FBI Continues to Skirt Court Order

For more than two months, the FBI has failed to abide by a judge’s order to turn over all of former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s text messages, emails and SMS phone messages to a government watchdog group that has filed a lawsuit on behalf of a former senior FBI special agent. The communications in question are related to McCabe’s wife’s unsuccessful run for Virginia State senate and might also contain invaluable information on McCabe’s role in the Bureau’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server used to send classified information, several former FBI sources and a government official told

Comments:
It is absolutely sickening that they refuse to produce those documents that were first requested in October of 2016. It´s especially disturbing since this is still happening when we have Trump as president. I´ve never seen such a huge mess in my entire life. This really confirmed what we were afraid of about the corruption and dysfunction in our government. And it´s very ugly and frightening.

Trump is their ultimate boss. Issue a direct order that either the McCabe Communications or their resignation will be accepted by 50 p.m. today. Anything less is insubordination.

I can´t believe what the FBI and DOJ have turned into. Who the heck do they think they are?!
Still would like to know who introduced or recommended the swamp creature Wray to the President. Must have been Rosenschwein.

Maybe we need a new Director of the FBI if he can´t handle his employees! No reason he can´t fire whoever is ignoring the Court Order. If he´s the guilty person, HE should be replaced just like our SOS was today!

Sessions could and should order that all the messages be turned over immediately.

However, the fact that he hasn´t further confirms my belief that he has joined the swampers and is not going to do anything to make these criminals pay for their actions.

THIS, and many more incidents like it, is the reality of the Deep State, the un-elected, essentially unaccountable, often anonymous (to the peasants at least) and UNCONSTITUTIONAL "4th branch of government".
Did you, or anyone you know, wax entusiastic over the prospect of the Federal Police Force? Which is what the FBI, augmented by Federal Marshals, ATF, etc., have in fact become. And, inevitably, more and more like the Stasi, the NKVD, the GRU, the Schutzstaffel, the Praetorian Guard, Dvornik, and the Black Shirts.
There is only one answer, and it needs to happen now. Right now. ABOLISH the FBI! And the others as well. The era of Prohibition is long since passed. The idiot cries of "to professionalize, you must federalize" have long since been exposed as the Statist lies that they always were.
End it! Today would be nice. For I assure you, this will only get worse.

This kind of Bureaucratic arrogance is again turning my stomach into knots. I was not this anxious over the possibility of Hillary winning- I had that much faith in a Trump victory. But, this- In spite of Trump pics, of Wray and Sessions, this is going on? I am not only shocked, I am absolutely sickened. It means the Deep State is alive and doing very well. This coup may actually be succeeding!

FBI surveillance of former Trump campaign advisor Carter Page cost him business, income and even his girlfriend. Page tells The Post that during the media barrage he faced in late 2016, he visited his girlfriend at her London flat, where she was “freaking out with the fake news about me.” “Talking with her later in the evening after dinner, she told me that she didn’t want me staying there anymore, and that our relationship was over. “So late that night,” Page continued, “I booked a last-minute hotel reservation as part of this early chapter of the redefinition of my life.” Page believes the FBI’s

Keith Olbermann is expanding his role at ESPN — but it was nearly even bigger. The largest aspect of Olbermann’s expanded role with ESPN is that he will co-host around 20 “SportsCenter” 11 p.m. shows. Olbermann’s rise to national prominence came when he and his partner, Dan Patrick, hosted the program they dubbed “The Big Show.” Sources said ESPN considered offering Olbermann the full-time 6 p.m. “SportsCenter” show, but ultimately decided against it for a variety of reasons, including logistics, as the show will continue in Bristol and Olbermann lives in New York. This was after he initially denied the Intelligence Community was spying on Donald Trump. Clapper told CNN it was a good thing if the FBI had someone “observing” the Trump’s campaigns interaction with the Russians because the “Russians posed a threat to the very basis of our political system.” (Snip) Now this… Clapper is continuing to change his story. Today he told Axios the deep state spying on Trump was actually “Benign version of information gathering.” Via Zero Hedge:

The FBI Spied for LBJ’s Campaign
Wall Street Journal, by Lee Edwards    Original Article

Is it unthinkable that the Federal Bureau of Investigation would spy on a presidential campaign for political purposes? I can personally attest that it has happened before—during Barry Goldwater’s 1964 campaign. Every poll agreed that President Lyndon B. Johnson would easily win the election against the conservative Sen. Goldwater of Arizona. But LBJ wanted a landslide so he could implement his Great Society vision without resistance and go down in history as one of America’s greatest presidents. (Snip) Thus was born Johnson’s “Anti-Campaign” to smear Goldwater’s candidacy. The operation was run from the second floor of the West Wing by

Until 1968, Walter Cronkite believed what his government told him about the Vietnam War. He was an old-school journalist, a patriot, a man who came of age covering World War II as a wire-service reporter and then taking over as the anchor of “The CBS Evening News” at the height of the Cold War. Like most journalists of his generation, he embraced the fight against communism and understood why the United States had intervened in the war raging in Vietnam. I will venture a prediction: by the end of President Trump’s first term, it will be obvious that Hillary Clinton’s health would not have permitted her to serve effectively as president, had she won the 2016 election. Hillary falls down and faints. She needs help going up and down stairs. There are persistent rumors that she drinks too much. During the campaign, there were many days when Hillary was AWOL. Her schedule was weirdly light for someone running for the presidency. Many have commented on the fact that Hillary never went to Wisconsin, but the more basic fact is that there were lots of days when she didn’t go anywhere.
