Horrible! Debbie Wasserman
Schultz Turns Florida Shooting

HORRIBLE! Debbie Wasserman Shultz turned the candlelight vigil in Parkside, Florida into a political pep rally tonight. Wasserman Schultz started screaming about “other people’s officials” during her speech to remember those lost in Wednesday’s high school shooting. "Debbie Wasserman Schultz: “We must hold OTHER PEOPLE’S elected officials accountable. We must make sure that they hear us! The people behind me they stand with us on these issues. So we will help other communities elect people who will do the right thing.” How awful.

Comments:
Sick and disgusting!! Go get your blood pressure meds before viewing this! And you didn´t think you would despise the evil, filthy criminal Wasserman Schultz anymore than you already do. She is absolutely vile. Her yelling is absolutely shameful. I could not stand to watch all of that very short video because it was so excruciating. Her audacity is really stunning.

My opinion on guns is if you ban them and it works...realize that if someone wants to commit a life threatening event, they will do so by any means available to them; a knife, a machete
a bomb, poison, using their vehicle to mow folks down, etc. Some of these have already been done. It´s not the gun. A gun is an inanimate object. Someone has to activate it. I believe these acts are more from a sick mind than a gun.
People who commit these acts of violence have usually made themselves known to others prior to their acting on it. At that point ´the others´ must bring what they know or feel to someones attention before a crime is committed and lives lost.

I hate the gun argument.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg promised Sen. Cory Booker on Tuesday to prevent improper police surveillance of groups such as Black Lives Matter and to work to ensure the social media platform´s targeting tools are not used to redline ads for real estate and credit. Using the five minutes allotted during a marathon hearing two Senate committees had with Zuckerberg about personal data privacy, Booker raised what he called "disturbing" reports that law enforcement groups had used Facebook to monitor African American organizations such as Black Lives Matter. The F.B.I. agents who raided the office and hotel of President Trump’s lawyer on Monday were seeking all records related to the “Access Hollywood” tape in which Mr. Trump was heard making vulgar comments about women, according to three people who have been briefed on the contents of a federal search warrant. The search warrant also sought evidence of whether the lawyer, Michael D. Cohen, tried to suppress damaging information about Mr. Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign. It is not clear what role, if any, Mr. Cohen played regarding the tape, which was made public a month before the election. But

The son of Senator Jeff Flake (R-Arizona) will seek a new civil trial against former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio over an animal abuse prosecution, according to The Associated Press. The optics on this story gets very complicated because Arpaio, who was pardoned by President Donald Trump for criminal contempt of court, is running to replace Sen. It was already notable when charges were filed in Maricopa County against Austin Flake and his wife (at the time) Logan Brown after 21 dogs died from heat exhaustion at a kennel in Phoenix.

His presentation was polished, without glibness or arrogance. He said, “Yes, Senator” and “No, Senator,” with the slightly bemused deference of a curator giving a museum tour. The android-smooth forehead, now thirty-three years old, still appeared unmarked by age or adversity, but there were no flip-flops or pajamas this time; a small loosening of Zuckerberg’s Facebook-blue tie knot was his only variation from the Capitol’s accepted forms.
