Paul Ryan: James Comey a man of
integrity ‘as far as I know’

Washington Times, by Bradford Richardson

Speaker of the House Paul Ryan avoided criticizing former FBI director James Comey in an interview on Sunday. Asked whether Mr. Comey is a man of integrity, Mr. Ryan responded, “As far as I know.” “I’ve met him two or three times in two or three briefings,” the speaker said on NBC’s “Meet the Press.” “I don’t really know the guy. I’m not trying to be evasive.” (Snip) Mr. Ryan said the last thing he wants to do is “join some food fight, some book-selling food fight. I don’t see any value in that.” The Wisconsin Republican announced last week

Of course Ryan would support Comey. We have Ryan on record as refusing to defend or support President Trump in any way, shape or form during his presidency. Swamp creatures like Comey and Ryan always stick together.
Now we have Ryan wanting to force DACA amnesty down America´s throat before he leaves office. Ryan is a sneaky man of low character and I for one will be glad to see the back side of him.

For a guy who claims to have read Hayek and channels Kemp, certainly lacks comprehension of tea party conservative populism and the support Trump has of every day non beltway Americans.

He still believes government spending and power are private games.

He is as close to the presidency today as he will ever be.

Obviously, you either don´t know, don´t care to know, or know but are being a political weasel.

Here´s what the rest of us know: Comey is gone and so will you be, soon enough.

Dear Mr. Ryan,
If you believe that James Comey is a man of integrity then I am very happy you are retiring because you are too stupid or too crooked to be in a position of power.

Ryan admits that he does not know Comey but instead of saying he can´t comment because he doesn´t know he says that Comey is a man of integrity so far as he know´s. Ryan doesn´t realize that this is a war and that Comey is the enemy. Leaders need to know who the enemies are and need to have the guts and brains to fight.

I am so sick and tired of these Never-Trumpers like Ryan, Graham, Kristol, and Noonan. They should be thanking their lucky stars that we have a great leader and brilliant strategic thinker in the White House, who won´t back down from anybody.

New York — The voting rights of tens of thousands of disenfranchised parolees were restored under an executive order from Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Wednesday. New York will be one of just 14 states that allow people to vote after they’ve served time in prison. Cuomo noted that 75 percent of parolees in the state are black or Latino and voting restrictions disproportionately impact African American and Hispanic communities. “It is unconscionable to deny voting rights to New Yorkers who have paid their debt and have re-entered society,” Cuomo said. “This reform will reduce disenfranchisement and will help restore justice and fairness

The Armed Forces have a shortfall of 8,200 regular troops in the ‘largest gap in a decade’, Whitehall’s spending watchdog says. The military was so understaffed in critical areas such as intelligence that operations could not be carried out without cancelling leave or training. There was a 26 per cent shortfall in intelligence analysts last year, according to the National Audit Office (NAO) – even as the Ministry of Defence tries to bolster its cyber capabilities. The embarrassing chaos left agency leaders struggling for an explanation and forced them to apologize for bungling the biggest day of the year. It comes just as the agency begins to carry out Republicans’ tax cut law. Returns and payments for the 2017 tax year now must be filed before midnight Wednesday, the agency said. Although Republicans can defeat it, the resolution is symbolically important because it represents the most senators ever to call for a Cabinet member’s ouster in resolution, its sponsors said.
