Measles Vaccination Saves You
From More Than Measles

NBC News, by Maggie Fox

Here’s another reason to get vaccinated against measles – researchers have found the measles virus makes kids’ immune systems “forget” most of what they have learned, leaving children vulnerable to other diseases for as long as three years. The findings, published in the journal Science, help explain why deaths and illnesses from a range of diseases plummet in countries after they introduce measles vaccine campaigns. "Our findings suggest that measles vaccines have benefits that extend beyond just protecting against measles itself," said Michael Mina, a medical student at Emory University who worked on the study while doing postdoctoral research at

Thanks! Measles attacks ´immune memory´ by killing off the T-cells. Fascinating! Explains why measles weakened the Indian tribes early on in North America. Not only did they get measles - which killed many - but those who survived the infection had lost their natural immunity to other diseases - for as long as 3 years! We are seeing an ´odd´ thing with the a type of influenza this year. Once you are over this flu - the doctors say watch your blood pressure - as well as other cardiac symptoms. Chances are you are more susceptible to a heart attack or stroke!

Sounds interesting, but will wait for a reliable source. NBC is so full of Fake News these days that even an apparently non-political story like this isn´t something I would take at face value.

Too much crying "Wolf!", no longer trust them at all.

RE #1:

Sounds like last year´s FLU bug. I got a BAD version of the flu on Dec.10, 16, despite getting a flu shot. It lasted through the new year before I was completely well again.

Then, in early March, out of the blue, I had a heart attack. No previous heart problems or symptoms and BAM!!, heart attack!!

If you get hit by this [illegitimate child], insist loudly, if necessary, on a complete coronary work up as well as a look over by your G.P.. People are dying from this. Don´t let yourself be a statistic!!

As the purveyor of a family-friendly website, I have been reluctant to join in the popularization of the epithet "cuck" - as in "cuckold", as in "cuckservatives", etc. (Snip) Nevertheless, I think we should make an exception to our general "cuck"-free-zone rule for the case of contemporary Britain, which is literally descending into the United Cuckdom - that is to say, an entire nation that sits back and accepts that its women are to be preyed upon. Eight days ago The Sunday Mirror reported on "Britain´s ´worst ever´ child grooming scandal". The headline editor´s sub-quotes are most prudent: This is

LONDON, United Kingdom — Thousands of free speech enthusiasts, alongside a handful of hard-left and Islamist opposition, gathered at Speakers’ Corner in London’s Hyde Park this afternoon to hear a speech written by Generation Identity’s Martin Sellner, delivered by former EDL leader Tommy Robinson. Sellner was banned from entry by the UK government earlier this month, for daring to lead a right-wing organisation which sheds light on Islamic extremism and mass migration on the continent of Europe. Robinson — formerly of the Rebel Media — delivered the speech to thousands who gathered in the snow at the historic Speaker’s Corner,

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Waco atrocity, the bloodiest and most expensive law enforcement operation in the history of the United States. The gun battle, siege, and lethal fire have already been the subject of three commemorative documentaries and docudramas on the subject, with more to come. The sad fact is that the documentaries to date contain major errors. I know this because I spent three years in Freedom of Information Act lawsuits in a quest for the truth. The 1993 operation was begun by the then-Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) and directed at a religious

Friday night was a big night for news hawks. And I´m not talking about the upset victory of the UMBC Retrievers over the they-should-have-been-50-points-ahead UVa Cavaliers. Things like that sometimes happen when skill and determination beat odds-makers and reputation. I´m talking about the firing of Andrew McCabe, who doubtless acted under the impression that rigging things at the FBI for Hillary Clinton was the path to higher office and glory. Late Friday night, McCabe, the former deputy director and then acting director of the FBI, was fired by Attorney General Jeff Sessions in a statement that reads as follows:

Just about every American not employed as union "muscle" was enraged by New York City´s "rubber room" scandal. Isaac Newton was a genius—perhaps the most intelligent man ever to walk this earth. It was he who uncovered the laws of motion, he who unraveled light’s mysteries, and he who first invented calculus. His work underpins modern mathematics, physics, and engineering. And yet Newton lost his entire fortune in the South Sea Bubble—the 18th century’s great stock market crash. Newton was dreadfully overconfident. He thought his genius in mathematics would make him a genius investor. He was wrong. He had no idea what he was doing, and he paid the price. Not much is predictable about President Donald Trump’s White House. But around 11 a.m. on any given day, you would likely find CIA chief Mike Pompeo in the Oval Office, briefing the commander-in-chief. For 30 minutes or so, Pompeo would help Trump digest the country’s most closely held secrets about the world’s most pressing conflicts. He used “killer graphics” to keep Trump on point. He carved out time for general “knowledge building” on long-term strategy. He fielded Trump’s questions on any number of topics. First there was the casual sexism: the reason white women didn’t back her when she ran for president, Hillary Clinton believes, is “a sort of ongoing pressure to vote the way that your husband, your boss, your son, whoever, believes you should.” Have you noticed that her sneering always seems to take the same form? She’s become the queen of the contemptuous listicle that tails off into a snarling “whatever.” Remember the formulation in the speech where she came up with the term “basket of deplorables?” “You could put half of Trump´s supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables,” Hillary said.
