Attorney General Jeff Sessions announces Deputy Director Andrew McCabe has been fired. Inspector General Michael Horowitz recommended a review by the FBI Office of Professional Responsibility. The referral was based on IG Horowitz interviewing McCabe and identifying McCabe was lying about his instructions to FBI Communication Director Michael Kortan leaking to media on his behalf. Mike Kortan, Lisa Page and Peter Strzok then proceeded to leak to Devlin Barrett (WSJ and WaPo), along with other journalists, with approvals from Andrew McCabe. After IG Horowitz referred McCabe’s false statements to the FBI Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR), the OPR investigated and

McCabe says he released information all the time, but that is not what he is charged with. McCabe is charged with making "unauthorized" releases. McCabe does not deny this in his statement. In fact, McCabe says he was "distracted". No, Mr. McCabe, you were caught. Aside, I am not too impressed with these government employees getting pensions after 20 years. I think McCabe is in his mid-fifties. Another reason we are broke.

Hooray.

Now, let´s clean out the rest of the Obama Administration deep state operatives in the DOJ and FBI, and then go after former Obama Administration DOJ and FBI officials -- including Lynch and the Big Zero himself -- for criminal prosecution.

Sessions wouldn´t have fired McCabe without compelling proof from the Inspector General, the public release of whose report we are still awaiting.

Sundance states that those at the top of this corruption will never back down and will fight all the way. I´m hardly surprised. The Deep State feels entirely justified in its actions. We got a slight preview of it with Lois Lerner. She was arrogantly sure of herself until she realized that she was being left to twist in the wind.

McCabe, Comey, Lynch, Yates, and the big two BO and Hillary will fight this all the way. Even when evidence is clear they turn loose their PR people to obfuscate and their operatives to steal or erase evidence and maybe even to clear up some human evidence.

The hope I have is that we will get a determined prosecution that will secure guilty outcomes and the fact that they were unrepentant will cause them to be punished more severely.

We are a long way from that yet. Firing McCabe and removing his pension is still not a sure thing. He will certainly challenge it in court.

Further, it is an administrative "conviction" not a criminal or civil conviction. When our government takes the actions it has clearly taken as part of a conspiratorial plot, I would like to know there is some other recourse beyond firing people. They go out and get hired by sympathetic dems and make more money.

Sure, it stings to be fired; look at Dan Rather. But he is still out there writing books and doing the odd job. He has a net worth of about $70 million. He isn´t suffering except for his ego.

The actions of BO´s administration should be illegal. There should be criminal, monetary, and significant government work sanctions applicable. These people betrayed the American People and seriously impacted the election. There should be a BIG price paid.

The first time I saw a picture of McCabe, I saw a whiny little sourpuss dweeb kid who got bullied on the playground in grade school. So, he set his sights on a career path that would grant him the ability to exact vengeance on anyone who dared to get in his way, or anyone who looked or acted like the bullies from his childhood memories. Shifting blame and rejecting responsibility for his actions are justified in his mind, you see, because he was picked on. Turns out phisiognomy is a real thing.

I read the entire statement by McCabe and what I saw was a self-centered doofus admitting to the so called investigation of Hillary Clinton for criminal activities of which she was exonerated of.
What the real crimes are besides trying to fix an election´s outcome (spying) is the continuation to undermine a duly elected President and the country. This is the hard core criminal act by the traitorous cabal of misfits. They still think their actions are above the law. Not so Mr. McCabe now eat the gruel you prepared yourself.

Sessions will only act after the ducks are lined up to make 100% sure no one will weasel out of his grip. This is only step one for McCabe. He will be charged criminally when the IG report is made public. He had to act within the timeline, but only did so after the OPR said go for it. Lots more to come. I believe Priestap has been working with the IG from the beginning.

Laura Ingraham and Sarah Carter had a group of experts on last night and they spelled out the details. Sessions simply turned over his information to the FBI´s Office of Professional Responsibility. They, in turn fired McCabe because he broke a cardinal rule by lying. Trump had nothing to do with it but McCabe is blaming Trump due to his insane obsession and hatred of Trump. McCabe is age 49 and turns 50 tomorrow. McCabe also shelved the investigation into Hillary´s e-mail server and was also in charge of the Benghazi investigation, which also coincidentally went nowhere. The money that McCabe´s wife received for her campaign through Terry McCauliff ($700K) also had Hillary´s backing. When these pieces are put together the experts say that McCabe will see jail time. The two lovebirds are still singing and that´s why they are still employed. Carter says that her inside sources at DOJ say that only about one quarter of what these traitors have done is publicly known. Stay tuned. The crying and teeth gnashing will continue.

"Oh! What A Tangled Web We Weave When First We Practice To Deceive"(SirWalterScott)

Although convoluted, it might be there are times when rules are used as a protective shield while using the law to break the law within the law. Meaning, there are sins of commission and sins of omission; sins of commission are sinful actions proactively done, whereas sins of omission are sins taking place because of not doing something that is right. As an artist uses shadows to bring focus, sins of commission and sins of omission are standard operating practice within the mainstream media.

Peevish, peckish and petulant, this is a self-righteous and arrogant little man.

McCabe really did not expect that AG Sessions would pull the cord. Why not? because the entire Dem machine, which includes the media, was clearly backing him up, as it is now.

They don´t care about the Law, they don´t care about the truth.

As long as we remember that the Dems are interested in,driven by the acquisition and consolidation of power, nothing they do or say will surprize us.

Democrats have never run into an unmoveable rock like President Trump. Heck, almost no-one has. HE IS NOT AFRAID.

J Edgar´s lifelong corruption finally coming home to roost. From the beginning: Edgar gave orders to not capture Dillinger but to shoot to kill. Edgar hid behind a car until Dillinger was dead and then ran to the scene acting, for the cameras, as if he had been in on the action. He was a foaming-at-the mouth racist, being complicit in the assassinations of Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, Medgar Evers, and other black leaders. When he found out JFK was preparing to fire him, he orchestrated his assassination. He spent a lot of his budget building up blackmail-ready files on the major political leaders. He was his own best publicity hound, portraying himself as law-enforcement rectitude but he was one of the most corrupt men to ever infest law enforcement.

I personally take no joy in seeing McCabe´s loss of livelihood and credibility. All things being equal, if he testifies against his handlers, he should keep his pension.

However all things are not equal. A high level operative in the FBI trying to unseat a duly elected and standing U.S. President warrants an investigation of treason.

It is now time to investigate all deep state elites, both Democrats and Republicans, to determine how deep and how wide these treasonous acts go in our Federal Agencies.

To save our republic and the rule of law, all those who are or have been a party to these acts of treason should have the most severe punishment that the law will allow.

About half the American people do not believe the mainstream media tell the truth. They believe the media are more interested in promoting their left-wing views than reporting the truth. I am, I note with sadness, a member of that half. Here is but one more example: The New York Times best-seller list. As a writer (who, for the record, had a previous book on that list), I have long known it isn´t a best-seller list, and I don´t pay attention to it. But I paid attention last week to see if my recently published book, which opened up on

Diamond and Silk, two of President Trump’s most outspoken and loyal supporters, say the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency “should go pay” Governor Andrew Cuomo (D) “a visit” so long as he keeps calling himself “an undocumented person.” In a speech this week, Cuomo referred to himself as an illegal alien, saying: I’m an Italian-American, I came from poor Italian-Americans who came here. You know what they called Italian-Americans back in the day? They called them w**s. You know what w** stood for? Without papers. I’m undocumented. You want to deport an undocumented person, start with

In an article by “The Editors of GQ,” the men’s magazine blasts the Holy Bible, declares it a book you don’t have to read, and suggests an alternative. In its April 19 article, “21 Books You Don’t Have to Read” (originally, "21 Books You Don´t Have to Read Before You Die"), Gentlemen’s Quarterly (GQ) trashes 20 books (“Huckleberry Finn” is counted twice, for some reason) it deems undeserving of their literary stature: “[N]ot all the Great Books have aged well. Some are racist and some are sexist, but most are just really, really boring. So we—and a group of un-boring

First-term Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) is emerging as a Democratic presidential contender in 2020. However, according to Politico, her own voters in California do not really know much about her. In an article titled “Kamala Harris’ rapid rise confounds California,” Politico’s David Siders writes: Kamala Harris has been called “the female Barack Obama.” She’s built a national following with her outspoken criticism of Donald Trump and prolific fundraising for fellow Democrats. But the California senator’s rapid rise — she’s just 15 months into her first term — has created an awkward issue: Even as progressives tout her as one of

A small group of mostly high school students gathered in front of the White House on Friday as part of the National School Walkout, an anti-gun protest launched by a Connecticut teen following the shooting deaths of 17 people at a Florida high school in February. (Snip)“And so too must we regulate the Second Amendment,” Berlin said. “Just as the freedoms of the First Amendment are subject to rules and regulation so too must be those protected under the Second.” “No amendment is absolute,” Berlin said. “Your right to a gun does not supersede my right to graduate high school.”

Roger Stone, a former adviser to President Trump, lost an invitation to speak at a Florida Republican group´s annual dinner due to negative remarks he made about former first lady Barbara Bush. The Okaloosa Republican Executive Committee "uninvited" Stone over comments he made to the right-wing conspiratorial website InfoWars about Bush, who died Tuesday. "I understand I´m going to take a lot of crap for speaking the truth about Barbara Bush," Stone said in an interview with InfoWars host Alex Jones. "She was a mean-spirited, vindictive drunk. She is ascending into hell right now. She´s not going to heaven. She

Imagine a combination of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, and you´ve got Kamala Harris, the current seat-warming senator from California who, like Obama, is using the World´s Greatest Deliberative Body as a resume-puncher before swiftly moving on to bigger things: the 2020 Democrat presidential nomination. Even as a nobody senator, she´s been the subject of dozens, perhaps scores of speculative stories about her future, so now -- lest they build her up too quickly -- Politico and other Democrat cheerleaders are cautioning her to get her ducks in order before heading out on the hustings: "Kamala Harris has been called “the

It is with a heavy heart, and profound regret for the current state of media in America, that I have dragged my laptop to a Starbucks to pen this column. But I think it is important that we understand the degree of oppression we are up against. I regret to say: I have been silenced. I expressed an opinion, and people criticized that opinion. And since that day, my voice has never been heard again. I am entombed where none can hear my jangling bells, for doing nothing more than walking down the street, saying that women who get abortions

Norm Macdonald, in addition to being the best Weekend Update anchor ever, is also a keen student of human nature. Last year he summed up the results of the 2016 presidential election with this koan-like observation: "People hated Hillary Clinton so much that they voted for someone they hated more than Hillary Clinton in order to rub it in." I really think that sums up our current moment. A lot of people, myself included, underestimated just how tired of Hillary everyone was. After a quarter-century of listening to that awful old criminal´s angry, scolding voice, America finally said enough was

A funny thing happened on the way to this week’s column — Sen. Jon Tester did something I liked. On Wednesday, Sen. Tester took part in a Senate Commerce Committee hearing where he blasted someone who is perhaps the least popular man in America. No, not Jeff Zuckerberg (he is SO last week!). I’m talking about Adrian Abramovitch. Chances are, you’ve never heard of Abramovitch, but even so, I am confident that — along with me and Sen. Tester — you don’t like him! Indeed, when you find out that Abramovitch is accused of making nearly 100 million robocalls in

Residents in the San Francisco Bay Area are living along a fault that is a "ticking time bomb" that could generate an earthquake that could kill hundreds, according to a report released Wednesday. The U.S. Geological Survey said in a report called the "HayWired Scenario" that a magnitude 7.0 earthquake on Hayward Fault located under Oakland could kill as many as 800 people and injure up to 18,000. “This fault is what we sort of call a tectonic time bomb,” USGS earthquake geologist emeritus David Schwartz told the Los Angeles Times. “It’s just waiting to go off.” Researches said the Hayward Fault is dangerous because it runs through

Democratic National Committee chairman Tom Perez said failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has not been consulted on the DNC’s civil lawsuit alleging collusion between Russia, WikiLeaks, and the Trump campaign. Perez said on NBC’s “Meet The Press” Sunday he hadn’t talked to Clinton ahead of the DNC filing the lawsuit. “I have not consulted Hillary Clinton to ask her permission to file a complaint. The buck stops with Tom Perez and we filed this complaint because our democracy is at risk,” Perez said. “This was an assault on our democracy and we have to protect that.” Perez said the DNC
