Hillary is known for shredding evidence, yet never gets hurt. She even got Sandy Berger to go to the National Archives to steal and shred documents that would show how the Clinton´s mishandled things before 911. No wonder she is running her mouth all over the world. She knows she will not be indicted over anything ever!

The imbalance in treatment between Mills and Cohen is glaring. Where Hillary-team actually destroyed emails and God knows what other evidence, Cohen supposedly "might" destroy evidence?

Add to this the breaking story about Samantha Powers unmasking and attempted coup of the new POTUS, and you have quite a mess.

It’s not just upside down, it’s criminal. No one wants a Constitutional crisis but the unequal application of the law is a clear and present danger.

If we do not rectify this egregious disparity in the application of justice, this country is lost. We cannot function as a nation of laws knowing that some people are treated differently than others. It is clear right now that the DOJ and FBI have been comprised by ideologues who use their positions to favor the democrat party. While this has no doubt been going on for decades, it is disconcerting that evidence has been uncovered that exposes deep corruption and there is seemingly no outcry for equal treatment under the law. Our legal scholars are silent for the most part when they should be leading the charge to uphold the very foundational precepts of American jurisprudence. What this tells me is that a terrifying precedent is being set in that the legal experts are willing to set aside their sacred oaths when it suits their political beliefs.

Unless we correct the course we are presently on, justice as we have known it since the conception of this Republic will be a thing of the past. Political activism will then be the bedrock upon which justice moves forward. No longer will it be based upon equality under the law. Every individual regardless of his or her station in life must rest assured that they will be treated equally. The public display of serious crimes committed by the Obama administration must be prosecuted. We can’t unsee the evidence already in the public square. If the Obama administration is not held accountable, the American people will lose what little faith they have remaining in the DOJ. Once that happens, everything collapses when the rule of law is abandoned for political purposes.

This raid on Cohen´s home is criminal. The rule of law is dying here because the United States is a dying country.

We ourselves realize this, but it has been especially obvious to those who have legally immigrated to the United States having experienced first-hand themselves the human suffering brought about by totalitarian rule elsewhere in the world.

The underlying cause of so much death, destruction, and societal decay over the previous 125 years?

Immorality, despotism and radical ideology. Today, the democratic party = corruption. Corruption = liberalism. Liberalism = radical ideology.

Radical ideology = the Deep State. The Deep State = Barack Obama. Barack Obama = the new world order.

Anybody else starting to connect the dots yet? When are we (dim and pubbie voters alike) going to get off our behinds and do something about this and stand more firmly behind our President and help him continue draining the swamp.

MAGA

Sessions, Rosenstein and Mueller have just committed a crime. Any warrants issued are illegal because Trump´s lawyer has done nothing wrong and payments to Stormy Daniels are not illegal if they do find evidence. Time for some firings and indictments.

The Law and the FBI keep moving down on my list of things that deserve respect.

The election of Trump, with majorities in the House and Senate, gave many Americans a glimmer of hope in the future for ourselves and our posterity. This was bolstered by the addition of Gorsuch to the Supreme Court. Finally, so we thought, we had a government that would care about our own citizens.

Yes, we knew there will always be evil people in the bureaucracy and the judiciary, such as Comey and Mueller, who make it possible for tyrants such as Obama and Hillary to get away with endless abuses against the citizenry. But we thought the Congress and Supremes could right it all somehow.

The most depressing aspect is not Mueller and his cronies. We knew they would abuse whatever authority was given to them. No, the most depressing aspect is that the Congress and Supremes sit idly by as this evil unfolds. One can´t help wondering if they side with those who intend to flood the nation with hostile invaders and damn this once blessed nation into a third world hellhole.

It´s a public warning to anyone else who runs for the Presidency without approval of the Uniparty.

We really are two countries, the coup and the resistance. We raid resistance houses, not coup conspirators, it´s that simple.

The common human condition is one in which the vast majority of people are treated as commodities or resources to be harvested by the elite brokers. A form of slavery under various labels but slavery nonetheless has been the predominant human existence since we formed societies.

Then a perfect storm hit, farming technology, arms technology, the printing press and the biggest of them all, an elite broker of humanity overextended across an ocean where control became impossible and common people rebelled.

We established an existence uniquely free of brokers in human livestock, not completely free, we still had corporate brokers but we could chose to work for them or not, and of course it took a second revolutionary act to free the slaves of African descent.

Our government has transitioned from people protecting one another from the elite brokers to the common form of government by the brokers. Our political differences today are all about a final surrender to the brokers or an attempt to salvage some semblance of government for and by the people.

Given the treatments of the two attorneys, wouldn´t the raid on Michael Cohen´s office and home be a clear violation of his Constitutional rights under the 14th amendment with regards to equal protection under the law?

The FBI and Mueller knew about Mills and did nothing. No raid, no follow up, nothing. Meanwhile, all they´ve done is harass President Trump and anyone even remotely connected to him since the day he was elected.

Seems pretty unequal to me.

The plan is becoming obvious:
1. Win back the congress.
2. Impeach/remove Trump. Deep state will fight a holding action until the congress can act. (Note: plans assume that Pence will be a much more controllable entity than Trump).
3. Revoke the tax cut and reinstate mandated Obama care.
4. Grant citizenship to illegals and end any immigration controls.
5. Confiscate all privately owned firearms in the name of “safety” for all citizens.
6. Place limits on the first amendment by making “hate speech” a criminal offense.
6 Imprison conservatives and Christians for their failure to accept PC beliefs/constructs and for “teaching and condoning” racial hatred.

Far fetched? Two years ago, I would have said “no way.” My how things have changed.
