White House Kneecaps Lindsey
Graham For Acting Like ‘Chair

White House officials took aim in a Thursday background briefing call at South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham for opposing the administration’s immigration proposal framework. (Snip) The Republican senator angrily reacted to the bill saying “the DHS press release is over the top. It’s poisonous. I think its ridiculous and I’ve long since stopped paying attention to them.” He added that it was if the statement was written by a “political hack.” An administration official struck at Graham in response telling reporters to let him know the statement was written by people “who care deeply about the rule of law,” with another

Comments:
Ya gotta love that headline and the Trump official who made that response. I wonder who it was. I guess the love affair between Trump and Graham is over from when Miss Lindsey´s swooning after that meeting with all the parties that was shared with the media. He is consistently inconsistent. Sometimes he agrees with Trump and the next day he attacks him. As we all know that´s what is so darn irritating about him. Sadly, most of the time he is on the wrong side.

Lindsey seems determined to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Trump had a reasonable compromise that gave the dems nothing to work with. McPain screwed up health care and Lindsey might screw up immigration. What an arrogant moron.

#3 makes a very astute point. Washington fixtures like Graham still cling to the belief that with enough legislative chicken feathering and media flapdoodle Trump will go with the flow as all the others have.

I so look forward to seeing Ms. Lindsey finally disabused of that notion.

Glad to see PDT cut him off at the knees, next time the WH needs to cut him off at the head.

Graham is one of the worst Senators in America today. A good rule of thumb, if Graham or McNasty are for it, Americans need to be against it.

The official legal defense fund for fired former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe has surpassed its original goal, as it nears $500,000 in less than a day. When Republicans passed their historic tax reform package in late 2017, they also repealed the Affordable Care Act’s penalty on the uninsured, known as the individual mandate. Now Obamacare’s supporters are waging a nationwide campaign to revive this regressive and unpopular "tax." I’ve heard the stories swirling around the President described in a number of ways: “scandalous,” “tawdry,” “unbecoming,” “tabloid trash.” But the word that first comes to my mind is “humiliating.” That the President of the United States is being sued by a porn star over an alleged affair they had years ago is humiliating for the country, certainly. That the figurehead of the Republican Party, not too long ago the party of family values, is alleged to have had another affair with a playmate just after his son was born, is humiliating for the GOP.
