A wining ticket for Friday night’s $521 million lottery Mega Millions jackpot was sold at a Lukoil station in Riverdale, NJ, about 30 miles outside New York City. The winning numbers: 11,28,31, 46 and 59, and the Mega Ball 1. Same guy won 200K at the same store several years ago..store owner must love him..they get a cut from the lottery commission.

This tax on the mathematically challenged exists because the focus is on a couple of winners rather than the hundreds of millions of losers.
Legions of mathematically illiterate people fleeced with government blessing.
