Mark Zuckerberg promises Cory

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg promised Sen. Cory Booker on Tuesday to prevent improper police surveillance of groups such as Black Lives Matter and to work to ensure the social media platform´s targeting tools are not used to redline ads for real estate and credit. Using the five minutes allotted during a marathon hearing two Senate committees had with Zuckerberg about personal data privacy, Booker raised what he called "disturbing" reports that law enforcement groups had used Facebook to monitor African American organizations such as Black Lives Matter. "I know you´ve expressed support for the group," Booker said. "But there are

Comments:
Democrats are absolutely incapable of seeing anything other than racism in every form. The exchanges between those two was enough to make you puke. Heaven forbid if the police monitor BLM and other criminals on Facebook. How many crimes have been solved lately because the stupid criminals brag about it on Facebook? That just happened a few days ago where I live. No one ever accused them of being intelligent.

Contd. FTA: "He also asked Zuckerberg about reports that companies selling real estate and access to credit on Facebook could prevent the ads from being shown to minorities."

FTA: "Would you be open to opening your platform for civil rights organizations to really audit a lot of these companies dealing in areas of credit [and] housing, to really audit what is actually happening and have better transparency?" Booker asked. Senator, I think that’s a very good idea," Zuckerberg replied. "

That just sent a chill down my spine. Every single thing will be deemed as being racist by those groups. They are the most rabid of all. Who really knows what the purpose of the ads in question was and who they really targeted. I´m sure Booker left out a whole lot of information that would have made his complaint moot. Their screaming racism all the time is beyond tiresome. I have never seen a time where Booker didn´t carp about racism.

FTA: "Booker and Zuckerberg have a history of working together. In an announcement made on the Oprah Winfrey show in 2010, Zuckerberg donated $100 million to reform the Newark city school system when Booker was mayor."

Can you even believe that?? $100 million! That is a shocking amount of money. How much of it was doled out to the Democrats and never got to the school system? You know how that works. And we are supposed to believe Zuckerberg is not biased??

If there is such a thing as "white privilege", isn´t there also "black privilege"?

If Facebook knows enough about you that it knows you are a minority, then I guess it knows if you are white, conservative, or christian. I didn´t notice any promises to not discriminate against them. He is not there testifying because of discrimination against minorities.

How about Proper surveillance? Many of the BLM crowd are criminals, and organize their activities on social media.

BLM is a terrorist organization. They should not be allowed on Facebook. If Zuckerberg is protecting them then he is anti-American and a hypocrite.

It doesn´t matter if those animals are monitored five ways from Sunday. Nobody ever arrests them even when their criminal acts are on film and the faces of the perps are clear. One of these days they will make a mistake by throwing one of their tantrums in the wrong part of the country.
