became public that she had an illegal alien in her employment. The Acting US Attorney for the Southern District of NY was an Obama appointee. You would have to be very naive to believe that politics will not come into play before this is over.

So here we go. Already divulging the attorney´s client list. Trump aside, the DOJ has already stepped all over the attorney client privilege of innocent clients of this attorney. Why are the offices, files, and computers of the DOJ and FBI immune from seizure? The DOJ and FBI have both committed enough crimes to be brought before a grand jury. This lifelong cadre of the cosa nostra, i.e, Comey, Patrick Fitzgerald, Mueller, and the NY attorneys office should be broken up, and all put into prison. Every case these thugs have been involved in were frameups.

It´s been reported that the judge, Kimbra Woods, is an upstanding person and makes wonderfully unbiased and fair decisions. She is above reproach in all matters and is considered one of the best judges ....in the entire galaxy.

Kind of sounds like the altar boy description of Comey when he began to investigate (ignore and exonerate) Hillary Clinton´s crimes against the State with her secret server and exposure of our national secrets to everyone and his brother who wants to destroy our Republic.

I just wonder how much further past ridiculous this out in the open coup will go AFTER Trump is impeached. It´s a slow motion thousand foot tidal wave with the GOP jockeying for the best beach chairs when the wave is 100 feet away.

It started out that Cohen was blasted for having only one client. Now he is getting blasted for having three clients.

Pretty soon he will get blasted for having not the right kind of clients.

I seem to remember that Obama, Mooch, Hillary don´t even have a law license any more. I heard Bill Clinton was forced to give up his license for lying under oath, but that suspension is now over.

This civil war is truly the liberal´s last stand.

President Donald Trump is clearly James Comey’s No. 1 target in his new book, but the fired FBI director also paints a highly unflattering picture of another of his previous bosses, Rudy Giuliani. In “A Higher Loyalty,” Comey repeatedly invokes Giuliani’s craving for publicity during his tenure as New York’s most famous federal prosecutor in the 1980s, before he became mayor, and paints his flaws almost as a biblical allegory about the dangers of excessive pride and ego. “There was something of an unwritten code about working in the office of Rudy Giuliani,” Comey observed. “In his case, the message was that

Emails reviewed by Fox News from February 2016 suggest the FBI and DOJ worked together to craft a response to a key development in the Hillary Clinton email investigation, amid newly raised Republican concerns about a “concerning level of coordination” between the two agencies during the probe. The emails concern the period after 22 messages with "Top Secret" information were found on the former secretary of state´s personal email server. Republican Rep. Mark Meadows cited them in a letter earlier this week claiming former FBI Director James Comey’s testimony to Congress – in which he downplayed FBI-DOJ coordination on the Clinton

Former New York mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani, a combative former prosecutor and longtime ally of President Trump, told The Washington Post on Thursday that he has joined the president’s legal team dealing with the ongoing special counsel probe. “I’m doing it because I hope we can negotiate an end to this for the good of the country and because I have high regard for the president and for Bob Mueller,” Giuliani said in an interview. Giuliani, who joins a legal team that has struggled to recruit new members to its ranks, said he has been speaking with Trump for weeks

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein told President Donald Trump last week that he isn’t a target of any part of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, according to two people familiar with the matter. Rosenstein, who brought up the Mueller probe himself, offered the assurance during a meeting with Trump at the White House last Thursday, a development that helped tamp down the president’s desire to remove Rosenstein or Mueller, the people said. After the meeting, Trump told some of his closest advisers that it’s not the right time to remove either man since he’s not a target of the probe.

The Justice Department inspector general referred its finding that former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe repeatedly misled investigators who were examining a media disclosure to the top federal prosecutor in D.C. to determine whether McCabe should be charged with a crime, according to people familiar with the matter. The referral to the D.C. U.S. Attorney’s Office occurred some time ago, after the inspector general concluded McCabe had lied to investigators or his own boss, then-FBI Director James B. Comey, on four occasions, three of them under oath. It was not immediately clear how the D.C. U.S. Attorney’s Office responded to

Rep. Adam Schiff, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, introduced legislation Wednesday aimed at dissuading President Trump from pardoning people involved in the investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election. The bill, called the Abuse of Pardon Prevention Act, comes on the heels of Trump’s pardon for Scooter Libby, the former chief of staff to former Vice President Dick Cheney who was convicted of lying to the FBI and obstruction of justice. Schiff’s legislation discourages the president from pardoning a person in connection to an investigation in which the president or a family member is a target,

Journalist Mike Allen of Axios recently said that one word described Special Counsel Robert Mueller, and that word was “unafraid.” The context for his remarks on Fox News’ “Special Report” was that Mueller had just spun off to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York a bit of his limitless investigation into President Donald J. Trump. Allen’s comment was like so many others from media and pundit types since the special counsel was launched. If there’s one word to describe the media’s relationship to Mueller, it’s “unquestioning.” Pundits and politicians have said, repeatedly, that he is

Former FBI Director James B. Comey said Wednesday that he no longer considers himself a Republican. “I just think they’ve lost their way, and I can’t be associated with it,” Mr. Comey said on ABC News podcast “Start Here.” Mr. Comey attributed the change in the party to the 2016 election and said that after he was fired, he started to become more politically aware. He has been a lifelong Republican and said that in today’s party, the only Republican he does respect is former 2012 presidential nominee Mitt Romney. He called Mr. Romney, who is running for the open Senate seat in Utah, a “person of principle and honor.”

Washington - Dozens of Democratic U.S. Senators on Wednesday introduced a resolution calling for Environmental Protection Agency chief Scott Pruitt to resign on allegations of ethics lapses. Those relate to the agency’s purchase of a $43,000 sound booth for his office and spending on travel and security. The resolution was signed by 39 senators in the 100-member Senate, which is controlled by Pruitt’s fellow Republicans. Although Republicans can defeat it, the resolution is symbolically important because it represents the most senators ever to call for a Cabinet member’s ouster in resolution, its sponsors said.

Over the last five years, cancer research has seen the “greatest advances,” including a new approach to treating the complex disease as a “chronic disease,” instead of trying to cure it. “We have seen the greatest advances in cancer medicine in the last five years with drugs targeting the immune system moving into the clinic and showing remarkable response rates with quite a few different malignancies,” Lisa Coussens, Ph.D., Chair of the Department of Cell, Developmental & Cancer Biology, said to Fox News at the American Association for Cancer Research annual conference. Former President Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama are building a swimming pool at their home in an exclusive neighborhood of Washington DC. The 44th president and his family purchased the the 8,200 sq ft mansion in the Kalorama area of the capital in 2017 for $8.1million having initially rented the property. Plans are now afoot for a new swimming pool in the grounds, according to TMZ, which says it has seen building permits. The permit application process started in January, the website reports, and there have been a number of reviews about electrics and plumbing in recent months. Last year, it

“If the Trumps were Democrats,” conservative actor James Woods tweeted earlier this month, “Melania would be on every cover of every chic women’s magazine in the world every month.” Woods may be exaggerating a little bit — only Oprah can put herself on the cover of a magazine every month, and it’s her own magazine — but he does make an interesting point. First Lady Melania Trump has not graced the cover of a single magazine in the United States since her husband took office over a year ago. Michelle Obama, on the other hand, was featured on at least thirty

University of Michigan Professor Sarah Ensor published an academic journal article this month that argues that humans should establish erotic relationships with plants. Originally highlighted by the Twitter account New Real Peer Review, Ensor’s journal article explores the field of “ecosexuality,” a term which means the sexual relationship between humans and plants. Advocates in the field argue that the Earth needs to be treated with love. In addition to reducing harmful environmental practices, ecosexuals believe that humans should physically make love to the Earth. Ensor, an English professor at the University of Michigan, begins by citing the “Ecosex Manifesto,” which

Congress may ban the slaughter of cats and dogs to sell as meat or for human consumption and punish offenses with a year in prison and a $2,500 fine. The House Committee on Agriculture approved by voice vote an amendment to the farm bill Wednesday that would make all sales of domesticated canines and felines illegal, Politico reported. “Adopting this policy signals that the United States will not tolerate the disturbing practice in our country,” California Republican Rep. President Donald Trump’s tax cuts will be anything but for about 1 million California taxpayers who will owe Uncle Sam more money a year from now. They’re the Californians who will lose a collective $12 billion because the new law caps a deduction they have been able to take for paying their state and local taxes, according to a new analysis by the Franchise Tax Board.
