General Mike Flynn, Rudolph Contreras and
The Increasingly Sketchy FISA Application…

Conservative Treehouse, by Sundance

Original Article

For those following the increasingly curious case against General Mike Flynn, events took another unusual turn yesterday as Special Counsel Robert Mueller -with agreement from all parties- filed a motion for a protective order to seal documents. These are documents compelled on behalf of the defense, by Judge Emmet Sullivan, prior to sentencing. On November 30th, 2017, Mike Flynn signed a guilty plea; ostensibly admitting lying to investigators. The plea was accepted by Judge Ruben Contreras; who is also a FISA court judge. Six days later, December 7th, 2017, Judge Contreras “was recused” from the case without explanation. The case was

Comments:
As previously ordered by the judge Mueller agreed to turn over documents favorable for Flynn. He also requested that those document be sealed. Again Judge Contreras is mentioned regarding his recusal from the Flynn case. This article also divulges previously unreported information that Contreras had a direct connection with Eric Holder. Gee. What a shock. s/o All the evil corrupt little rats are all interwined!

The Mueller smell is escalating into a full blown stink. Withholding information from the public just serves to heighten suspicion that Gen. Flynn has been scapegoated and deeply wronged, that FISA has outlived any credibility it might once have had, and that our justice system has been grossly corrupted.

#1 did you know that the same judge Contreras also was assigned to oversee the Hillary email case? I think that makes three different cases. Two different criminal (Flynn and Hillary), and one counterterrorism (FISA warrant). What are the odds, hmmmmm? What other related cases. These cases are supposed to be assigned randomly. Oh! He’s also a former law partner of Eric Holder. Very stinky!

I expect it will be a long time until the dust settles from the corruption cases that are being uncovered with respect to the 2016 election. But is it too much to hope that, once this happens, or perhaps along the way, we will also see uncovered evidence of voter fraud and other election shenanigans in 2008 and 2012? And perhaps someone will uncover Barry´s real birth certificate and we will see for ourselves whatever it was that he was hiding from us (actual father´s name or something like that)?

Cripes. It looks like the only two government officials that were working in Washington during late 2016 and early 2017 were Judge Contreras and Peter Strozyk.

Hillary´s emails, Trump "collusion," and framing Gen. Flynn.

No doubt they got the awards for "Hardest Working Federal Bureaucrats." But it had to be a tie.

Too bad that only six of us (based upon replies) read this article, which has - as is usual for CTH - a great deal of information. More dots to be connected.

Nunes and Goodlatte’s requests were made to presiding FISA Judge Rosemary Collyer.

Judge Collyer was the FISA judge who wrote the eye-opening 99-page opinion of the FISA abuses reported by NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers, DOJ National Security Division head John P Carlin, and FBI Director James Comey.

Coincidentally (or not) Judge Rosemary Collyer might have been the Presiding FISA Judge who -holding concerns over ongoing FISC revelations in late 2017- recused Rudolph Contreras from further contact with the Flynn case. The other option for a forced recusal would the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts.

As Clarice Feldman writes at American Thinker: “As the evidence mounts that the warrant was improperly granted, someone – perhaps the chief judge of the district – removed him from further participation in the case, likely because Contreras approved the warrant and its extension. If the warrant was improperly issued, all the evidence it garnered is tainted.”

Even today there are articles questioning why Contreras was recused. The answer is most probably in this article.

The revelation that Fox News opinion host Sean Hannity is one of Michael Cohen´s clients was arguably the biggest bombshell to emerge from Cohen´s court hearing in New York on Monday. But Hannity´s name could have been swept under the rug, had it not been for Robert Balin, an attorney for five news organizations, including the Associated Press. Balin, who is reportedly with law firm Davis Wright Tremaine, attended the hearing to represent the news media´s interests. Cohen, President Donald Trump´s personal attorney, is under criminal investigation regarding his business dealings. During the proceedings on Monday, Cohen´s attorney´s attempted to prevent the

A former Minneapolis FBI agent caught leaking classified documents to The Intercept pleaded guilty in federal court in St. Paul Tuesday afternoon. Albury is accused of sharing a document on assessing confidential human sources — otherwise referred to as informants — and a document “relating to threats posed by certain individuals from a particular Middle Eastern country” with a reporter for a national media organization. The second count charged against Albury alleged that he failed to turn over a document “relating to the

Special counsel Robert Mueller’s office is warning that “many” news articles on the Trump-Russia probe have been wrong. The statement from a spokesperson did not single out particular stories. But the warning did come after media inquiries about a McClatchy News story on Friday that said Mr. Mueller has evidence that President Trump’s personal attorney, Michael Cohen, did in fact travel to Prague in 2016 as alleged by the Christopher Steele dossier. “What I have been telling all reporters is that many stories about our investigation have been inaccurate,” the Mueller spokesperson said. “Be very cautious about any source that claims to

Nawabi, a 31-year-old candidate for San Diego City Council, supports almost everything that Trump opposes: He is pro-affordable housing, pro-environment, pro-immigrant and pro-refugee. That makes him part of the blue wave of new liberal candidates spurred to run by Trump´s election and policies. But Nawabi is also part of a notable subset: the blue Muslim wave.
