An "Ashamed" Fox News
Commentator Just Quit
The "Propaganda Machine"

BuzzFeed News, by Tom Namako

Original Article

Posted By:danvillebill, 3/20/2018 6:06:59 PM

A retired United States Army lieutenant colonel and Fox News contributor quit Tuesday and denounced the network and President Donald Trump in an email to colleagues. "Fox has degenerated from providing a legitimate and much-needed outlet for conservative voices to a mere propaganda machine for a destructive and ethically ruinous administration," wrote Ralph Peters, a Fox News "strategic analyst." "Over my decade with Fox, I long was proud of the association. Now I am ashamed," he wrote.

So Peter´s contract was up for renewal, and he thought it was not going to be renewed. Interesting that an opinion commentator calls it propaganda when other people express their opinion.

The past few times I´ve seen Colonel Peters on Fox, he seemed extremely angry, combative, and downright surly with the hosts. Apparently, he feels that everyone should think as he does.

I believe there are many reasons to dislike Donald Trump, but even if I loathed him (which I do not), I´d have to admit he´s doing a good job.

He is worthless. His point of view is narrow: what course of action will benefit the military or intelligence industry. he is all about getting us involve in foreign intrigue, regardless of whether or not it is in our national interest. Go away and shut up, Mr. Peters.

Peters is calling it a game during the 7th inning stretch. Big mistake. When the game is over and the sun shines brightly onto the scores of felonies that BHO and his friends have committed--and if there is a God, will be convicted for---the Colonel´s name will be added to the list of people who, if true patriots, will thank those at Fox and their investigative reporters who have helped pull the curtain back.

He actually isn´t ´ashamed.´ Just a wounded duck whine and his opinion of what is a ´propaganda machine´ doesn´t stick considering his past statements in front of the camera. He is just another partisan, puffed up, hack who got on TV. His opinions about anything are just opinions. Point to facts, all the facts, or you are just another wind up monkey with the same credibility as every other news reader, in other words, none.

Peters´ overall indictment of the network is ludicrous. There are, however, some on that network whose abandonment of conservative thought is worrisome.

(I´m repeating what I wrote in the original article´s commentary.)

"When prime-time hosts dismiss facts and empirical reality to launch profoundly dishonest assaults on a model public servant and genuine war hero such as Robert Mueller."

Is Peters attempting to refute SARA CARTER and JOHN SOLOMON? Sean Hannity is only a news commentator and mediagenic personality thinking his way through the information, he isn´t the one doing the DEEP and DANGEROUS research. They are the sleuths ferreting out the secrets the FBI is suppressing, not Mr. Hannity.

Robert Mueller assembled a one-sided team of go-for-the-throat Democrat lawyers. If he was so judicious in his character, it would have been a 50-50 split and he would have stayed within the stricture of what he was supposed to investigate.

Methinks the colonel disregards J. Edgar Hoover and the unresolved matter of the assassination of President Kennedy. People: There is no way that the motorcade could have had its route altered to loop in front of the Book Depository without DEEP STATE planning and subterfuge.

"-all the while scaremongering with lurid warnings of "deep-state" machinations--

I cannot be part of the same organization, even at a remove. To me, Fox News is now wittingly harming our system of government for profit."

>>> I encountered Colonel Peters at an academic conference. He is both acidulous and bilious, also, he´s inwardly embittered and outraged about something, but it ain´t Trump.

President says he´s considering a posthumous pardon for boxing´s first black heavyweight champion more than 100 years after the late Jack Johnson was convicted by all-white jury of accompanying a white woman across state lines. Trump announced Saturday on Twitter that the actor , a friend of his, had called to bring Johnson´s story to his attention. Mike Pompeo is qualified to be secretary of state. There is no doubt about that. He is competent — as director of the CIA, he has managed a complex organization deftly, winning the respect of intelligence professionals otherwise not favorably inclined to President Trump. He is experienced — in an administration with more than its share of neophytes, he has served in Washington, initially as a congressman, since 2011. He is highly credentialed — he graduated top of his class at West Point and went to Harvard Law School, where he edited the Harvard Law Review.

AUSTIN, Texas (Reuters) - The parents of two children killed in the 2012 Sandy Hook school massacre have sued conspiracy theorist Alex Jones for defamation, accusing him and his website InfoWars of engaging in a campaign of “false, cruel, and dangerous assertions.” The two lawsuits filed on Monday in Travis County, Texas, where Jones resides, are likely the first defamation cases concerning Sandy Hook brought against Jones, who has called the shooting a hoax, said Mark Bankston, a Houston-based lawyer for the parents. Security, industry and government officials are increasingly warning that the U.S. electrical power grid faces potential widespread failure from broad-based, systemic threats such as a cyberattack or massive electromagnetic pulse (EMP) disturbance. Chappaquiddick must be counted one of the great untold stories in American political history: The average citizen may be vaguely aware of what happened but probably has little notion of just how contemptible was the behavior of Senator Ted Kennedy. Mainstream book publishers and Hollywood have mostly steered clear of the subject for 48 years. If Chappaquiddick had been released in 1970, it would have ended Kennedy’s political career. It is with a heavy heart, and profound regret for the current state of media in America, that I have dragged my laptop to a Starbucks to pen this column. But I think it is important that we understand the degree of oppression we are up against. I regret to say: I have been silenced. I expressed an opinion, and people criticized that opinion. And since that day, my voice has never been heard again. I am entombed where none can hear my jangling bells, for doing nothing more than walking down the street, saying that women who get abortions

California passed a law called the California Healthy Youth Act in 2015 to promote “healthy attitudes” about “gender [and] sexual orientation.” The law is meant to teach students about the “effectiveness and safety of all FDA-approved contraceptive methods” and allow for “objective discussion” about “parenting, adoption, and abortion.” The law also gives parents the ability to opt-out of this education and said that the “pupil” shall not be punished academically in any way if they don’t

Imagine a combination of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, and you´ve got Kamala Harris, the current seat-warming senator from California who, like Obama, is using the World´s Greatest Deliberative Body as a resume-puncher before swiftly moving on to bigger things: the 2020 Democrat presidential nomination. Even as a nobody senator, she´s been the subject of dozens, perhaps scores of speculative stories about her future, so now -- lest they build her up too quickly -- Politico and other Democrat cheerleaders are cautioning her to get her ducks in order before heading out on the hustings: "Kamala Harris has been called “the
