Why Trump actually could
succeed with North Korea

American Thinker, by Thomas Lifson

Original Article

Barack Obama wasn´t kidding when he warned his successor that North Korea is the biggest national security threat the U.S. faces. "No good options" has been the mantra of the deep thinkers, as if we have no choice but to let the Kim dynasty threaten the world with nuclear war from now on. But Donald Trump has never been bound by conventional thinking and brings a healthy skepticism to the pronouncements of the experts who have failed for the past three decades. Here is a short list of what he is doing differently, and why he might even succeed. First of all,

Comments:
Great analysis. Also check out the link to Scott Adams´ blog. Adams is able to explain the way Trump operates better than anyone else. There´s certainly no mainstream journalist that has a clue.

Kim had better understand that Trump isn´t Clinton,Bush or BO.
You make a deal with Trump & then break it you will pay.
Trump will parade the deal before our allies & the world. He´ll get them to agree it´s a good deal.
It´s a trap for both because Kim breaks it & the others will be told that now Kim must go & if you don´t go along America will do it & blame them for not standing up to Kim,again.
Thus Trump is left with no choice.
Unless the Chicoms would like to kill Kim themselves?

While no guarantees, the odds are in Trump´s favor. Kimmie understands what happened to Ceasceascu in Romania, Hitler in Germany, and Hussein in Iraq among others. He knows his inner circle and his people hate his guts. And starting to sense the end is near.

If he wants to live, suggest he review the treaty I circulated the other day and get it the President asap.

Make the Fat Kid an offer he can´t refuse. He is already really worried and backed into a corner.
I also bet he has NO deliverable nuclear weapons, other than perhaps in a truck or a ship.

"the biggest upside is watching all those progressive and leftist heads explode."

Can you imagine 2020 with a roaring economy, minorities well employed, record high household worth, manufacturing boosts providing union jobs, ISIS crushed, NK subdued, immigration tamed, far better trade deals in place, and who knows what else (maybe a couple of BO´s minions in jail)?

Can you imagine dems trotting out Crazy Uncle Joe Biden, Mad Max, some of their Hard Left maniacs, and other disastrous loons?

Dems should consider Hari Kari now and beat the rush! Of course that was considered an honorable death and dems have no honor.

Brad Hammond lives on the waterfront at Kirby’s Beach in Ontario, and he had never seen anything like it: glass shards and sewing needles had been deliberately planted at intervals along the beach, leading to the beach being closed for the first time in his memory. Another beach area, Bracebridge Bay Park, was closed as well. For the first time, but not likely the last, jihad had come to the beaches of Ontario. There is no doubt that the glass and needles had been placed on the beach deliberately. “It was pretty much the width of the beach but it was

Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, says students from the high school near Houston where the deadly shooting occurred told him they don’t believe more gun control is the way to make schools safer. In an interview in his Senate office Tuesday with The Daily Signal, Cruz said support for the Second Amendment in Texas is why CNN and other media outlets aren’t giving these students the kind of wall-to-wall coverage that followed the school shooting in Parkland, Florida. Cruz also talked about why the Senate should work full workweeks and potentially skip the August recess to get more done. From making tax reform

This is an outrage, but it is common nationwide: the Daily Caller News Foundation reports that Mountain Ridge Middle School in West Virginia is "instructing junior high students to write the Islamic profession of faith ostensibly to practice calligraphy." Students are made to write out the Shahada, which states: "There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah." This is exactly what I warned about in my book, Stop the Islamization of America: A Practical Guide to the Resistance, in the chapter "The Mosqueing of the Public Schools." In order to convert to Islam, one says the shahada.

Last week I reported that Internet sleuths had winkled out the name of the spy/agent provocateur that Obama´s intelligence officers had used on the Trump campaign. The New York Times and Washington Post, the Democrats´ semi-official newspapers this week megaphoned the instigators, offering up their justifications without naming his name. Again, the name is Stefan Halper, who, as I wrote here last week, was paid a substantial sum by the Department of Defense´s Office of Net Assessment. You can observe a lot just by watching, said Yogi Berra. And you can learn a lot just by talking to people. Instead of talking at them. Salena Zito is a reporter, and in 2016 she hung out in bars and poolrooms talking to people, begging for their opinions. That’s how she learned that Donald Trump might win the presidency. She was a regular on the “John Batchelor Show,” along with an academic. Like Batchelor, the academic knew that Trump didn’t have a ghost of a chance and explained it all so well that it was hard to disagree. Trump was uncivilized, the Republicans didn’t have a ground game, the Democrats had all

The classic Marxists of the 20th century wanted to bring the entire world under Communist domination. The new Millennium’s heirs to that movement on the progressive Left are more ambitious: They strive to dominate all the worlds—even the ones that exist only in your imagination. Perhaps especially those. Using strategies reminiscent of campus crybullies, Leftist activists increasingly are trying to empower literary and hobby Thought Police, and to force every sector of our culture to ostracize non-radicals and wrong-thinkers. Former vice president Joe Biden is back in the news yet again. For a second time, he seems surprised that poor residents of the inner city are capable of doing sophisticated jobs: We don’t think ordinary people can do things like program, code. It’s not rocket science, guys. So, we went and we hired some folks to go into the neighborhoods and pick 58 women, as it turns out, from the hood, for a 17-week program, if my memory serves me correctly, to learn how to code. In 2014 Biden had said about the same thing about women from the “hood”: They asked

MINNEAPOLIS - For five months, Fox 9 has been investigating what appears to be rampant fraud in a massive state program. This fraud is suspected of costing Minnesota taxpayers as much as $100 million a year. The Fox 9 Investigators reporting is based on public records and nearly a dozen government sources who have direct knowledge of what is happening. These sources have a deep fear, and there is evidence to support their concerns, that some of that public money is ending up in the hands of terrorists. As I will explain, the widespread notion that Russia and Trump colluded to beat Hillary has long been demonstrable bunk. What seems more clear each day is that there was collusion between certain members of the U.S. and British intelligence communities to spy on the Trump campaign. This may explain, in large part, the reluctance of the Department of Justice to reveal what it knows publicly. After all -- with rare exceptions -- the two countries’ intelligence services have long had important information gathering and sharing agreements, and exposure of this may harm the traditional reciprocal relationship. Whether the British

And in the un-personing of McGinley, we can get a glimpse of the Left’s simultaneous ruthlessness and cultural hegemony. Opponents of President Donald Trump claim that President Donald Trump’s decision to leave the Iran deal blocks any chance of a new agreement with Tehran and wrecks U.S. credibility with its allies. Trump’s supporters, for their part, argue that the president opened up the possibility of negotiating a better deal with the ayatollahs by abandoning his predecessor’s lopsided nuclear pact. Both sides are wrong. And, more to the point, they miss the larger picture. For more than twenty years, successive U.S. administrations have been vexed by the challenge of Iran’s illicit pursuit of nuclear weapons. And from the time the problem first

Until 1968, Walter Cronkite believed what his government told him about the Vietnam War. He was an old-school journalist, a patriot, a man who came of age covering World War II as a wire-service reporter and then taking over as the anchor of “The CBS Evening News” at the height of the Cold War. Like most journalists of his generation, he embraced the fight against communism and understood why the United States had intervened in the war raging in Vietnam. I will venture a prediction: by the end of President Trump’s first term, it will be obvious that Hillary Clinton’s health would not have permitted her to serve effectively as president, had she won the 2016 election. Hillary falls down and faints. She needs help going up and down stairs. There are persistent rumors that she drinks too much. During the campaign, there were many days when Hillary was AWOL. Her schedule was weirdly light for someone running for the presidency. Many have commented on the fact that Hillary never went to Wisconsin, but the more basic fact is that there were lots of days when she didn’t go anywhere.
