The family of Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich, who was killed in 2016, has filed a lawsuit against Fox News, an investigative reporter and one of the network´s frequent guests over a story about Rich and allegations that he was involved in a conspiracy, according to the lawsuit. Rich was shot and killed in Washington, D.C., in July 2016. Police said he was shot several times in the back and later died at a local hospital. Fox news gets sued for a minor infraction at best while the rest of the liberal media skates. Tell me how this is right. Tell me how this is not a biased lawsuit.

Would be a great way to do discovery and depositions to learn the truth about the DNC and did Rich actually leak to Assange.

If Seth Rich was involved with the DNC e-mail release, he was a whistle blower and a patriot not a criminal. I do not believe the Fox story ever inferred he was a criminal.

My gut feeling is that these parents know some things about why their son was murdered.
Since police seemingly have blown off any further investigation maybe the parents testimony in this lawsuit will bring forth some relevant info.

Why didn´t this family ever try to find out who killed their son? Why was Donna Brazile afraid for her life after his murder? She has gone underground for the most part? This sounds like a lawyer stunt to make money off of a family´s grief.

#10 I agree it’s truly puzzling. I put Mary Jo Kopechne’s parents in that same category. Why the Democrat Party or a Democrat politician seems to be protected by grieving parents is beyond my understanding. Democrats if they’re not completely deranged in their hatred for this country they’re just plain strange to me anyway.

Sometimes it seems the very rich and politically powerful can get away with murder. Certainly in both of these cases the mainstream press never showed an interest of sending in even a single investigative reporter.

The FBI may have "edited and changed" key witness reports in the Hillary Clinton and Russia investigations, a top House Republican charged in a hearing into FBI and Justice Department misconduct Tuesday. Freedom Caucus Chair Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C, also raised the possibility that the FBI misled the DOJ watchdog in an attempt to hide the identities of FBI employees who were caught sending anti-Trump messages. The House Judiciary and Oversight committees were questioning Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz over his bombshell report into FBI and DOJ misconduct during the Hillary Clinton email probe. The long-awaited showdown between the Justice Department and Congress is finally here. It started late Friday afternoon. While the rest of the country was parsing the just-released report on the FBI from the Justice Department’s inspector general, senior congressional leaders and selected committee chairmen quietly met with FBI Director Christopher Wray and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein at a secure location in the basement of the Capitol. At issue was Justice and FBI’s continuing defiance of congressional subpoenas. At the top of this list is the demand from the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence for documents about why and whether the

While the Trump administration is being slammed by critics for its "zero-tolerance" policy of separating children from adults who illegally enter the country, the outcry over the federal government´s handling of the sensitive issue of how to handle minors is hardly new. The Obama administration actually expanded the system of detaining families – typically mothers and their minor children – after a huge surge of Central Americans along the U.S.-Mexican border in 2014. The policy resulted in many minors being detained in various locations, in much-criticized conditions, either with their families or by themselves, if they had crossed the border alone. Videos

This will continue fueling the drug crisis, growing MS-13, enriching the drug cartels, inducing sex trafficking and terrible crimes at the border, encouraging illegals to kidnap children to gain admission, and causing death and mayhem on both sides of the border. Political spinning about the Department of Justice’s Inspector General’s report that came out last Thursday is all about shiny bits and pieces of the report. It misses the events outside the report’s four corners that magnify its importance tenfold. Let’s pull back on the stick, gain some altitude, and examine some of the more important facts. When we do, we have to conclude that the Augean Stables on Pennsylvania Avenue — the Justice Department building and, across the street, the J. Edgar Hoover FBI building — have to be cleaned out. Illegal Immigration: The latest outrage by the Trump administration is its policy of "ripping" children away from parents who´ve crossed the border illegally. As with so many other things involving Trump, there´s plenty of emotion but precious little in the way of facts. The furor reached critical mass after the Department of Homeland Security said on Friday that 1,995 children had been separated from their illegal border crossing parents from mid-April through May. That number included, DHS said, cases where the adults were arrested for illegal entry, immigration violations, or possible criminal conduct. The practice has generated a rising storm of protests,
