Texas Republicans believe
they squashed the blue wave.
Democrats say 2018 isn´t over yet

Fort Worth Star-Telegram [TX], by Anna M. Tinsley

Original Article

FORT WORTH, Texas - Maybe it was a ripple. The blue wave many thought could hit Texas this primary election clearly didn´t materialize, but Democrats did turn out to vote, drawing their largest turnout in a non-presidential primary - more than 1 million voters - in decades. (Snip) Many Republicans posted on social media that they were busy working during early voting, but would show up at the polls on Election Day. And they did - in mass. By the time the polls closed, Republicans had cast a total of 1.5 million votes, nearly 700,000 of those on Election Day

More like a blue pimple. And it got popped.

I did what I could last Tuesday: I voted. So did about 1.5 million other Republicans. And it worked. I plan to do it again in November to keep these incompetent, immature, power-mad idiots out of power, even if I have to crawl over broken glass to do it. I just have to hope the rest of the clear-thinking people realize the importance of joining me.

Honestly, there wasn´t anything suspenseful on the Republican primary ballot this year. Maybe Bush vs. Paterson, but that was never really in question. I seriously doubt that a lot of Republicans who will vote in November cared enough to go to the polls for this primary. I voted, but my husband was working and didn´t make it.

But we will both be there in November!!!!! And as much as the Republican Party has disappointed us over the years, we will NEVER vote for another Demon-RAT (so the Republicans get our votes)!!!!!!!!

Texas will go blue....

No need for republicans to show up to vote--
Texas will go blue....

In a state consumed by conservation and environmental issues, one highly endangered species has long gone unnoticed and unprotected – the California Conservative. Is it still possible to rescue them from the brink of extinction? Can their numbers be revived? And can they thrive here once again?
